When you go into GDM and look at Dependencies, clicking on a rule brings you to Edit mode.  Suggest bring to View mode instead since would expect primarily used for understanding and researching dependencies.  User could then click into Edit mode if they want to Edit.

Currently, when modifying the opt out reasons as described in this article the displayed text gets displayed but it does not change what gets reported in the unsubscribed table in the MDA. There seem to be baked in reason for each number. The following are the reasons followed by the default displayed text I never signed: "I never signed up for this mailing list" emails inappropriate: "The emails are inappropriate" emails spam: "The emails are spam and should be reported" no longer want : "I no longer want to receive these emails" other: "Other (fill in the reason below)"  It would be nice to be able to configure those baked in reasons for reporting purposes.

We want the ability to assign milestones to CTA Reasons instead of to just CTA Types.

These was raised by several users at HPE:  The request is to have Gainsight enable dependencies between different fields, specifically on the CTA object.  Some key examples include having the ability to limit the "Reason" codes that show based on the CTA type (e.g. if CTA type A is chosen, show only reason codes B and C), but this logic can be extended throughout Gainsight fields.  Is this a planned enhancement?

When configuring the CS360 sections, you can choose which default report to show. This is fine. The problem I have is that the subsequent reports are not shown alphabetically. I would like to see in the drop down sections, the reports shown alphabetically, as they are shown in the Edit Sections view. See attached screenshots.

Based on the current data issues, here are some proposals to introduce while Ingesting the data. NULL values : There is no Check constraint on NULL values while mapping. Can we Introduce "NOT NULL" constraint to reject the records?   Duplicate records on Key fields: Can we reject the duplicate key field records?  Current situation of handling duplicate records during ingestion process is quite uncertain. This might not help customer expected record to show up. Execution Logs: Post load log shows only number of successful/failure records. Is it possible to show up number of records actually got inserted or updated instead just successful? Introducing these features will help customers to proactively identify data issues post load and can take decisions before messing up with the data.

I have a customer that would like to be able to up the number of MDA tables showing in one page on the data manager. Currently, we allow for 50 per page. The customer would like to up that to 100 per page if possible. 

Survey licensed users currently show up on the Gainsight Usage Report as "XXSurvey Site Guest User" (where XX is Workday in our case). It would be nice if these users were identified by name like all other users. We now have a fair number of these users and we'd like to see activity by individual. Thanks!

I like that we can now export a Config file of rules. This was a great addition! However, it would be great if we could take this a step further and be able to export a csv of rule run history. We are troubleshooting rules that take a long time to run, but they do not run consistently at the same time each day. So we are going back through and seeing when they run.  I understand we can create a report for this, but I've found myself several times wanting to be able to export something from the Timeline view of the rules engine.

Currently there are no logs for capturing changes to any of the following projects i.e. S3,Mixpanel,Segment IO & Dataload API Eg: Initially i have used two identifiers as upsert in my s3 config job and now i have changed to three. So only i will be aware of this change, but any other person viewing this project would not be knowing of this modification.

When we create Load to Usage rules, action page alerts users if they did not map Date, Usage Data Aggregation Level Name. It will be good if we show similar error message, if users did not map InstanceId, InstanceName values. Right now if we create rule without mapping InstanceId, InstanceNames rule will fail with "Instance info is null or missing" error message

It would be great if the survey description only appeared on the survey pages. For example, our description includes "This survey should take less than 2 minutes to complete" and looks out of place when it appears on the same page as the thank you message that pops up at the end of the survey.

Internal GonG CSM debate led to this suggestion...It would be helpful when you mark a CTA as closed from the main Cockpit screen to have options for closing remaining tasks under the CTA as either complete or incomplete.   Example 1:  I check the box on Cockpit and the default is to close the CTA as complete.  Ideally I'd have a pop up that says do you want to close the remaining tasks as complete or incomplete since both use cases are valid.  If I have 5 tasks under that CTA and I did 2 but don't need the remaining 3 tasks but I've accomplished the goal of the CTA, then I want those 3 remaining tasks as incomplete.   Example 2:  I check the box on Cockpit and the default is to close the CTA as incomplete.  In this scenario I'd want the same option to either designate the tasks as done but I didn't accomplish the goal OR that I've not done any of the tasks so mark them incomplete. This is a similar approach to the quest

I noticed in GonG that someone recently added CSM name in the main Summary section of the CS360.  This is likely helpful for other users, but as a CSM I'd prefer to see other data in the main Summary section.   So it may be helpful to have custom Summary sections for the Custom CS360 Layouts. 

This idea came from one of my customers - they have customers of theirs that are in multiple geographies and that speak different languages. They like Gsnap, but as only one template can be selected by the Gsnap Admin at a time, they are not able to send a video message that has a different language email text template. Essentially the product idea is to allow creation of multiple templates (similar to JO) and then the Admin can select which templates will be "active" and allowed to be selected by the CSM team.It would also be great to borrow the PowerList functionality from JO in the case where you may want to send a less personalized video message to a large customer list - such as announcing a new release, promoting an upcoming event, etc.

As it stands today, the Data Anomalies tab will spin and spin before eventually timing out if the Customer Info object houses over 100K records.  If a customer has more than 100k records in the Customer Info object, the first query on the data anomalies page will fail out but will load successfully after multiple refreshes. When creating a powerlist you are only able to have 26 filters within your powerlist.  It would be nice to see this number get raised, or be able to use commas in the filter options so you would not need to use so many filters.

Some of the data that is pulled into our C360 section reports is so large that not all the lines in the table are pulled in. When this happens, it would be helpful to have some sort of alert or indicator so that the CSM knows the data either needs to be paired down further or exported to review the full data set.  This is currently causing confusion among the CSM's as it appears the data is incorrect or incomplete. 

Is there a way we can automatically have any CTA Escalation Flags (Mark as Important feature) removed when a CTA is closed by the CSM? We have a rule where escalated CTAs will drop the overall health score, and this is still making an impact even though the CTAs are closed. It will help save so much time from auditing and manually going in to remove the Flags.

So is the Scorecard really Read-Only for the Read Only users? Desire is to show the Scorecard data in the widget to Sales people, but we dont want them updating the Score data nor the comments in the scores.... So the only way around that would be just not to show the Scorecard tab (kinda stinks) or tell them not to change the Scores.... Anyone else have this business case ?

Can we capture changes to done data i.e. insertions/deletions via Data management. Currently we capture data insertions/deletions of Data load api & S3 only.

Currently in config snapshot feature, all rules are listed out with all the metadata information like name,type.source,filter etc Can we have a summarised version of the rules like total no of rules, rules count  based on action type i.e. load to MDA action, load to usage  rule count based on active/inactive. Scheduled/not scheduled rule count based on which has only show section but no action part

Prospect recently requested the ability to manually send an email template from the C360 page versus a CTA.  Use case example. The customer is on the phone and request documentation regarding a new feature. Rather than having to write an email and reference support docs, it would be ideal to reference the Co-Pilot repository and send directly from the C360 Timeline.

Is there any way to make the size of the cockpit section on CS360 dynamic?  It's a lot of wasted space when you have few (or no) CTAs.
