I want to use the Step Counter to help improve engagement completion rates, but it doesn’t show on the opening Dialog. I’d rather show the user how many steps there are and not use valuable copy real estate to communicate that.
Within the Content Dashboard, there is a component that shows “Positive content helpfulness votes”, which I’m assuming is the total count of happy face votes. Then when you scroll down, in the Popular Topics section, you see the Content Helpfulness Score in the table and it shows the percentage breakdown of happy, neutral, and sad faces. This doesn’t allow us to report on the total breakdown of content helpfulness across all content. In other words, across ALL topics, what is the overall percentage of not only happy faces, but the neutral and sad faces too?A whole number for only the Positive score doesn’t give a wholistic picture of overall helpfulness scores across the community. This shows a nice breakdown but is only per topic. How do you get the general score breakdown across the entire community?
Hi all, for priorization of topics in the team, number of views and activity intensity (#posts in last 12h) is an important component. The Popular Topics table would be greatly enhanced for identifying and prioritizing topics by adding: # views since topic start # posts in last 12 h Cheers, Florian
Currently in SFDC User we have fields that determine “who” the user is. This essentially determines if they are:Individual CSM/CSE/Etc (standard end user) Manager (Standard end user with extra priveleges / different field level permissions (handled with layouts today) CS Ops (Similar extra permissions to Manager, certain admin areas like dashboard, JO, report building, etc) Admin / Dev team (super admin)All users will access via SFDC, so all permissions / provisioning should come from external system and would expect that additional work is not needed in Gainsight to provision users with correct access. Also, Default bundle has “standard” tabs, but as an organization, I would want to control what is “standard” for our users as there are components of Gainsight that aren’t necessary
It would be interesting if we could allow users to create new Timeline entries via CSV upload. One use case for this would be to import email communications from another tool, and track end to end conversations in Timeline between CSMs and customers.
As an admin, when attempting to configure a large Field Mapping during a data load operation, it would be nice to be visually prompted (red highlight or text output) of WHICH Duplicate target fields are causing me to not save properly so I do not go insane re-assigning values and can remedy much more quickly and efficiently. Please help or advise? For now, I will up my vision plan :)
Use case:We are working on a rule where one of the picklists grew a lot, and we have ~200 new values to add. The first issue is that you can’t export the existing 150 to validate which ones already exist in the dropdown. If the value exists in the dropdown but not in the object, we can’t identify them via rules engine.Related idea: Some manual effort combined with some workarounds, and we were able to update the dropdown list… So we got to issue #2: It did not update the mapping in the rule, we had to manually map all the missing values to maintain all the actions in one branch (I didn’t get a screenshot from the Horizon rule, so I’m using an old bionic one with the same field as an example, but the behaviour was the same in both)The funny thing is that it will default correctly if creating a new branch in that same Horizon rule… So, can you please replicate this behaviour?
Background:In Bionic Rules, whenever you have a date filter, one of the options under ‘select date’ has been “Rule Date”. This is the date that the rule runs. In Horizon Rules, you do not have this option. Here is the problem:The “Run Date” is not always the same as the day the rule runs. When you manually run a rule, either as a test or a live run, you can select the run date, meaning that Run Date =! Today. More on that later. Why Does That Matter?:Great question, here are some examples:Scenario 1: Instead of “Run Date” you filter your date field to say “Date = Today”.Scenario 2: You add a transformation step after every fetch to add “Run Date” formula field so in the next transformation step and beyond you can use “Run Date” in your filters. As mentioned in the problem statement, you want to test run date sensitive data, or perhaps rerun a rule that failed, without having to adjust a bazillion date filters. This is the case for both scenarios: Scenario 1: If all of my date filters say Date = Today (6/9/23), and I select a Rule Run Date of 6/4/23, I will not get any results from 6/4/23.Adjusting all of my date filters, manually running, then adjusting them back is not an acceptable workaround. Scenario 2: To game the system you add a transformation step to add “Run Date” in your filters because you got tired of scenario 1. But then you remember this has a number of compromises that come with it as well:At the task level, you’re fetching all the data every time leading to longer processing times. This adds at least two steps per fetch (possibly less if you get fancy and are able to consolidate some transformations). Why? Data Fetch>Transformation Step>Transformation Step to actually use the filter. Given #1 here, adding two transformations on top is a big bummer. Formula field limitations. Each Task is limited to a combined 10 Formula Fields and/or Case Fields. If you have a lot of transforming going on, this may require additional steps. As is hopefully clear, scenario 2 also isn’t that great, and creates additional overhead and potentially longer processing times. Like the title says, please bring back the “Rule Date” filtering option. cc @rakesh @shambhawi @anirbandutta @gunjanm @darkknight @zach_davis
It would be advantageous to have the ability to UPSERT user/account through the PX REST API. While UPSERT can be achieved using the PX Data Loader, certain platforms/hosting services such as Azure prohibit file downloads, making it challenging to utilize the Data Loader as it relies on Python libraries as a prerequisite. Thank you!
