Would like to have the ability to track unique clicks in an outreach.  IE if the outreach has four different links it would be nice to be able to see which link was clicked the most.

I'd like to be able to add a HTML sidebar to certain topics. Use case: promoting certain relevant help pages or product pages in popular topics.

In the report builder, report on success plan data should have the data formatted similar to the formatted data in success plan page. ( as shown in the attachment). Current scenario: There is no additional formatting done in report on success plan data. Request is to add the formatting of data in the report section of report builder.

This has an open reporting category. One of the customer has an use case i.e., to drag and drop tasks from one CTA to another. When we create a task under a wrong CTA, is it possible to drag and drop the tasks from the incorrect CTA and place them under correct CTA.

It'd be nice if we were able to edit Journeys while they were still active, so in essence just changing the participants we pull through from the query. I'm unsure why once a query turns 'on' the participant list query becomes fixed but it's not efficient. Requirements change and often this will require us to retouch our target lists. At this moment we have to clone the outreaches and close one in order to make changes. This leads us to have multiple outreaches that are basically the same and require us to go to multiple locations for analytics.

When you open an inSided Community on your smartphone, you see the homepage's brand hero image and the subforums' images as scaled and cropped versions of the original desktop image. (On the homepage the scaled version of the original is left-focussed, in the subforums the scaled version of the original is center-focussed. On a stacked bar report, with Show Data Points turned on, the data points don't always show in all boxes, even when there is clearly room: I would also argue that based on the size of the numbers, the smaller empty boxes in the graphic above would also have room.

Every once in a while, we need to clean up our power lists. It would facilitate clean up if a few enhancements were available: - number of times a power list is used in the Power list list line (so we can easily spot the ones that aren't) - total number of power lists returned when we search for a subset (currently the total only matches the filter) Thanks

Customer wants to have click rate and open rate as out of the box fields in JO as these are standard rates companies use to determine the success of campaigns.

Now we skip the data points on the Y-axis in report that we send through copilot due to size constraint. Users wants to display all the data points in Y-Axis to match the data in the report  Can we Scale the size of the report that we embed in Copilot, so we can display all the data with the datapoints on the Y-Axis.

Hi, Today @Hiewwaiy and I demonstrated the embeddable widget for the entire company. They loved it 🙂 So, thumbs up for Insided! Some colleagues had an interesting suggestion: We create our training material in our own software (which has version control and a lot of other document management features we would like to have. Advertisement! Visit our website 😆) Basically we are creating a topic with a small introduction text, and a hyperlink to the training-url. My colleagues thought it would be cool if the training would also open in the widget itself. So: the idea is to open hyperlinks inside the widget instead of opening a new tab. I am aware this is not always what you want, especially if the page you are visiting is not response. But I wanted to drop the idea anyway because I think it still is a good idea.

We can currently link a case/project/opp to the CTA but it would be nice to have the ability to link to the task as well. We currently use smartsheet to for update meetings with the customer regarding cases and opps and projects. It would be great to create a success plan and then add an objective "case review" and then under that objective have tasks for each case we are reviewing that are linked to that case. Then create another for projects and opps, etc. 

It would be useful to reorder the standard fields on the CTA creation form to put those that users enter most frequently at the top. This should ideally be configurable by the admin.

One thing I have seen a few times is user who want to add an exclusion list after a program starts. Or, be able to modify an exclusion list after a program starts. Since the only other way to remove participants after it has started is manually knocking them off, it would be nice to see a more robust way of excluding/removing participants after a program has started. The other threads on this I see on this mention setting up the program differently by including merges or calculated fields to exclude but often times users can't account for these when they first build the program and cloning the program and starting over is kind of a loss in my book. This may cause some confusion when troubleshooting if an exclusion list is added or changed so I am hoping any solution would keep that in mind :)

Hi. Considering that in Gainsight mobile is not possible to see any dashboards or reports, it would be really great if Sally could also show the results of the existing reports that are already built. For instance I could have a report calculating average NPS in a certain region and ask sally to show me that result by entering the report's name. 

Is there a way to integrate the data in Custom Object to the Company Object in Customer 360 configuration. Currently it is not possible in the product. Can this request be achieved by lookup?? The attached screenshot is for your reference.

In support we have seen some issues with the "Map Gainsight Standard fields" within the participant setup. Seems when using a 2.0 survey, this box defaults to checked. This makes the program use company id and person id instead of contact id and account id. This has led to a few people setting this up wrong and mapping SFDC fields to this which causes the program not to work quite right. Can we make this clearer in the product? Or instead of checking it by default, make it a required option to select within the participant setup? When pointing this out to customers, they figured since it was checked by default nothing needed to be changed.

Currently you can't return to the Programs List without having to back out of every other subpage that you're in. For example, if I am in a Program's participant query task, I can't click Programs to return to the list. I have to click Task list > Sources/Back to Sources > Back to Model > Back to Programs. Either adding a breadcrumb at the top or allowing navigation back to the Programs list by selecting it in the Journey Orchestrator drop down would be a big time saver. This is a lot of extra clicks when having to navigate between programs.

I worked with a customer that wanted to be able to change the survey error page. Specifically, if someone responded to a survey already, indicate as so instead of saying a generic survey error.

Hi Team, Is there any way where we can restrict users to prevent deleting the CTA's from cockpit tab or by any chance is it there in our product road-map.

Would like the ability to hide tasks within a CTA, not delete, but hide. Is there an option for this yet?

On the product roadmap call we heard that in Q1 (Feb-Apr) it's slated that we will be able to actually be able to collaborate with clients via the success plan. If we create one now, will that functionality be available retroactively on that plan when it becomes available?

Can you please tell me if there is any forecast for more font types in the email templates in JO?It would be quite nice if we could use installed fonts in email templates
