Another high end request for active communities! If a topic is very active, it stays out of our sight when using the 'last active' filter and working first in first out. Seeing as old topics may be kept alive or be brought back to life*, sorting by 'publish date' is not a suitable alternative. That would result in the oldest topics getting most of our attention for no good reason. What we'd like to be able to do, is to sort by the first new reply. This would perfect our topic workflow. It would be helpful to be able to manually add an email task to a CTA and playbook already in action. Today email assist tasks can only be added through a playbook. The only option is to "replace" when you are editing a CTA/playbook already created and assigned.

Could there be a way we can automatically attach a Playbook when creating a CTA based on Reason type? An example is if the Reason on the CTA Risk is set to Lack of Customer Engagement then the Lack of Engagement Playbook would automatically be attached. Need this for both Customer and Relationship type CTAs/Playbooks.

When building a powerlist, tokenizable fields are displayed at the very bottom of the powerlist configuration under the "Select List Fields" section. The issue with the "Select List Fields" section is that the fields cannot be rearranged.  This causes issue with powerlist readability when customers are trying to double check their powerlists before they implement them into the outreach itself.  The fields show in whatever order the were applied in, and the customer would like to have the ability to drag/drop these fields to reorder them in a more user friendly order.  I'm thinking something similar to what we can do in report builder? Is there any road-map plan for adding in functionality to rearrange the List Fields to make the powerlist execution files a bit more reader-friendly?

I was working with a services architect and we tried creating a rule that had two dataset tasks that fell under the same general umbrella of what I wanted this rule to do - even though they were two disparate sets of data.   I didn't need to merge the data, I just needed the two sets to be available.  When I got to the Setup Action screen, I got an error message:  "It is mandatory to have only one output task to execute actions. Hi everyone, I am a moderator for the Ziggo Community. In our Community we are solving problems together as a group. This causes some topics to become quite extensive and long to read. To make it easier we would like to have a ‘fast jump’ option. With a Best Answer or Modbreak you can easliy jump to the next modbreak. So if someone wants to join and contribute to solving an issue, it is very easy to read up on the relevant reactions. What are your thoughts on this?

First of all, I'm not talking about CTA mass edit or anything admin does. I'm looking for a way which CSMs can leverage to mass edit their accounts. Similar to the customers tab, where they can multi-select and tag the accounts. Example use cases: 1) weekly or monthly, the CSM needs to update SFDC fields (e.g. risk evaluation, reference ready level, etc) for each account. It would be much easier if they can do that in one consolidated table via multi-selection and overwrite. Firing CTA reminders with fields linked in is not very helpful as it's going to create a high volume of CTAs, some of which won't require updates. 2) stretching it to non-account object: periodically, say monthly or quarterly, the CSM needs to update the contact, e.g. JO communication preferences, NPS survey selection etc. given the not-so-low POC turnover at our client's side. Idea/Problem coming from VMware. It is very difficult in email assist to tell the difference between mapped and non-mapped tokens.  They are both grey but the ones with arrows are mapped and the ones without are not mapped. A couple suggestions would be changing the colors - maybe a red and a green? You could also differently color code the values that manually need to be entered by the user. Additionally, if we could override the label on the admin side to say something more end user friendly, instead of Call to Action -> Relationship Name (end user may not

I have quite a few CSMs that are managing large scale customers with frequent calls, emails, meetings etc that they log at the C360 level. What ends up happening fairly quickly is that the timeline gets very busy. We do find the search functionality great, but to add another layer on it I think it would be valuable to be able to archive activities by month/year. That way, what I see when I log onto a customer's timeline are the pertinent items to their recent activity without losing that historical information.   

Currently if a success plan is applied via a rule with a template that has objectives and then another rule fires that has the same plan name, plan type and status but different template nothing will happen. I worked with a customer that would like for it to add more objectives to the current success plan. Just wanted to see what other customers or product has to say about this. Thanks!

Customer request: when looking at a subtask in a CTA (i.e. a Playbook task) it would be helpful to show the name of the CTA on the task pane itself.  You can see the CTA name on the left side, but depending on monitor resolution it may be too small or difficult to manage, which is why showing it in the Task fly-out window would help. 

