I have a number of customers who were very excited to see the added functionality of the Scorecard view with great visualization we know and love now at the Relationship level.  As I was building them out today, I realized there is no column for Relationship Name.   This means that the report is sorted only by Relationship Id with no connotation of Relationship Name.  As a workaround, I have built another MDA object that holds just Relationship Name, Id and CSM off of which I'm doing a join. Seems like it would be valuable to add in Relationship Name as a default option to this report, since the Account level view has Account Name as an option.

I have received very positive feedback regarding the new "Show Milestone" in the Chart Option of the 360.  Would also love to see the same functionality on Gainsight Dashboard reports as well.   Also, is there a way to manually add a milestone from the C360 without using the Usage section? It would be great to have the same milestone functionality from a report section on the C360 just as we had with the Usage section.

We have customers that are looking to create CoPilot outreaches that populate the "Reply-To" field with a formula field. Right now though, our only supported fields are Email and User Lookup fields.  It would be nice, if possible, to allow other fields to be brought into the Outreach like formula fields containing the correct information (email address). This would allow other information to be used in the outreach. Thanks for the help!

I would like to be able to see the scheduled frequency and time of day for each rule in the Rules Manager list without having to click on or edit the rule so I can view the schedule at a glance.   Currently I have to go into edit mode to be able to view schedule details.   This may seem in redundant to https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/rules-engine-need-a-way-to-view-rules-without-going...  but it is a separate ask.

When I click on a Rule and the summary tab comes up, I can view basic details about the rule including the SHOW and FILTER and the basic RULE ACTIONS.  But if I want to see detail about the Rule Actions or Schedule I have to click Edit to view those pages.  This increases the chance of someone accidentally modifying a rule when they just want to view - especially when click the NEXT button automatically saves any changes. We need a "view only" mode so that I can see the detail on the Setup Rule, Setup Actions and Schedule tabs without being able to inadvertently change anything when I did not intend to.

When i edit a report, it automatically crunch's my data. I would like to have the ability to stop this and allow me to directly edit the report query. I have to wait for the report to load and in some cases it ends in a timeout. A simple button that stops the data from loading and allowing me to edit would be ideal.

Now that you can generate Success Plans via the Rules Engine, we're using that functionality to add Success Plans for our CSMs as a Draft, and then, asking them to customize and make it active. Currently, I don't think there's a way to tell the difference between when a plan was created versus when it was made active. It would great to have this so that we could report off of how long it's taking our teams to complete the building of the plan and make it active.

We export a lot of financial data from Gainsight that then gets plugged into financial models so we can do more complex modeling that the product doesn't handle yet. We're running into issues of version control and not being able to track down the source report. With multiple people pulling data from different reports, the possibility for mistakes is large. I've spent hours trying to reconcile data sets from different people, only to learn that someone hadn't updated the dataset recently or made a selected an incorrect field in the source report. To aid this, it would be super helpful if Report Exports included the following 3 pieces of information in the far right column: Report Generated By: Source Report Name: Date Generated: This would make it super easy for whoever's copy/pasting the data into a model to also grab the metadata.

Filtering by Last Modified By is helpful in some instances, but the ability to filter by Last Modified Date would be helpful when looking for reports that have been edited more recently. 

Create a Success Plan widget that can be added to C360 > Summary section. This widget will show the number of active success plans.

I created my first Relationship scorecard using a Numeric(0-100) scheme, and after a little more consideration, decided we wanted to use a Color(RYG) scheme instead.  However, the scheme isn't editable on a Relationship scorecard, like it is on an account scorecard.   Since this is a new scorecard, it wouldn't be that big of a deal to delete and start over, but that's also apparently not possible without involving engineering.  It seems like it should be a really simple thing to change.

Currently, applying filters is a clunky way to interact with dashboards and especially difficult if using text based values. I would like to design the filtering interface by dashboard to display applied filters and make it easier for users. I've pushed exec dashboards to a separate BI tools previously when GS dashboards didn't have global filters. (May still push to a BI tool). See the example from a Tableau dashboard:   Filtering sections can be labeled, multiselect and picklist options visible, radio buttons for "on/off", etc. A nice to have: Control over display labels for filter criteria since some CRM data can be kinda unclear or need to be consolidated and mapped to a single value. Say for example, we change our definitions/values for Tier within the same field or used a separate field previously, I'd like to map these values to a single field for display on the dashboard. I suppose this a separate request? I can file one for that too. 

In Co-Pilot, we are trying to token a specific URL landing page and I wanted to know if there a way to have a display name show for the text token so the lengthy URL does not have to be displayed.

Posting in behalf of another community member: With the latest update in GonG, I've noticed a few UI issues:  1. the fields in the C360 summary get cut and there's no way to scroll done (see screen shot, opt-out date) 2. Also for the health score bars, it seems like there is some gray above the green - is this intentional? It implies to me that this wasn't fully green (which isn't the case)

Our client used a vendor to create the email templates with inline CSS. There are two types of email templates. 1) regular customer lifecycle email 2) Survey Email with inserted survey link.  However, we were having a difficult to insert the survey URL link to the button that was created by the vendor as the survey URL link is generated dynamically in order to capture individual response.  Therefore, i suggest that we enhance the styling of the survey button to allow "bold, italic" and round border in order for our client to create the button of their style using the editor. 

For example, Customer would like to have the ability to setup an outreach that fires off reports to an inbox that other users can log in and see these reports. Currently, there is no way to do this without firing off for an example customer or do this for each individual customer (with CC ability).  I know this has been discussed in the past, just not sure if its on the roadmap or not.  Steve 

Thanks Lila! I love how much easier it is to access Copilot outside of Cockpit. I noticed that access to the conventional SFDC tabs is no longer sticky (as of today the Gainsight UI is maximized regardless of my last action). Is this by design in the new release? My team is heavily dependent on other SFDC objects so I anticipate it impacting user experience to consistently need to click to access the SFDC navbar. Hello all! Many of you currently navigate to CoPilot by clicking the Cockpit tab and then selecting CoPilot. Since CoPilot has become such a huge part of Gainsight we decided it should have its own tab. For all of our new customers CoPilot is added by default when they install. Moving forward CoPilot from Cockpit will not be supported so I urge everyone to make this change. We can't change this for our existing customers so I will show you how to add this tab. 1) Click on + icon(You may have to pull the ribbon bar down) 2) Click Customize my tabs 3) Add CoPilot to the list and save This should be how you use CoPilot from now on. When viewing a task in the Cockpit List View, it would be useful to have more control regarding the amount of space this area takes up. Widening this section would allow for details to be seen more easily.

Currently the Success Plan template is tied to a Success Plan type. Similar to how we allow Playbooks to be available to all CTA types, are we considering allowing SP templates to be available to all SP types? Seems useful. 

It's odd that I cannot set the priority on an Objective until after I have created it. 

Similar to the ideas to filter CTA Reasons by CTA Type, we'd love to see Success Plan categories filtered by Success Plan Type.