Hi Team, We have a customer who is creating SFDC connector using custom domain as "https://********.lightning.force.com/" Due to this, we are unable to authorize connector and resulting in "Token null - Authorization failed" issue. As a workaround, we are using "https://*******.my.salesforce.com/" as "custom domain" and it works fine. Can we please support lightening domain as "https://********.lightning.force.com" while creating SFDC connection ? SS : https://cl.ly/142b4a855042 Best, Hardik
Is there a way to increase the character limit when emailing to TImeline? Or a different alternative to the solution of encountering the limit? I don't like the idea of miles long email chains being logged, but how else can Email to Timeline be used if the chain is long?
User story: As a CSM Manager, I need to display dashboard reports for each of my direct reports individually so I can see their book of business and provide meaningful coaching. Current situation: The CSM Manager has to change the filter for each direct report everytime they want to view the information. Request: Allow for saved filters so the CSM Manager does not need to search for the name of the person on their team. Acceptance criteria: 1. Have all individuals whose information is displayed on a dashboard listed in a drop-down for the viewer to slice the data 2. Allow users to save filters within dashboards for easy selection of any views they regularly use.
The advanced logic for email variant filters is great! We have been able to simplify our email processes significantly with them. However, I would suggest making date fields available as options to filter by. We have variants of an email that simply need to be filtered by whether a date field is populated or not. I haven't seen this possibility anywhere, but I am more than happy to be proven wrong.
Hello! We have many Email Template Folders but most are not applicable to Gainsight Assist and are not necessary to display to users in Gmail. My Idea for an improvement would be to Hide (and not display) a folder if there are no available templates within it.This would save screen space for users by not showing them a list of many irrelevant folders. Also they have a tendency to ‘hunt’ around and click on these ‘empty’ folders. Displaying only relevant folders, with actual usable templates would save users time and clicks. Also, (cramming another idea in here) would it be possible to have the plugin match the Theme of a Gmail inbox as set in the settings? Right now this plugin always displays as a white bar, with an additional white header bar, even if the Gmail Theme is set to a different color. Thank you,Ben Wanless
Within Customer Goals, it would be ideal for us to have the option to manually adjust the percent completion of a goal, separate from the CTAs/Success Plans logged against the goal. One of our use cases involve tracking towards customer financial ROI goals. In this case, we aren’t necessarily tracking activity/task completion and merely tracking towards a financial goal This is where a slider of some sort would be ideal. Our current workaround is to create CTAs to influence the percent completion.
I’d really love to be able to clone a participant source within a program. Here’s a use case that I think is pretty universal:I have to send the same email to all customers. I use 3 participant sources: one for APJ, one for EMEA, one for Americas so they can sync independently from each other to send emails out at decent o’clock for every participant. I know the new rules engine/data designer/query builder should help save a dramatic amount of time and enhance our experience in that area. But realistically, I wouldn’t build a new data design for every variant of a data set (for example, EMEA, APAC...). I would something global, fetch it in my participant query, and then apply filters to exclude or include certain things for that specific participant source. With that in mind, I’d want to clone my source to make a couple of changes to filters which would be so much quicker than fetching the data design, reapplying filters etc., would avoid creating designs for one-off transformations. So in short, can we please add a “clone participant query” option, alongside the edit, delete and sync options below?
Currently, if an email template in a Playbook is edited (simple spelling, grammar, punctation), the process requires that the Playbook task be changed to a different template, then saved, then changed back to the original template and re-mapped (if tokenized). This is too many steps when having to make small changes or updates to an email template. After the change is made and the playbook is updated, any existing CTAs also have to be updated to re-add the same Playbook - yes, this is possible with a rule but why can't the change be pushed from the Playbook editor? Within Journey Orchestrator, for example, if a minor change need to be made to an email template in use, the updates are made available immediately in the Program (Draft and Scheduled, have not tested in Active state) without having to reselect the template or remap tokens.
We were speaking with a customer earlier today who would like the ability to change the text of buttons in an engagement. The below exampe is the first slide of a guide and in this use case they would like the text to read "Show Me". At this point I understand that this is hardcoded in the product, but in the future we would like to be able to edit text for all buttons. Thanks
Hi Team,Currently, exporting the dropdown list values from the data management is not possible. Can we enable an option to export the dropdown list values.
It would be amazing to be able to run analytics on how many unique users have accessed a product more or less than X amount of times in the history of their account. While it is possible to filter Audience Explorer by how many times a user has used a feature, this does not expand to how many times the user has logged in or had a session. This information would also be best presented as an analytics report so that it can be saved and utilized.
