Since I can create report widgets, would be helpful if I could add more than 6 widgets to the C360 layout.  Unless there already is a way that I've overlooked?

It would be helpful to be able to relabel the headings that display when you drill down into graph report, especially when you have fields with the same name that are pulled as a result of multiple lookups. Example: This list above is derived from clicking a data point on a report that shows Relationships by CSM. I want to be able to show the CSM Name, the name of the Customer and the name of the Relationship when they click on a data point. I end up performing the following lookups: lookup to User::Name (for CSM Name) lookup to Company::Name (for Customer Name) lookup to Relationship::Name (for the Relationship Name) Because I cannot appear to relabel them in the drill down display, all three columns are labeled "Name" This request is somewhat related to https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/allow-ability-to-relabel-fields-anywhere-in-gs

Success Plans can be populated with objective CTA's, however athenahealth would like these objective CTA's to be client specific vs standarized pre-populated objectives. We would like the ability to have an inventory of objectives CTA's so that the CSM can add the CTA's that fit to each clients success plan.

We need the ability to customize what unit of measurement we display metrics in each report/graph/chart/widget. i.e. I would like to truncate $218,175.36 to show $218k. This needs to be on a report-by-report basis as well, as some metrics in a dashboard may need whole units (or even those with two decimal points showing, for ratios and percentages) whereas other figures may need display in thousands, millions, etc. Many of the dashboards have mostly un-readable labels due to them only displaying full values. Please create a way for us to truncate the values displayed in reports, similar to what SFDC shows. It would be great if Sally could return results like - Number of customers with xyz relationship or number of users whose NPS score is > 6 etc

I have a customer that would like to add permissions to be able to use the "Remove Score" button on the manually set CSM meter score section. Being able to restrict this will allow users that they do not want be able to remove the score to not.

With the Saleforce Inbox plugin for outlook, we now have the ability to associate an email to the activity history of a CTA in SFDC; which is great. The problem is, this doesn't sync back to the CTA record in Gainsight. This would solve a big obstacle we are currently experiencing with keeping the flow of communication recorded in the CTA we are working out of in Gainsight. 

It might be useful to have the ability to choose what types of CTA's that sync with Salesforce. Currently it's either all or nothing. Might be cool to have a checkbox that you can select that turns off/on certain CTA types.

It would be easier If I was able to copy and paste fields when we work on Reports/Rules/Dashboards.

I have run into a situation with a customer where she needed to export the datasets from four large (in excess of 25 Mb) reports, but was unable to access the entire report due to current UI limitations. The resultant CSV's were larger than could be sent via Gmail. In the end, we were able to rebuild these reports as single query bionic rules and utilize the "export to S3" functionality on the Rules engine to provide the customer these results.  While this is a viable work around, and a great way to access the entirety of your large report datasets, it seems like extra work to rebuild something that is already build in another module. Would Product consider adding the current "export to S3" piece to Report Builder? I think the current functionality would be helpful, but have additional suggestion: In Report preview - give the size of the total dataset (both physical size and # of rows) - this could guide users into which export method would work best for them.Any feedback on th

When displaying a report as a line chart, the minimum value on the y-axis will default to just below the minimum value in the data (a false origin) rather than 0. It would be useful to be able to set this to 0 as false origins can lead to misleading data presentation. Oddly, this doesn't happen with bar charts. Does anyone else see this as a problem?

Some customers have custom fields that contain useful URLs on the Account or Customer object. But when a report containing these URLs is displayed on something like the C360 page, they are not able to "right click > open link in new tab" to easily navigate useful pages. This is something that would add usability and convenience to many!

Would like the ability to "lock" CTA Reason types for triggered CTAs so that end users cannot change them. We have subsequent rules with logic that is dependent on reason codes. Would also like the ability to hide certain CTA Types from CSMs when they go to create a manual CTA, but still make those CTA Types available for use by the rules engine. In order to faciliate automated workflows, we are leveraging some special CTA Types with required fields associated with them...but we don't want CSMs creating manual CTAs using those Playbook/CTA Types.

Looking for the ability to pull data from the Customers tab/report out of Gainsight via API. Does this capability exist?

Would love to see the ability to pull in, and filter, Contacts based on their affiliation with an attached Contact Roles.  Example: Wanting to fire a New Customer email.  Org uses Opportunity Contact Roles.  Want to send new customer email to 3 out of the 5 listed Contacts in that Opportunities Contact Roles.  Could filter them out based on Role type. I have a bunch of other, very similar use cases that I'd like to implement for customers.

Currently you can update timeline activities with these file types -&nbsp.jpg,.jpg,.gif,.png, bmp, pdf, doc, docx, txt, ppt, pptx, xls, xlsx. It might be cool to have .eml as an option as well if someone would like to attach an email that they received externally.

I have a customer that had a few failures to send to participants part of an AO because of an empty token. After fixing the the token, the participants were picked up in the next AO run as expected.  The problem is we cannot clear the original error from the log and unable to delete the participants, this is working as expected per L2. As the customer grows the participants part of the of campaign it will become increasingly difficult to find the right contacts to fix.  The trash can next to the failed participant is also misleading as hovering over it shows as remove participant when really it just knocks them off. 

It is a small change, but it would be nice to have the ability to change the name of a query builder job after cloning. Often times, you clone to save time, and then tweak the query after for a different outreach. To change the name, you have to rebuild. In addition it would be nice to have a description field to add context.

As a CSM, I want to be able to provide feedback within the application on a CTA or experimental CTA so that the CS Ops team can take that feedback into account when developing or revising a CTA.

Please include the health score as a sort option in Cockpit for clients using scorecard 2.0.

Seeing as quite some sensitive data is handled within the Insided platform, I'd think a password expiration policy is a logical step to increase the security.

Our CSM would like the ability to recall an email sent via email assist.  If the CSM makes an error on an email, they want to prevent the client from opening the email by using a recall function.

I'm working with a client who is creating numerous Activities via Timeline with accompanying follow up Tasks. The Management Team would like to create a Custom View in Cockpit to filter based upon Timeline Activity Type. I do not see that filter available as of yet and I'm wondering if it might be available in the future.

We've noticed that when syncing tasks into SFDC from email assist that the tasks are not saving with the type of "Email". Customer would like that task to reflect the correct type of activity that is being logged. 

It would be nice to be able to drill down on widget reports from a dashboard. For example, a customer might have a widget that shows the total amount of open CTAs and then they'd be able to simply click on that widget to bring up a more detailed report of those CTAs.
