I would be helpful to be able to better define the reasons on a scorecard for reporting purposes. This would help us categorize and understand what reasons tend to flag a drop in a score than a freeform text field

Hello there,We are trying to create a report, which would display Health Score per Measure group, however when doing so, each measure group shows the “Score” but not the Color Label.As I know, Gainsight has a numeric range associated to each Scorecard Measure color (COLOR (RYG)), and the middle point of this range is displayed as "Score". Unfortunately, this "Score" is irrelevant and does not represent the actual results of our Scorecard Measures, therefore we are unable to create a report, which would display the accurate Overall Health Score per Measure group.Is there a way how to replace Measure “Score” with a “Color Label”, the way it is displayed for Overall Health score?Also, is it possible to remove this “Score” from Scorecard? At the moment, it does not give us any value, and is rather confusing than helpful. Thank you in advance for your support!Best,Aleksandra 

This is a pain.End users that when they get a “tag” notification from within a Scorecard Measure...  they click on the Measure Name, it opens the Scorecard - but it is completely disembodied from the Company. There’s no way to tell at whose scorecard you’re looking.

Hello,Is there a way to round up on the percetages dispalying instead of having decimals in our reports.For ex, we have a pie graph that shows Sum of ARR by Stage.The ARR field is set to ‘display 0 decimal places’.  Yet the results display with decimals instead of rounding. Any insight would be appreciated.

We’d like to be able to expose a report within the actual success plan (similar to how you can expose reports within the R360). The data we’d be looking to expose is within a custom object that’s a step below the R360 level so it’s not available to add as an attribute within the current templates. Curious if anyone has come up with creative solutions on how to expose reporting within a success plan?

Our CSMs do not have access to JO and all components of outreaches (powerlists, templates, scheduling, etc.) are created by admins. Though we've provided reporting in the C360 view, our CSMs would like to be able to see the specific templates sent. Is this possible without giving them admin access? 

Right now, you are not able to order the tabs on CTA with linked objects, they are defaulted. It would be nice to be able to order the tabs how we would like. The company tab gets put at the very end, but with some of our CTAs there are fields we want to have updated on that tab. With it being pushed to the end, it does not encourage CSMs to update the field

See screenshot, there are many options to select for which CTAs show up on Google Calendar. Some are pre-selected, but if you want to select all of them you have to click on each one manually.  It would be a nice-to-have if you could “select all” here.  

Hi Team, User have requested to see all the timeline recods of an account through CTA timeline in the Cockpit page. Could you please have a look over this and see on this request.

We have mass personalized emails we send out through Journey Orchestrator, and because of the volume, it is difficult for the sales team to respond to the inbound traffic it produces. It would be helpful if I could determine the # of emails that are allowed to send out by day or hour, either as a conditional wait, or just as a step in the participant configuration.  If we’re sending out 35,000 emails, it would be nice to span this out across multiple hours, or roll over  to the following day. The ability of adding in timezone logic here would also be beneficial. 

Hey Insided, I feel like I do a ton of back and forth clicking when reading through new content in the community. It’d be sweet if there was an “expand topic” option. Currently, you click on a topic to see everything, then “back to overview.” It takes you back to the top of the page, no matter how far down you are. So then you scroll down to the last topic, etc.It’s not a huge issue, but I’d find it really useful just to be able to expand and minimize them within the same page. 

As members can’t unassign a best answer when it’s been assigned, even if they’ve just clicked it in error, this feature request is basically a thing that comes up which says Are you sure you'd like to mark this as the best answer? With the option to turn the prompt on/off of course (best default to off).   I’ve had a few examples of a best answer that wasn’t a best answer and wasn’t meant to be...

Currently, it’s not possible to update (by notification mail) community members who posted an idea when the status is changed. Therefore community members aren’t informed when their idea has changed status (for example; status ‘new’ to ‘on the roadmap’).  The community members within our community have already indicated several times that they would like to be informed when the status of an idea has changed. See print screen.     