Our CSM's are currently using Timeline frequently during their customer calls and adding tasks to sync back to their Cockpit for any followups. One of the 'pains' that they currently have is that when the time comes to complete that task, they can not view the timeline notes that were associated with the tasks and the CTA within their Cockpit view forcing them to open the C360. This adds a few additional clicks when they should be able to get those by clicking on the Timeline tab within the CTA.  Is this part of the roadmap for Timeline? 

It takes a click to add a User Attribute, but removing one requires a call to Support. We do disclose in documentation that User Attributes cannot be deleted. It would be worthwhile to add this warning in product as well.

When a field is deleted, but is used in a report, then the report errors out, but the field is no longer visible in the interface, so the report is basically unrevivable. (Screenshot: https://cl.ly/1X3C3U1X2r0P) A deleted field should prevent the report from running, but I should be able to salvage the report without creating a complete replacement. Thankfully, this particular report isn't used in any Dashboards or CoPilot outreaches.

I know the dashboard is in beta, and the idea is for a high level look... but even at high level if I see a post that has generated a lot of comments (for example) I want to take a look at it, or send it to the relevant PO to take a look at. In the current dashboard these are just plain text titles with no link so i have to go searching for that topic and hope I find the right one. Can we link the topic titles to the topic itself?

This might sound like a crazy request but I think we need to have a way to resend an outreach to bounced contacts. That, or make CoPilot more friendly to send after there has been a block/bounce. Use Case: Lately we have been having issues with ProofPoint blocking our IP address. This causes false bounces and people added to the blacklist. While we are working on understanding the root cause of why this keeps happening, it is unfortunate when a customer has a lot of emails bounce during an advanced outreach and the only thing we can suggest is to create a whole new advanced outreach to send to these people. Or in a standard outreach if it has been a few days, it requires some work to understand if that power list is now bringing in completely different results. If it is, how do we go back and find those people? Sometimes it is possible to use a CSV but if they are pulling tokens from other objects we can't do this without a lot more work.  I

I have a customer who really only uses the R360 view for all their customers because they manage everything at the relationship level. Therefore, they would really like the Gainsight widget in Zendesk to display the R360 view rather than the C360 since the C360 isn't really of much consequence.  I understand the R360 isn't available to be displayed in the Zendesk widget right now. My questions:  Is it even possible to eventually show the R360 view in this widget - or am I missing something obvious that would prevent this?  If it is possible, is it on the roadmap? This seems like it will be a more and more common request in coming months.Thanks!

Gainsight will push the Winter 5.11 release upgrade to Sandbox environments starting on February 3. The upgrade may take a few days to complete. The production upgrade will occur on February 20. We currently have workflow rules that provide pop ups in SF with the same fields that we use in the Attributes section in Gainsight c360. It would be nice to see these pop ups in c360 just like we would in SF on the account. 

I have a customer who would like to see a different C360 Summary view when they're in Gainsight vs. another C360 Summary view when they are using our Account widget. Same user, different summary views. It doesn't appear this is possible via multiple C360 layouts. 

I was working with a customer that had a MDA object without the required Account ID and Account Name mapping to be able to use it in a power list. However, it did have a lookup to the Company object that we could get the Account Name and Account ID mapping on. My request is to be able use the mapping on the lookup object so we can use the source object in the Powerlist.

Is there a way to link a Salesforce Knowlege Article to a CTA?  We load tasks to our CTAs but it would be helpful to auto link a Knowledge article that could give the assignee more training information.

It'd be great to have the ability to auto-name a manually created CTA based off the Playbook being applied. This would help with uniformity when viewing all of the CTAs in the Cockpit (especially when multiple team members are working on the same initiative) and to help with reporting based off "Call to Action Name." 

--Reported by one of the Customer-- Horizontal scroll bar not working in customers tab when we use keypad right/left/up/down arrow marks. When we use scroll bar and use those arrow keys then it is working. Is this in plan to add on future release?
