Hi together, Did you also notice that now when giving a like in the backend and the page is already open for a few minutes it doesn’t work anymore?- I have to refresh the page, wait, scrawl down again and now can give likes. With which time puffer am I still allowed to like something? Also before marking something as unread it now has to load again and this takes much longer than the initial loading. Without refreshing I always get an error that something went wrong. There are no updates on the frontend. Could this be reconsidered? It is a pain for my workflows in Moderation. Thank you! :)
Hello Gainsight,We have recently sent out our NPS survey for the year, It feels like an option for to customize the survey comment width would help us to analyze the comments on the survey preview. For a lengthly comment we get a scorll bar but that doesn’t help to read the full comment at a go.It would be great to have customize option for the survey comments width. ThanksIndraneel
Hi Team, As of now we have an option to search the Company/Relationship names in the plugin while logging Timelines. Can we provide an ability to search with user attributes the same way we have an option to configure the search in NXT. This was a request from one of our customers. Thanks,Prathap
Currently, the only action after the participant entry is to send an email or create a CTA. I'd like to be able to have any action after entry to have better control over the program flow - specifically wait/conditional wait steps, since those can be configured on fields and not just email activity.
Lots of apps use Intercom for user > business chat and do not want the KC bot icon to double up next to it. It would be great to be able to enable Intercom chat within the KC Bot.
The user overview in Control is setup to search by User ID or email. My trouble is each of those fields might not correspond to someone’s actual name; they might choose an alias or fun username for each. So when I go to find someone I know by their first/last name, I cannot find them if their name is not in either their user ID or email address.
Customer is looking for the number of concurrent users in the product, viewable by hour or day.The current ‘Usage by Time of Day’ widget might show 500 unique users logged in yesterday during the 2PM hour, but the maximum number of users in the system at the same time was likely less than 500. A ‘maximum number of concurrent users’ widget could show:which day of the week do we have the highest and lowest numbers of concurrent users? which hour(s) of the day do we have the highest and lowest numbers of concurrent users? filtered by Account ID, we could learn the above for a specific customer
Posting this for several customers, since I believe this is a great feature request! ------------------ Currently, Segments can only be used for targeting Engagements through Audience Rules and not directly in Analytics. Because of this, customers must use/create custom filters that mirror their Segments to do something similar within Analytics. It would be great if including Segments criteria as an option everywhere that a filter could be used. @ciarapeter @mickey @shira
Currently the Zendesk Gainsight App pulls fields from the C360 Summary page. However there are widgets available in the new C360 design that we want to show on the Summary page in the C360, that we don’t want to show in Zendesk (example: Customer Journey, Health Score, Open CTAs, Last 5 Timeline Entries, etc.). These widgets once added to the Summary page show in the Zendesk Gainsight App. The problem is our support team needs to see other fields instead of those widgets. I would like to be able to pick and choose from an object, or the C360, which fields to show.
You can easily access a SFDC account page from the C360 but this is not currently possible visa versa (unless you are using the Account widget.) Adding a C360 url link to the account page would be awesome
We’ve had a request to be able to sync Google Tasks that are created on a CSM google calendar into the calendar widget/report on Gainsight home. This would allow the CSM to see additional details of their calendar and provide more organization within Gainsight so they could avoid going back to their google calender. Ideally it would be great when someone is syncing their calendar in their Gainsight settings for them to select which type of activitites they want to sync over. This would allow them to choose the most important activity types for managing their calendar in Gainsight. Let me know if I can provide any additional details or general information.
Hi allIn Dynamic JO, when I create a calculated field, the display field just shows the field name. That works well until the field is fetched through a look-up. When my display field come from a lookup, in this case, the “user title” field in the User object, access through the CSM lookup on the relationship object, I’d appreciate if that field could display CSM > Email. Why? It makes checking a configuration so much faster, and calculated field can be a disaster when misconfigured. What if I picked the user title on the wrong lookup, i.e. on the Created by lookup? Thank for considering this small enhancement which would drive consistency with other areas of the platform, i.e. reports which now automatically get the lookup field name appended as a prefix. A
Software versioning (of format xx.xx.xx.xx) has well known, and relatively standardized, schema, yet it cannot be intelligently used as a datapoint within Gainsight. The only way to ingest a software/hardware/product version at this time is as a string, which means you cannot identify, for a customer who has multiple copies of the same software installed, what their highest version or lowest version is using the rules engine. The only way to do this kind of comparison at this time is by maintaining a separate table of software versions associated with a numerical identifer, or by sending over a numerical version number with the standard version number. Either of these solutions would typically require assistance from a Product or Engineering team. The least that we could do is give the ability to identify that one release is "greater" than another, which we cannot currently do, since String fields are sorted alphabetically, rather than numerically. This would require establishing a new field type in the MDA that can store software version (with max number of decimals specified in the field configuration), with a limited set of calculations available for that field type in the rules engine (min/max/count).
It would be great if we could customize the font and font size of data labels in charts. The font size is ok when viewed in a dashboard but it is very tiny when downloaded as an image.
Make it so that Text Analytics automatically recognizes plural forms and other similar word variations as part of the same keyword & topic. As an example, currently if you define a keyword “bug”, but the client writes “bugs” it will not be recognized at all.
I’m working on some scripts to pull and integrate data from multiple surveys since this data isn’t readily usable in Query Builder. I noticed on the API for surveyresponses (https://gainsightpx.docs.apiary.io/#reference/surveyresponse/v1surveyresponses) there is only four supported filter fields. I’d like to request the addition of some of the other fields to do on-the-fly filtering:comments: I’d like to be able to retrieve only the responses with comments and/or filter for responses with keywords contactMeAllowed: this is a boolean so it would be nice to be able to only pull out responses where the respondent consented to be contacted. I’m only parsing data for “rating” surveys, but i imagine there may be some useful information for filtering if the survey type was something different also. Open to any other suggestions! Thanks!
When a user logs a feature request in KC Bot it would be efficient for this request to log directly in Productboard and similar tools.
I’d like the option in Engagements to edit the hover state for buttons. Specifically, edit the background color, border color, and font/text color.
Right now, when a participant field is synced it will not be updated once the program is active. For example, say a CSM changes between emails in a program where it is configured to send from a CSM, I can't think of any ways to make it so this change is reflected within this program. I am not sure how this would be built but it would be nice to designate some fields to be always up to date. Seems calculated fields can be used as a token in the email but the From Name and From email address don't accept calculated fields.
I saw a few Idea’s already on allowing iframe and embeding but I wanted to provided my usecase to this series of requests.I am revamping my Knowledge base categories and along the way I also want to launch with a form to request new Knowledge Base content. A form is the best route. However on testing it works in the back end but does not post as the iframe html gets stripped. If there is another way to do this, let me know but allowing iframe is the quickest route to get this done in a timely manner.
As a CSM, I want to be able to create a CTA not associated with a customer, so that I have a reminder of tasks that I need to complete that don't log to the customer's record.
When assigning CTA Due Dates via Rules Engine, we currently have the option to “Skip Weekend if Due on a Weekend”, or “Skip All Weekends”. My end users have asked to have an Exception Calendar that could also be skipped for Holidays, or shut-down periods, etc.
