Hi all,Within the Horizon Analytics version of Rules Engine, it’s nice to be able to expand the Rule Name section to see the entire name of the rule without having to wait for the tooltip to pop up when moving your cursor over it. However, when I drag the bar over to see the entire name and then switch to a different folder, it reverts back to its default position and I have to move the section line again. It would be nice to have this auto default to show the entire rule name in Rules Engine and when switching between folders if possible. Thanks!
This is specifically about the event data you can download on a successful execution.Currently when you download it, it’s just columns of ID’s - no headers, nothing to indicate what anything means or what the IDs are associated with. It would be nice to have some indication of what object a column is referencing, if it was the ‘old’ or ‘new’ ID, or if both are present. Really any context at this point would be an improvement.
I would love the ability to have different levels of throttling based on the engagement type. For example (not necessarily the exact settings I would use, but for the sake of the example):Surveys - show users no more than 1 survey per month Webinar/event invites - show users no more than 1 engagement per week (could use engagement labels or something to indicate that a particular dialog engagement is a webinar/event invite) Guides - show 1 per day since these are more contextual I think the new engagement priority feature could be applied to account for some of this; still, it’d be really fantastic if I could just report internally that “we don’t send more than 1 event invite per week” for example to alleviate concerns around engagement fatigue.Similar/follow up to this post
Working in an application with an extensive product feature tree, the select feature UI can be hard to navigate while mapping features. For example, I have some areas of the application that are 4 or 5 modules deep and I have to click down into each module to view the features. Each time I click I need to identify the next parent to click on to drill down to the appropriate feature, which I want to focus on.See: https://www.screencast.com/t/OpOkWnNyDifIIt would be nice if the feature tree view that exists in the px application was used within the overlay for product mapping to more easily find features within context of the full tree view. Clicking into the dropdown could possibly expand to show the full treeview, or it could display in some sort of side panel. If ‘expand all’ or filter capability was added it would be much easier to find a specific feature.
Currently the Email notification config dont help me customize the message for the container it was created in (category vs group) so I’m having to go with a hardcoded generic term, ‘subforum’, whereas 360 New Experience Beta is a group. ... the variable defined for the the container (group/category) is {category_title} only
We would like the see the ability to remove numbers next to questions within surveys.
Hey Team! Right now, we have a functionality limitation with Email Assist that some of our Customers are looking to see expanded. In Email assist, we can only send out 10 emails from any one Email Task on a CTA. However, some use cases might have our customers sending out 20-30 one off emails by their CSMs to Contacts from another company. With this hard limitation on only being able to send out 10 emails via Email Assist, we're cutting off certain use cases for our customers! As always, thanks for the consideration. Logan Thome
I would like to be able to delete customers from Gainsight that have changed from Active to Inactive status in Salesforce. Ideally I'd be able to do this with a Rule, but support has advised me that is not currently possible. The two manual options they provided are (1) to delete them manually (I filtered the Customers page on status, chose the Inactive ones, and had to delete one by one using the trash can icon; obviously I'll need to repeat this daily or weekly or monthly), or (2) to create filters to filter them out (which seems less safe to me in case a filter gets missed, then the total on the Customers page won't equal totals on dashboards). It would be great to do this nightly with a Rule. Thank you!
Hi everyone - I saw this post from a couple years ago about allowing more flexibility in G360 reporting. It's marked as "implemented," but I would argue that it's not really implemented. It's just telling customers to get in touch with their CSM to export all their usage data out of GonG. That's more of a workaround than a solution. I'd like to see us allow admins to access their usage data within their system out of the box as soon as they turn on the G360. Reason I bring this up is we get semi-frequent CSA requests from customers wanting our team to put together custom usage reports that they're unable to configure in the G360. This takes up quite a bit of time for our team and likely is frustrating for our customers too. If we could just let customers configure their own reports, it would be a win-win.
I wanted to create a dialog directed to those who scored us low on an NPS survey we previously sent out, but I was surprised to see this option doesn't exist (yet). For now you can only use Survey scores as an audience rule for email engagements. It might be an idea to introduce this for all engagements?
I wish it were possible to rename dashboard reports to something besides the report name. I use very descriptive report names so I may distinguish them from one another, e.g.: “Renewals by Count and MRR $ CY and NY”. This coding doesn’t necessarily resonate on my executive dashboard :) Any consideration for being able to alias a dashboard widget to something cleaner than report name?
Is there anyway that the field types on AO Failed Emails can be changed from JSON String and JSON ID. Currently we have reports that look at this table, but because of these types we are unable to get to a customer C360 because this link is not clickable.
On the Content Dashboard, I’d love the ability to apply the filters made at the top to the “Popular Topics” section. For example, I’d like to see the popular topics by category or group.
