This idea delivered a way to find users by Badge in Control > Users Overview. However, there’s no way to export this list. Nor do I believe there’s a way to grab this via the API (vote for the idea below if you’d like to see it added) Idea: Enable the ability to export badges as a standard report in Analytics or even just an export option on the filtered Users Overview. As others have indicated in the comments on those posts, it’d be good to have:User information Badge name and ID Date badge was awarded
Currently for AI Followup synched Timeline activities the Merge Logic doesnt consider the activities created through Outlook Plugin. Customer NICE CXone sync lot of activities through Outlook plugin, hence requesting to consider these activities for merge so that there are no multiple entries for same meeting.CC: @marionmungcal
At the moment, external users (customers) can only close a task in a Success Plan shared through Spaces if they own the CTA the task belongs to. According to my interaction with Gainsight support, this is by design: In many cases tasks within a CTA are distributed between CSMs and customer contacts. Having to separate these into different CTAs will make the Success Plan very cluttered. In my opinion, edit rights for tasks should be based on task ownership, not CTA ownership.
Painpoint: A pre-built Analytics report has the types of charts and insights I want to share on a dashboard, but I can’t always share those in dashboard widgets. For example, multi-question survey responses. There are some nice pre-built charts on the which questions were answered or the responses to specific questions. And there’s no real way for me to add a widget to a dashboard that would open the Survey Performance report. All work arounds would open query builder reports or other reports that are missing the data I want to share. Opportunity: Seeing the charts are there and pre-built, it feels like something that could/should be made easy to add to a dashboard. That’d give the benefit of both sharing the desired insights on a dashboard, as well as a widget that allows the opening of the full Survey Performance report for more analysis.
Hi all,In reports today, Gainsight isn’t able to handle color contrast properly. This means that dimensions to which a darker color is attributed will still show black text on that dark color. The system should auto-switch the font color based on the background color. Below is an example where dark text is used on a dark background. Thanks!A
Our configuration: In Salesforce we have Contact, Account Contact Relationship, and Associated Contacts. In Gainsight, we map these to Person, Company Person, and Relationship Person respectively. We are using these different sources in Salesforce to create our Gainsight records. In Salesforce, we do not create Account Contact Relationships for every Associated Contact. In our Load to Person Rule, we have 3 type of actions, 1 mapping the Contact to Person, 1 mapping the Account Contact Relationship to Company Person, and the final mapping the Associated Contact to Relationship Person. Our intention is to have consistent data across our platforms. In the action to create Relationship Person records, we do not have a lookup defined for Company or the Company Person Identifier checked for matching criteria.Problem statement: Gainsight is upserting Company Person records in the Load to Relationship Person.Impact:Duplicate Relationship Person records where the Person and Relationship are the same, but there are multiple Company Person records, Ticket 353751 Company Person records are created without an identifier or any detail Account Contact Relationship and Company Person have completely different datasetsPlease address the product gap (that I experience as a bug) as soon as possible and include a process to resolve all Company Person records without dependencies and without identifiers.
We are wanting a way to easily track in Gainsight when a meeting is scheduled (future) with the client. This would include SBRs, normal syncs, or ad hoc meetings. Ideally this would link to our CSMs calendar and work similar to the Chrome Plugin where CSMs could just check to “add to GS Calendar” like you can check to “add to timeline”. The intention is to give visibility to upcoming engagements with our customers and more easily track without causing additional work for the CSM that is manual. We do not want to create custom fields that require CSMs to keep track of on top the actually scheduling. We have found that method easily gets out of date and too cumbersome. We are especially wanting to keep a better pulse on upcoming planned SBRs and then track on timeline when SBRs actually occurred.
While impersonating our end users I learned that they are seeing a banner inviting them into a Gainsight Release webinar. This webinar seems to be admin focused, but ironically I am the one who is not getting this banner. Please consider the fact that an average CSM is already fatigued by the amount of announcements and new processes that they need to read and learn. Then they get this communication about new releases that could be confused as if coming from our internal team, but what’s inside is actually of very little relevance to them.If this is actually useful for some clients then this could be a tenant-wide “opt-out” checkmark, but please make it stop.
Hi Team,Currently, the pie chart colors appear fixed and are assigned based on the percentage of the data point (e.g., the highest value gets blue). Please provide the option to define the colors of data points based on the user's type (Promoter/Detractor/Passive) across dashboard widgets for query builder report widgets. This change would enhance the user experience.Thank you.
