Would like to be able to see which/how many users are qualified by an audience.Would be really helpful to see how many or ideally which users are qualified for an engagement to be able to discover if the audience has been set correctely. It’s tricky to guess sometimes.
Posting on behalf of a customer:It would be great if we had the ability to add a 2nd star rating question to a single engagement.Currently, we have a rating survey, feedback, and thank you(optional) steps under a single rating survey engagement.
We were recently building out a multi-question survey engagement and noticed that the Editor panel was missing almost all of the typical editing capabilities that are available in all other engagement types. We were trying to insert an image into the last step of the survey engagement but there was no option to insert an image. I reached out to support and was told that this is not a bug and that there is no ability to insert images into survey engagements. Having the typical editing capabilities would be super valuable, especially in scenarios where you want to include a final “Thank You” step so you can personalize it or announce upcoming releases/webinars/etc.
Some of our scorecard measures (the ones that folks populate manually) have a validity period set, and if the measure is past it's validity period, an alarm clock icon shows on the measure. This icon only shows on the C360 view of the scorecard, but isn't available in a Dashboard view or in a Gainsight Report, as far as I can tell. It would be great to be able to show which measures are "stale" so that our users could quickly and easily find which measures they need to update, and create some reports around this. I think all you'll need is a formula field on the Scorecard Fact object that compares the Score Last Modified Date field to the Validity Period field on the Scorecard Metric object.
Why doesn’t the Goal Name field on the Customer Goals object link out to the goal record on the C360? This is how many other objects function:CTA Name takes you to the CTA Subject takes you to the Timeline entry Success Plan name takes you to the Success PlanPlease make this functionality available to improve reporting on and using customer goals.
When I view the analytics for a specific engagement, I’m happy to see the completion rate and to see some of the data about views, CTA, etc. However, I was surprised that when I click into any of the steps, I see much more detailed information that would be helpful before clicking into steps. Especially, because dialogs have no steps. Can you show “triggered by” without needing to drill into steps?
Hi All,Would it be possible to add the functionality to allow me to create surveys that incorporate both ratings and comment/feedback boxes? It would be great for us as we can then ask how people are finding the tool overall and delve deeper into smaller parts of our tools to find out overall ratings and then comments too!
Maybe I’m missing something, but finding the feature I’m looking for in the Feature Adoption report takes a long time. I don’t always remember which module a feature is nested under. a simple search would be nice.
Submitting on behalf of a PX customer… “Allow contact me” is visible for NPS, Boolean, Rating, and CES surveys in PX Survey Analytics and the CSV downloads, but not available for Multi-question surveys. The only way to get this data is by using the REST API method “EngagementViewEvent”.
The email engagement launch page includes a summary of the engagement such as time, ocucrance, estimated audience size etc. This summary is helpful in ensuring everything is set up right one last time before you hit launch. The estimated audience size in particular is very useful when your engagments are meant for a subset or very specific part of your audience base. However, this is available only for email engagements. Would love to see this extended to all types of engagements, sliders, dialogues and guides.
Please add a feature that allows me to clone/duplicate my individual datasets in Horizon Rules.I just spent all this time creating this Opportunity data task and and I need it in a slightly different set of filters, but I have to start from scratch. I want the same fields, in the same order. It’s such a pain to re-create the same data task.
It would be helpful to have the ability to clone CTAs. For example, on our team each CSM manually creates CTAs so that we have visibility into when customers are launching various modules and when we have blackout dates aligned with new product release. It would be great to be able to clone a CTA so that we are not manually inputting the same information with each CTA creation.
Before submitting this idea, I was prompted to Thoma’s related idea: I was thinking something exactly like that! But for data designer, HR, query builder (I know it’s not available yet in the new JO). Some kind of mark that let’s me know at a glance that the dataset has a filter applied.I think it would be a great addition to troubleshoot... Quite often, the culprit it’s a “bad” filter and you chase it down in what feels like a (not fun) Carmen Sandiego’s game 😅Can you guess looking at these two images where the filters are? Something as simple as that would save a lot of time!DD - image 1DD - image 2
Several of our products necessitate large numbers of custom events within PX, and each of these have their own custom attributes. Some of the attributes are unique to certain events, so the bulk data export cannot be used to generate a report of all custom events with all of their respective attributes. We would like to have a report (or set of reports) that contains all of our custom events for a product, including all of the custom attributes attached to those custom events. This would be exportable through the AWS S3 reports, either in the form of a standard report (like 'User_Custom_Event_Rollups'), or the ability to create it using the Bulk Data Export.Preferably, we would also be able to filter the custom events by the presence of specified custom attributes.Thank you,Shaam Patnam
Hi team, A customer reached out and pointed out that the Participant Preview on Conditional Waits isn’t implemented in Dynamic Programs at this time. This is an extremely useful tool in the previous Program system that allowed admins to test if Participants met the conditions as expected before even publishing the program. Is this feature something we are planning to implement in Dynamic Programs in the future?
Current situation: I created a query to show as a bar chart in a dashboard. I grouped the events by device. The X-axis labels are ridiculous, because they all truncate and show exactly the same information - I need to hover in order to see the full value. Idea: If there is a “Group by” value, show that value (or show it first), so that it can be seen at a glance. If someone groups by both event and audience, provide a toggle to select which value to show.
When creating a new report & selecting a DD that is not actively refreshing, it would be great to get a message letting the user know that the data may be outdated and to verify on the actual design before proceeding. Due to turnover over the years, we have a large number of Data Designers that have been created historically but only ran for a brief period of time/are now expired. While we’re working to clean those up/determine if they’re still needed, we’re also finding that users are building new reports off those expired designs without realizing and leading to confusion with the data.
It would be really helpful to add a simple visual cue on reports where a user has edited the filters for their own view. Too often, I chase down issues that begin with “My C360 report / dashboard is not showing the data I expect” and one of the main culprits has been edited filters. While we do have a visual indicator that filters are in effect on the main dashboard views, I think it would make identifying user-edited filters much quicker and easier if there was something similar present on each report that specifically told us “Hey, this report is using filters that have been edited from the defaults”. With something like that, I could immediately respond to an issue with “Is there a little yellow dot beside the options button in the report?” and diagnose those problems without any further effort. See my hastily-made example below...
Hi Team, As per the existing functionality, the Call to Action (CTA) owner search encompasses users with internal collaborator licenses, even though these users are unable to log into Gainsight. Ideally, these users should not be included in the search results. The customer is seeking a search filter criterion pertaining to the CTA owner field, specifically aiming to filter out users defined with a particular license type in the configuration section of the CTA administration for the standard owner field.
I really love the pre-built sections in the C360 configuration. One thing I don’t like is that the “section name” is what appears on the C360 tab. It would be great if we could name the section one thing, but have a separate label which would be the name of the C360 tab.My use case - we have different layouts for the level of account (global, regional, country). I have a section that needs to be slightly different for each level, but I want the C360 tab to say the same thing. I can’t create multiple sections that have the same name, so I’m not able to do this currently. But even if I could have sections that have the same name, I would want to be able to name them differently so I can easily see what each section is.
As an Admin, I’d like to be able to set the maximum character limit for string fields to be less than the default 255. This would allow me to sync data between Gainsight with Salesforce with fewer integration errors.
