Hi,it would be great if there would be a way to drill down from a Dashboard report to another Dashboard that will have more detailed reports on that topic. I know that you can also select another dashboard via the drop-down, but in case there are many dashboards it will be more efficient and quicker to click on one measurement directly to a related dashboard with various more granular reports.Example: Renewals due this quarter in an overview high level dashboard. Having a link in the widget that will open a Renewal Dashboard with the view on the data in more details and from various aspects (product, time, health score ...) . 

Need for the ability to change the color of the "X" close icon, especially when the dark color backgrounds are applied to the engagements. There is way we have by changing the background-color for the element , however unfortunately, that doesn't align with the styling we are trying to achieve. Is there any way to point to a different image for the 'X'? Ask was people would love to have the ability to choose between a white or black 'x' option in the future.

I like to add emojis to engagements to make it more fun for my users. I use the hotkey on mac (command+control+space) to add the emojis. They render perfectly in the editor, but whenever I save the engagement I receive an error message. I see the emoji options you have in the editor, but it’s limited to faces and not other stuff like thumb up, wave, party emojis, etc.

I’d like to add images or files as attachments in email engagements. Current workaround is to add the images directly to the body of the email, but that takes up too much space. I’ve also hyperlinked text to files, but that’s not ideal either.

Hello, we have created a DD space to unify data from SFDC Account and GS Relationship data, so that we can report on latest Timeline Activities for specific Relationships. I created test report DD test - CL CAL Updates which may be manipulated for testing this case. While the intent of the DD space is to identify latest activities logged with Max Activity Date, it is pulling in all timeline activity entries. We would like to see a list view of the entries like in report [DD] Cloud Lending - Critical Account Updates Most Recent, therefore we do not want to apply aggregation to the activity date in the report builder. Rather, we would like a way to achieve a similar looking report but with only the last activity logged for each account.Additionally, we would like the DD space and report to include a field indicating whether a timeline activity was logged at the C360 or R3

The Scorecard Mass Edit report is highly utilized by our team and could use some major updates. Would be great if: - Health score measures columns didn't default to the end of the report and could be rearranged as other field types - Health score measure comments didn't have to immediately follow the corresponding health measure. We would like to highligh the health score as one of the first columns in the report but still make the comments available to be viewed if scrolling over for more context. - Make the column widths adjustable - extremely frustrating to see a column with numerical values, etc. taking up more space than it should and limiting the real estate for additional metrics being displayed. Please make this a priority :)

I'm having some challenges with formatting Copilot emails when they include tokens or links. When the email is sent, the tokens and links show up in a different font and size. I've been able to get around it by trying to match the font and size as closely as possible, but it's still noticeably different. Has anyone else experienced this?

If a Report is used in a JO Program… there should be a notification that upon changes to the report, you need to also re-map the report to your Email Template in the program.  Often, if a report is changed in the report builder, the changes are not reflected in the report that gets sent out via the Program. 

Hi Rules Admin, Do you wish to see the rules notification of Success / Failure apart from email notifications? See image below How is your interest in other tools like Cisco Spark, Atlassian Hipchat, RingCentral Gilp for rule run results?

My team suffers from CTA overload. Many of our CTAs could easily be grouped if we were able to customize the Tasks through the Rules Engine. Additionally, many of the Tasks may be completed already at the time the CTA fires. We could save team members a decent amount of hassle if these tasks could be closed by the Rules Engine.  Example: Our team addresses multiple Opportunities for an Account at the same time. Today, because we can only link 1 Opp per CTA, we have to fire an average of 4 CTAs per Account, all to be worked together. We’d rather have 1 CTA with 4 Tasks, one per Opportunity. 

When forwarding an email via Gainsight Assist, it currently based the Company/Relationship to log the Activity on the sender of the original email. This will potentially lead to logging the activity to an incorrect Relationship if you're forwarding an email a colleague sent to a customer. It would be useful if Gainsight Assist also takes into account the recipients of the original email (and sends the email to Drafts in not certain).

Greetings,I recently came across what I believe to be an opportunity for improvements within Report Builder. I was trying to run a report of aggregate data tracking activation rates for users at a particular client over time. The goal was to see the progress of activation rate over time for our Small Market and Enterprise business segments, as well as the data Overall. Currently, Report Builder will let me Show: Activation Rate by Small Market (boolean) [true or false]. That third trend, Overall is only available by removing Small Market from the Show By line in Report Builder. It would be neat to be able to see the activation rate as a line graph with all three lines being tracked, Small Market, Enterprise, and Combined / Overall / both present. 

Right now if you have the viewer license and view_group permissions, you can only see the dashboard module via a live link. It would be easier and make more sense for the dashboard module to be available for view only users rather than have to be sent a link.

We have more than 6 subcategories and we would like to have more than 6 of them to be shown at the parent category page for better navigation and customer experience. We would like that to be controled at the admin site (the number of subcategores shown at the parent category page) See screenshot  

I ask my PMs to pin a response to every idea so customers feel heard.   How can I tell the current state?  I’d like to see all ideas without pinned responses and who the assigned moderator is in a table.

Hi Team, There is very limited ability to customize the widget and what is shown in Zendesk, Service Cloud etc. Here is my idea:I have created my own C360 layout called Support Layout which provides insights in Gainsight for my support reps that they should care about. I'd like the ability to be able to configure sections similarly to the Account/Oppotunity widget but for the support widgets that we embed directly into the ticketing system widgets for Zendesk, Service Cloud, and Dynamics. This would give full visbility into things suport reps care about, not just the "default view" that ends up with a lot of noise.

Really enjoyed the Adoption Explorer webinar today. It looks very promising! We're beginning to look into ways to adjust CTA alerts for drops in usage to account for seasonal businesses. Does Adoption Explorer have a way to help simplify this effort?

Under Search Configuration for Company/Relationship, we cannot add the current health score value as a visible field when searching records. There is a string value for Current Score and Previous Score (GSID) but not the numeric value or label which would be a helpful reference when using the search bar.

I was speaking with a customer earlier who would like the ability to generate a link for an engagement to then be able to launch Engaggement via a link. As of now the only way to show an engagement on demand is by using the Knowledge Center Bot. This has come up a few times now, do we see in the future being able to launch Engagement from a link?

Can a filter be added to the standard Cockpit view in the C360 to hide/unhide CTAs by type? Objective CTAs appear in this view and, in our use case, it would be nice to filter them out as they are not true Calls to Action for us. 

When interfacing with customers our tech team is looking for an ability to make quick updates to series of tasks from a C360 table report, rather then going back into each CTA and Task independently 

As per the NXT design, we consider username as the unique identifier by default in the SFDC connector job. Now -1. Create a salesforce connection in Gainsight and complete the user Sync. This will create the user 1 in Gainsight.2. Connect Gainsight to another environment/sandbox with similar data this will create another User 2 in Gainsight.3. Now since there are 2 users with same Id.4. Make User 1 as inactive and assign all the permissions to User 2.5. User 2 in salesforce will see a blank screen.Workaround is to deactivate the User 2 and assign the right permission for User 1.This is not acceptable approach and would need a feature enhancement for the current functionality.   

With BCC to timeline we are worried that long email chains might cause an issue. Currently we are supporting a RTF field that allows for 15k character limit. We would like the ability for this to match the RTF character limit seen in SFDC, which is drastically higher.
