We are using the field "Annual Revenue" on the Summary tile and have noticed that even when the dollar amount is in millons, Gainsight displays it with a 'K" for example "52,000,0000" as indicated in Salesforce is represented in Gainsight as "52,000K" but rather should be preresented by an "M" for million. This display is not as intuitive and can be misleading for users when viewing the tile. In particular this product enhancement request emereged as we are expaning Gainsight to our SE (Sales Executive Account Team), and annual revenue is a field that is critical to represent accurately as it may dictate decisions on contract negotations and current state/ROI conversations. There is risk if the field is misleading in how it is displayed or how it is interpreted.

We are currently pulling in a $ field to our C360 account summary. For most accounts we have it formatted to show $65K, but we have a few larger accounts that show up as $2490K which is just weird. The only formatting option is ‘Multiplier’ but no option on now we want to handle these larger amounts. Can logic be added to that formatting to automatically adjust to $2.5M when it reaches millions vs. thousands?

Hi There, Currently we don't have a User Local option in the NXT org due to which the date format is common for all the Users. Although, we have a user timezone setting which are honored in reporting but the date format is as per org locale. Can we have this implemented like we have in our standard org? Thank you ~Shiv

I would love to be able to set-up rules that run everytime a specific action happened or record/field was updated. Currently we add filters to specify the rule should run where (e.g) created date = rule date. This means we can only run once a day as if it was to run every hour the criteria would be met resulting in multiple updates/actions taking place.    Having a trigger based rule would ensure that they can run in near real-time (keeping our SF instance fully updated inline with GS would be a huge benefit of this).

Currently the limitation for the no of fields that can be used for auto subscription is five.    Can we increase this.    Usecase in the words of customer: We'd like to be able to notify people who assigned to the company.In our business, we have our customers in which different stakeholders from us (like in total 8) need to interfere the situation. I need to have that flexibility.

Our use case is specific to adding sub tasks within the Success Plans.  Today we have a Success Plan created but need a way to have a mor granular view within the the Objective.  So the request is to have the ability to add a sub -task to the Task within a specific Objective.  This will allow our CSMs to call out the specific action the they are taking with a customer product, for example.  This should also show within the Gannt chart as a sub component to the task.

We would like to see the ability to receive email notifcations even when assigning one to yourself.  Currently the user who is assigning them does not receive when it is assinged by them to them.

I want to customize the task screen on the Success Plans to include a few fields that I do NOT want on the regular CTA/Task screen.  Is that doable? Or are all task screens the same? 

Hi. Can we show the Source Type and Source Object Name in the Report Builder Screen. What I thought exactly was, right now if we click on the down aroow icon on the right side of the report, currently we are showing the “Created By, Modified By, Used In, etc”. So, there itself, if we can show the Source Type and Object Name that would be a good option Example: Source Type: MDA or SFDC or DataSpace Object Name: Actual Object Name which we used to create that report. I'd like to use Gainsight CS as a tool that can give me an easy overview of all tasks that I need to work on for a specific day. Right now, It's not that easy to track down the separate tasks that have their due date today/tomorrow if you have a big list of CTA's. For example: If I have a CTA with a task for next month and one for today, the current due date sorting will sort on the CTA due date, which will be set to the due date of the task for next month. This could mean that I miss the task that is due today. What would be great to have is a list of all tasks, without interference of the CTA due date, sortable on their own due date.

On our C360 pages, we include several related lists of SFDC objects (e.g. Opportunity, Cases, Contacts, etc.) where a CSM will be navigated from the C360 page to the SFDC page for the specific Opportunity, Case, etc. It would be helpful if instead of re-directing to a new window, that a modal window opens so CSMs aren’t navigated away from the C360 page. It would help limit the amount of clicks and back and forth the CSM has to do, and seamlessly let them update SFDC information from different objects.

It would be great to have a link/integration with the customer's PX dashboard/report, directly from the R360 view.

