I have a use case where I want the ability for Managers to act as a gatekeeper when making modifications for Direct Report’s CTAs.  Mainly with due dates, where whenever a due date is modified that it notifies and allows the manager to approve or deny the change. This came up when discussing different performance metrics for our CSMs, and right now it is just a trust factor that CSMs do not edit due dates to inflate KPIs.   This would also improve manager visibility into actions and difficulties that their direct reports may be experiencing.

Hi, We have a number of our users which are asking for the ability to export all contacts within the Person section of their C360 view, however I have not found any means to do an export here. Am I missing something or do we need to present a contacts report to our end users to work around this? 

When fetching User ID fields from Customer Info in Data Designer it changes the fields to String type fields. This means that you can’t use an ID filed in a global filter on a dashboard containing reports built off of a DD object. 

It would be useful for a PX user to be able to add/arrange the attributes in the Audience or Accounts Explorer, without having to be given the Manager permissions.   Alternately, it could be very helpful to have an Admin (or Manager) push Attribute views to end users. 

It’d be cool if we could customize the transition from step to step in engagements. I don’t need to do gimmicky transitions like in PowerPoint, but controlling how long each transition is would be nice, and whether it appears suddenly or fades.

Posting on behalf of a customer… It would be great is the Knowledge Center Bot could be set to display at maximum size by default.  Right now, the user must click the top left control to make it bigger.  See below: 

I know that we have the option of adding the "Wrap Lines" after the report has been built and is in production either in the C360 or on a Dashboard.  However, this requires that each CSM go through and check that box so that it saves the report with wrapped lines for the columns. This is kind of annoying and can lead to CSMs/end users nitpicking on these small things. Especially on reports that have longer text fields or the column header is lengthy.  It would be great if we could have the "Wrap Lines" option within the Report Builder, so that as default you can create a report for everyone with the wrapped column lines already in place. 

Hi Team, As of now, we don't have default/explicit Status field in Timeline Activities. So currently, status for all the Gainsight Activity is by default synced with this status value in SFDC. So if you create activities in Gainsight, and if you have selected open status, then the syned activity will just sit open in SFDC, until someone manully changes it. What we want is to have status to status mapping. Like, if I create a activity of type In-progress, the sync activity should be In-Progress and If I create Completed it should be Completed. Currently, it is only one Status that is applied to all activities sync to SFDC -

Would be great to have Gainsight JO have the ability to adjust case formatting of customer names by using the equivalent of the ‘proper’ function from excel before sending out the emails

Specific situation: We have a quarterly report for our professional services team. We have the PSM mapped as a custom field in the program but want to be able to pull it into our final reports. I can access who the CURRENT PSM is via the relationship, but since this is used for performance we need to know who the PSM was at the time the survey was sent. There is quite a bit of turnover/moving accounts in this area of our business, so keeping track quarter to quarter is almost impossible. BONUS if this was also available in the Analytics tab so we could show/filter by these custom fields there as well.

Our community’s superusers have asked for the ability to delete their own topics/replies. Just as they can edit the body text, this option would time out after 60 mins.Maybe this could be applied using user group permissions in the control panel? It’s not for all, just our regulars

After launching an engagement, you get redirected to the list view of all engagements. Might just be me, but I often launch an engagement and want to go test it in my app to see if it behaves as expected, but when I get redirected it’s annoying to have to go back into the engagement to make any edits, i’d rather it just launch and stay on the launch screen.

If you tokenize the survey score in a NPS/Survey Program, it includes a decimal for some reason. It’s not a huge issue for my use case, since I’m creating CTAs with this information, but I certainly would not want to send an email to a customer thanking them for responding with a “9.0” score. 

My team has been asking for the ability to enter timeline entries via a Task instead of at the CTA level. The idea is a CTA is tied to a process and the entry would show the respective CTA/Task associated with that entry. This helps identify quickly in timeline what took place for that piece of the process not just at the CTA high level.

Currently it is only possible to place the Case Success Visualforce Page on the Console Layout. It would be beneficial to add this functionality to display on the Case Layout as well.

As an admin, I'd love to be able to click an edit icon on a report from the dashboard and be taken straight to the editing page of the Report.  And once I click save - if I came from the dashboard - take me right back there. Save me several steps from having to go to Administration, Reports 2.0, Repository, Search for the report, click edit.   

When using email to timeline, the activity will go into Drafts if the recipient is linked to multiple Companies or Relationships. In the Draft activity, a Relationship is selected by default. It would be nice to be able to set another default Relationship, so you don't have to change it 90% of the time.

I’d like the ability to report on rules and rule execution via report builder to then associate that report to a Dashboard as you would any other report.  Use case for myself would be ongoing visibility into the rules engine from a Dashboard I’ve created for myself to help monitor the activity of our team and ongoing rules.  Also would allow for more flexibility and ability to share outside of our team.  

AWS Export option in S3. Not the safest thing for security, but accessible and easy to configure. I think to add some security, we should allow for an encryption of those files on export.

Hi,it would be great if there would be a way to drill down from a Dashboard report to another Dashboard that will have more detailed reports on that topic. I know that you can also select another dashboard via the drop-down, but in case there are many dashboards it will be more efficient and quicker to click on one measurement directly to a related dashboard with various more granular reports.Example: Renewals due this quarter in an overview high level dashboard. Having a link in the widget that will open a Renewal Dashboard with the view on the data in more details and from various aspects (product, time, health score ...) . 

Need for the ability to change the color of the "X" close icon, especially when the dark color backgrounds are applied to the engagements. There is way we have by changing the background-color for the element , however unfortunately, that doesn't align with the styling we are trying to achieve. Is there any way to point to a different image for the 'X'? Ask was people would love to have the ability to choose between a white or black 'x' option in the future.

I like to add emojis to engagements to make it more fun for my users. I use the hotkey on mac (command+control+space) to add the emojis. They render perfectly in the editor, but whenever I save the engagement I receive an error message. I see the emoji options you have in the editor, but it’s limited to faces and not other stuff like thumb up, wave, party emojis, etc.

I’d like to add images or files as attachments in email engagements. Current workaround is to add the images directly to the body of the email, but that takes up too much space. I’ve also hyperlinked text to files, but that’s not ideal either.

Hello, we have created a DD space to unify data from SFDC Account and GS Relationship data, so that we can report on latest Timeline Activities for specific Relationships. I created test report DD test - CL CAL Updates which may be manipulated for testing this case. While the intent of the DD space is to identify latest activities logged with Max Activity Date, it is pulling in all timeline activity entries. We would like to see a list view of the entries like in report [DD] Cloud Lending - Critical Account Updates Most Recent, therefore we do not want to apply aggregation to the activity date in the report builder. Rather, we would like a way to achieve a similar looking report but with only the last activity logged for each account.Additionally, we would like the DD space and report to include a field indicating whether a timeline activity was logged at the C360 or R360 level. Is this possible?Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide in achieving this use case.