When needing to update the end date of a schedule in the rules engine, JO or DD, you shouldn’t also have to update the start date.
I know that once a CTA is created, it’s technically possible to tell that it was created via a JO program. What I am after is some way to filter JO programs so I can easily tell if one is creating a CTA, calling the API or whatever other ‘action’ besides sending out an email is being done. Just like how in Rules engine you can filter by action type to see which rules are generating CTAs. Currently, just like with dependencies, when it comes to JO you have to go through everything manually and really is not admin friendly. Renaming programs and/or putting them in folders based on what they do as a workaround is janky at best, and may conflict with other naming/folder conventions you have in place that are more relevant. Please and thank you.
I was SO excited to see the new “Expand All/Collapse All” configuration available in Horizon Analytics reporting, as it used to be available in the legacy reporting. However, I was very disappointed to find that the functionality as it exists today is not usable. For example, we have a report of Products Purchased on the C360. Given our organization, our customers purchase varying products for schools in their district. A large district could have many, many records on this report. The master report that I connect to the Related List will have 1000+ records, easily. The current functionality of Expand All/Collapse All limits records returned in the report not only in Report Builder but also in the related list reports. This means, that when I turn “on” Expand All/Collapse All functionality for a report that has 1000+ records on the report (which, any report I make into a Related List on the C360 will be, as it’s not filtered because the C360 filters it for me) it excludes data, both in the user-facing report and in my master report. Our top use cases for this functionality involve reports that are brought into Dashboards or Related Lists, which have their own filtering capabilities so I do not use filters on the report. Any report that I do not have pre-filtered to return less than 1000 records will not be able to use this functionality. I am happy to provide screenshots privately with Gainsight!
Things that make it difficult to use Success Snapshots:Limited font support. Our company branding font is not supported. Would be great to expand this (in general as well so we could use in emails templates) Customize the default Success Plan and Objectives slides More color options on fonts - again does not match out branding and cannot create custom colors
Hi All, One of the frequently asked feature in Journey Orchestrator has been the need for sending tabular reports in emails. We are looking at addressing that use case using the following approach - a. You will be able to use any of the tabular reports configured as part of email configuration. b. You will have two options- CSV/Inline Option for sending a tabular report. - CSV option is aimed at use cases where there are many rows and columns and the data is of high volume. - Inline Option is aimed at use cases where the data you want to share are simple tabular reports in email with very few rows and columns. c. For inline option, a maximum of 5 columns and 20 rows will be allowed in tabular reports. If the report exceeds this limit , then the report will be sent as CSV to the recipient. [i]We are looking for feedback on the above proposal and guide us with respect to whether the above approach will meet the use case of tabular reports. [i]Are there any other use cases which you felt we have missed? As we are in the early stages of this design, things might become flexible in the future based on other considerations or use cases. :) Thanks Abhishek S
Is it possible to have a success plan automatically close based on usage? Our use case is in trying to drive adoption, we want to build a success plan around increasing a certain usage type (logins for example). Once they meet our criteria (say 3 logins a day) we want to have that success plan close automatically.
Hi Team Currently Low Volume objects are editable only in C360 or Data operations page. Can we have them editable in Dashboards. This would be a game changer for many scenarios
Hi, I guess it would be nice, if we could automatically grant any Super Badge for several badges collection. For example, we have 3 areas of help: Corporate, Mobile, Consumer. A user can earn a badge for activity within each one: Corporate helper, Mobile helper, Consumer helper. And then, if he is very active within each area and he earns all 3 badges, he should be automatically rewarded with Super Helper badge. So I offer to add an ability to add badging rule based on badges collection.
On the mobile version of the community only one featured_home topic is visible at once. You can see the next one by swiping, but there's no indication for user that there are other featured topics available. Is it possible to add either this: or this: or make them run by automaticaly?
Hello good folks! It's that time again! Once more, we're trying to optimise the community content across 4 languages, for the busiest time of the year at Sonos. Long story short (after having a quick browse on both mobile and desktop) It would be great to have a new 'default results' option for lurkers (not default for known/logged in users) in the search dropdown. Currently the options for sorting topics in a search are: Recently active Most replies Most views Relevance I would like to add a few additional options to this list: Staff endorsed/suggested User endorsed/suggested Staff suggestion would have the opportunity to be set as the default for users that are not logged in. How could this be managed though? Well, the system probably knows which user role was behind the "Marked a question as answered", and/or gave kudos to (hopefully) good content. So, all content that's been marked as answered by staff (user roles), and has also received a kudo from the same user group (role) could be boosted in the search results. With a time limit of the content having been started within the last 90 days. For the User Suggested, it would be the same logic, just based on the super user role. The benefit of this addition is that we would have more control over the "good content" that we'd like to see in the search results. If you've got any questions, or need me to clarify more, please just ask. Cheers, Ditte
