Every Month our team (Customer Experience) builds a presentation to our Executives regarding all of the NPS feedback and data that we compile from the previous Month. I want to start using the text analytics tool to help us take this to the next level and was curious how other companies are leveraging this tool. Are folks using it to help with their analysis, or are you sharing the actual data in the text analytics (word cloud, opinion, sentiment, etc.), if so, what format? One challenge I have with text analytics in its current iteration is that sentiment is not always accurate and you also can’t export the data directly from the tool. Looking forward to seeing some ideas, and thank you in advance for your replies! ????

It would nice to be able to create a CTA and tag multiple accounts. It would be created and displayed in the main cockpit. To the right, when opened, it would also show the other accounts affected in the CTA tab next to Timeline and Customer. I have internal calls frequently discussing multiple accounts. For example, there is a particular event that will involve several of my clients. I want to create a CTA with tasks to accomplish for this "Customer Success Summit" and tag all the accounts associated. This option would also be usefu to make to-do lists for multiple accounts at once.

Hi there, Is there any option to have a question text on two rows for an open question in Surveys 2.0? For example: How are you today? Please note that today is Feb 25th. [text box] Also, is there a way to replace the text for the open box? Instead of "Enter text" to have "write here", for example. Thanks, Lucian

I want to add Segment (Enterprise, etc.), Tier, ARR and Potential ARR and be able to do an up/down sort on those column headings, just as you could in a Salesforce report. It looks like you can only add 2 columns presently and you can't sort on them. 

Is there any way in copilot to copy in whoever the account owner is? Current scenario, I see the ability to copy in up to 3 email addresses. This is a feature request for a way to achieve notifying the account owner when a welcome email (for example) goes out.

Some business cases for relationships change and we are moving away from a Relationship in GS but we want to retain the timeline entries as it still pertains to the account. It would be really great to have an option to either move/copy or make available the relationship level entries within the customer level timeline. For now I have created a report to display on the C360 for all entries but that is redundant and does not look as good as the timeline feature.

I would love it if we could run a report on rule actions. I specifically would like to see the number of success plans created each day by the rule I made. It's very cool that we can see this data in the execution logs, but I'd love a macro view. 

As admins well know, every click counts.   Would be such a time saver if you could select all the fields you want to add to a Report or a Rule by using checkboxes - similar to how you can do that on graphs and charts: (Bonus points for a "Select All" option in the Report Builder) Graphs: Mockup of similar in main Report Builder selection:

An email is sent when you add someone to Shared360. However, that email isnt logged to timeline. Similar to EA, can the email automatically be posted to timeline?

We - as a software development company ourselfs - struggle with ideation. We don't have the ideation module turned on because of various reasons. The main reason is what I also see happening in the ideation forum of Insided: customers assume that more votes means the idea will be implemented sooner. But that is not how it works. As any company, you have different goals, and the most important ones are the that match your vision or company strategy. This is no different for a software development company as for any other type of company. However: our customers find the way we work now not satisfying. They don't have an overview, and don't know where their idea stands in relation to the 'to-develop' backlog. As said in the first paragraph in this topic: where their idea stands, that is a question that is impossible to answer. But the overview: man, that could be a thing. It's been brought to my attention that when the Timeline Draft limit is met, the warning that comes up alerting you that the draft save failed intrudes on the user's ability to complete their update. I understand that the error is just alerting us that the draft can't save because of the limit but I think it'd be helpful if it was able to show but not interrupt the users ability to post (having to click out of the error every time it appears).

In our use case we would like to use Activity CTAs on the Timeline to centralise notes from calls, meetings and other updates. We work in multi-professional teams where up to 3 people can be joining these events and collecting notes from different angles. Being able to centralise these notes and work towards shared goals is a key feature we are missing currently. Using the Timeline and Activity CTAs would solve a lot of our collaboration issues in GS. Currently, only the Activity CTA creator can make edits to the Activity CTA. Having the ability for other users to edit Activity CTAs would help us here.

After the good points here, on advice of Daniel, a separate topic. We are getting more and more users that subscribed to category's but then complain about the amount of mail they receive, not knowing they actually subscribed to a category and it being a pain in the *** to explain all of them where they need to search (most of them not getting it and having subbed to more than one category). I therefore also fully support Monique on the kill switch for all mails or an overview in the profile page of all subbed content. Next to that, an unsubscribe button in the notification mails for category topics would also help with this, most users that complain have no idea how the sub/un-sub of category's works on the community and just click the button. CSMs would like to have a way to search within their Success Plan Objectives, Tasks. We have the drop down for Objectives but the ability to search on tasks is not availble. Is this something that can be enhanced?

Posting on customers behalf:: On a R360 page, a customer can either click the Edit Attributes or the inline checkmark to make a change to attributes such as the CSM assignment. If the inline edit is allowed, there should be a confirmation of some sort - SAVED, SUBMITTED, green check mark - to indicate that the request has been recorded.

At the moment when you refresh a page on C360, it will refresh the whole page and load the summary page. It would be a better experience if the refresh would take the user back to the container they were looking at. For example after editing the name of a Relationship, you need to refresh and are then taken to the summary page. Would be better to not have to re-navigate to the Relationship container.

Example : I have a report in my C360 for support cases and I want it to sort by case number ascending not descending. Customer's ask: Sort the records in a report in C360 in an ascending order. Currently, user has to manually adjust the columns in ascending/descending order as wanted.

It would be nice to be able to export an ORGs 'Blacklist' within the Gainsight UI.

Possibility to save the draft version of an article. I don't have to publish the article directly I do not lose my work when Insided system has a bug (which happens too often unfortunately🙄) or when I accidentally close my browser (which happens too often unfortunately😅) Sounds like basic functionality to me. Vote if you agree.

Some of our customers do not want to review the success plan via a link or snapshot; they prefer to review the success plan via an excel sheet. Is there any possibility of adding the functionality to export Success Plans to an excel sheet? In addition, my team is finding it very difficult to use the description box within the tasks because they have to scroll through to review all the comments. My team uses the description box on individual tasks to make updates on the progress since there is no timeline feature on the task level (only objective level). Is it possible to have the description box as a pop out so they can see large volume of text? Lastly, my team would love to see the timeline details associates with objectives in a success plan included in snapshot and link sharing (as well as excel if that idea makes the cut). Right now, my team is updating timeline on each objective but it is not currently being exported on the snapshot nor included in the li

Every customer I have had, I have to go and create the report builder tab (instead of going via Admin > Report Builder). Is there a reason why this tab is not available OOB?

When using Global Filters on dashboards, (one or two) it seems that a lot of UI real estate is blank/lost to the right and above. THe siggestiong would be a dynamic space for the Dashboard selection drop-down and Global filter components to expand/contract. I would upload a picture but everything I am attempting (33k.png.jpg.jpg) is failing for some reason

Is there a way that when a task that's under a CTA is completed- that we can auto mark the CTA as "in progress," instead of "new?"

Working with a few customers we have discovered that custom fields can only be associated to one currency type. The best example of this is a customer that has multi currency enabled in their org and they need the field to show 4 different currencies: 1. USD - Dollar 2. EUR - Euro 3. GBP - British pound 4. JPY - Japanese yen currently you can only have one for a field in Gainsight, but we would like the ability for a field on any object to look back at the account and see what the currency type is and display converted. The only way to do this would be to create a custom field for the specific currency and have it use a formula to calculate.