 One of our customers is asking whether it is possible in the Scorecard History object, to be able to capture both the numerical score (via the weekly snapshot) and the actual Label of A-F grading, so that someone looking for historical trends based on grade can easily access that in their data warehouse without having to 'convert' from numerical score to grade.  Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi all, and happy friday! I had a question about the “Scorecard Timeline Comments” feature that I shared a few weeks ago during “Admin Office Hours”. I haven’t enabled the “Scorecard Timeline Activities” feature within my org yet. Is there a way for the GS admin to write a rule that auto-converts to a different activity type other than “Update”? Or is there a way to re-purpose ‘Update’ activity type?   Thanks in advance,  Jasmine

It would be great if there was a way in the Enablement Engine tool to pause an active audience in order to do a one time send.  Ex. I have audience logic set for an enablement, if for some reason someone was not included in the triggered audience logic, I have to delete the active audience in order to send one time to that individual and then go through and re-add all the original audience pieces. It would be great if I could pause certain audience triggers and activate just one and then reactivate the original audience, or if you just had the ability to pause pieces of the audience whenever necessary. 

I need to base a task due date off of another field within SFDC ... but i do not have a choice on the date field within a playbook to select another date field... any ideas on how we could do this?  

Use case: CSM is managing a company and sponsor tracking is set up. Sponsor moves to another company, GS updates with CTA and Sally puts list of that Sponsor's accounts in Slack so the CSM can say, hey you have this much revenue and these clients now not covered. Use case: CSM is managing Fiserv company. Fiserv company gets hit with SEC fines, Sally puts info in Slack (IFTT can put links to articles that mention a specific company in Slack today) about health scores. In general this could be a way to link Sally to external sources of info like IFTT so that they can action off each other and provide context in Slack about the account when external things happen, like when the newest TV line launches for Vizio, as noted by a launch statement being captured by IFTT, then Sally puts earnings data in Slack or YOY revenue. Maybe the stock takes a huge hit, IFTT can put that in Slack too, then Sally puts in data about NPS numbers from the company. There are a ton of possibilities that

First off I want to say I LOVE the new sticky filters in the Rules Engine with the 5.x UI.  This is such a time saver!   Would it be possible to extend the Action Type filter for any "Load to" action to search for specific fields to which data is being loaded?  For example, search for any Load to Customer rule that modifies/updates the Stage field.

Don't know how possible this is, but figured I'd put it out there. I love that you can filter the Rules Engine for Source Object, Action Type etc. Is it possible to take it a step further and filter for rules that are using/referencing a specific field (Native or MDA) in a particular Setup Action type?

I mentioned something about this a long time ago but, wanted to get it on community. Often times when there are many rules in the rules engine it becomes cluttered. One of the saving graces of being able to sift through all of the rules are the different types of searching capabilities. One of the main things an admin often looks for is what rules touch an object. While being able to pick what rules source an object is beneficial, we often have multiple rules that push data to a single table.  Unless you are very familiar with all of your rules it can be difficult to tell which ones can be pushing to a certain table. The feature request that would be beneficial is the ability to select 'Target Object', just like you can 'Source Object', and then pick the MDA or SFDC object. This then will display all of the rules that have a load to action to that specific object.

From the Reports 2.0 Repository list it would be nice to be able to edit the name of a report directly without having to open it up and go into the report builder.

As an admin, I want to see all new Ideas with Ideation Status “New” and save that as a custom filter.  This is to expedite my moderation workflow. 

It would be nice if you could select the order of tasks per playbook instead of a global setting.  

Currently the “Share” button has three options: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn. As content in most of inSided’s customers’ communities revolves around service and self service, sharing it to the three social networks doesn’t make much sense most of the times, as issues, problems and questions usually are quite specific. It is more likely that users want to share questions and solutions (the majority of the communities’ content) to single peers (or small groups of peers) instead of large groups of followers or professional contacts. WhatsApp is the biggest social messenger, that’s why we propose that the “Share” button gets a new option: Share to WhatsApp. After tapping on the WhatsApp share button, WhatsApp opens on the users’ phones and they can choose the recipient(s) they want to forward the URL to.