Our community’s superusers have asked for the ability to edit the titles of their new topics. Just as they can edit the body text.Maybe this could be applied using user group permissions in the control panel? It’s not for all, just our regulars. 

Can we implement a warning if you try and name a rule the same name as an existing rule? While I can’t think of a reason why you’d want rules to have the same name, if there is at least a warning that you can override or go back and edit your rule name that would be great. Use case - you have 10 rules all named the same thing, but they do variations of different things. How do you know which one is which?

Hi Team, I am posting this on behalf of a customer. When we add a unified scorecard fact object report in a Dashboard and enable comments for the scorecard fact, we have the feasibility to create timeline comments and see the comments in the enabled comments field. Here when we try to create a timeline activity a new timeline pane is opened up in back which is waiting for the new timeline to be created. If this timeline pane is closed either by clicking on close button or by clicking on elsewhere on the screen the comment created isn’t getting reflected on Dashboard report. In order for the comment to be reflected end users must make sure to not accidentally close the pane by clicking elsewhere on screen or close the pane. This would be a difficult thing when it comes to carrying out day to day activities by a CSM. Please take a look into this feedback and implement a enhancement for a smooth experience to end users.Regards,jagadeesh

Has anyone ever tried creating a Scorecard History Report that provides current and previous scores for all measures within their scorecard?  I tried this with the Unified Scorecard data source, but it does not allow to select a previous/current score for all measures of the scorecard.   I am currently creating new scoring rules and testing them to see how they react but need a way to see the results.  

We have a way to do this within the query, but it adds multiple steps. It would be great to be able to use the date set in admin in to trigger an action on the quarter end or start. Just like how you can set to trigger on the first of the month, last of the month, etc IE  transform to add rule date and then be able to say  Criteria:where rule date = Start of Quarter ORwhere rule date = end of quarter

As an admin and user, in case of an erroneous send or potential account deletion, I would like the ability to change the Account/Company a survey response is associated with. In our case, a manually fed JO Program was provided with improper ORGID’s for the contacts.  As a result, we have reports of survey responses associated with the wrong AccountWhile we Admins are aware of all of the backend dependencies within the Gainsight MDA, this seems like a product limitation if support cannot even process a request.

Currently, locatiozations won’t carry over in the cloned engagements. It will save a lot of time if the clone feature can also include the localizations along with the other configurtions like custom CSS.

I recently had several participants click on the survey link for the first time and were met with a “you have already responded to this survey” page. This got me thinking:Currently if a survey is submitted by a participant they do not have access to their answers either as a read-only or editable. If a participant wants to change their responses, or respond to questions they didn’t answer before submitting there is no way to re-set this. Can we implement a way to individually and bulk “re-set” access to the survey link to participants as an admin? I imagine this would have to involve upserting new data into their record so a whole new response record isn’t recorded. I am aware that admins can edit and delete responses but that isn’t a useful workaround in this case. 

Hello, For customers that use website tracking to view the activity on their commercial marketing web-site there is some great functionality; however, two things are an issue.  The first of those is logged here.  That is once a lead is created ALL users are emailed with a Lead report.  This is problematic for customers with GDPR and bigger concerns regarding treatment of PII data. Please modify the lead report and make it Opt-In or some sort of control so only those who ‘should’ get it, get it...  

Currently, Gainsight only provides 5 options for Timeline activities out of the box. It is easy to add new timeline activity types but it would be better for new admins to have a few more OTB options to drive their ideation on how to best use this feature. Can you add two more types: Opportunity (used for CSQLs and expansion opportunities) Risk (used for identifying any churn risks that arise through telemetrics, surveys, or conversations with your customer).  I think adding these options will help CS Ops practitioners to think about how they are driving upsells and risk mitigation more effectively in the Timeline. Often I see the timeline as just a place to record activities but it can also be effectively used for tracking outcomes.