[Posting on behalf of customer] The Background: Per current behavior, survey responses with the status “Partially Saved” do not automatically go to “Partially Submitted” upon survey closure. Rather, the survey participant still has until the end of the survey validity period (as noted in the “Partial Completion” section of the survey’s Additional Fields configuration) to revisit the survey to change answers or click “submit.” As “Partially Saved” survey responses are not present on the flattened survey object until they move to “Partially Submitted” status, this has the potential to add complications in reporting on the survey results on the day of the survey’s closure. (The “Partially Saved” responses are present on the Survey User Answer Object, though this object is not generally preferred to the flattened survey object) The Ask: It would be useful if Admins had a way to “push” any “Partially Saved” survey responses into “Partially Submitted” status once the survey had closed for simplified reporting and response visibility. Many thanks for your consideration!
Would love the option to add an attachment section to the C360 so we can store key documents such as in-play contracts - we currently upload these to the timeline but they very quickly get obscured by the rest of the entries and it’s a very common need to recheck contracts for anything nuanced and not easily expressed in attribute sections.
Due to the complex nature of our accounts, it is difficult to teach CSMs how to create lists quickly and easily. It would be preferable if admin could create libraries available to all since we are familiar with the data inside and out.
Have recently started using inline survey questions more for generic surveys, and have some feedback. There’s not a way to manipulate the font of the survey question, so it winds up not matching the font of your email template and can look poorly formatted. Would love to be able to configure to use the same font as the template. With the different available options of formatting, we’ve received feedback that it’s difficult to know where to click for the question response. For example, the one with the colored boxes requires you to click on the text of the response and not just in the box. It’s not clear on the Program Details page that the question has to have a control type of Radio in the survey set up in order to be used in the program. Might be good to add that as a tool tip somewhere.
🧩 Problem StatementGainsight PX currently offers a limited set of chart types for visualizing product analytics. However, it lacks support for stacked bar charts and other comparative visualizations that are essential for analyzing segmented data and usage patterns across multiple dimensions. This limitation makes it difficult to:Compare feature adoption across user roles, accounts, or time periods. Visualize proportional relationships within a single metric. Present layered insights in a compact, executive-friendly format.🎯 Proposed SolutionWe request the addition of the following chart types to the PX reporting interface:Stacked Bar Chart 100% Stacked Bar Chart Stacked Column Chart Grouped Bar/Column Chart (Optional) Dual-axis charts for comparing metrics with different scalesThese chart types should support:Grouping by two dimensions (e.g., feature + user role) Toggle between absolute values and percentages Custom color schemes and conditional formatting Tooltip and legend customization📈 Business ImpactEnables deeper insights into user behavior and feature adoption. Reduces the need to export data to external tools for advanced visualization. Supports better storytelling in product analytics and stakeholder reporting. Aligns PX with common data visualization standards in product-led organizations.
Similar to report mass editing, it would be great if users could mass edit CTAs for every field. Use case:All of my Risks pertaining to Missouri associated with this type and reason need to have an update in the custom field for next steps.
In order to highlight key items that need to be filled during creation, it would be great if admin could control which items are visible to highlight and communicate key fields needed in the creation of each type of CTA.
Users would like to have the same Write with AI prompts in the gmail extension that are available in gainsight.
As a part of our Q3 goals - we’re looking to make a massive revamp to our gamification features on the platform. Currently, it’s only been the points leaderboard and system that has been utilised over many years and we have a few super engaged super users that have racked up some seriously impressive level of points. I fear to such a degree it would demotivate newer users from bothering to engage. As we look to introduce new badge and rank options it would be great to be able to provide a manual method to be able to award users with points on our platform - something to give them an edge via the current points leaderboards and also recognise them for the amazing contributions they’ve provided the community at the same time. As we know, there are only 5 possible ways for a user to gain points generically. Is this something others have raised or thought about before? Do people agree that there should be a manual function to be able to offer this sort of award as a part of the wider gamification models?
The template is marked as mandatory field in send email of cockpit and P360 email when it is not necessary to include a template while creating a email. The emails are sent irrespective of including a templateThis creates a ambiguity to the end user which prompts to select a email template, when it works with out including it .This can be avoided by simply removing the asterisk or mandatory field symbol from template.
