Ability to create a segment of users based on users’ survey response

I use Data Designer to export data to our S3 bucket on a regular basis. But today, I have to create a Universal Data Space for each of my designs, just to create a schedule.  This unnecessarily creates an additional table in the MDA that is effectively a clone of an existing table.It would be nice if I could create a schedule without the need to create a Universal Data Space. This would keep the MDA lighter for me (would remove about 15-20 tables), and still allow me to schedule the S3 export.

Hi all,Simple ask: can we please increase the number of versions in email templates to more than 20.Why: we have a combination of possible product entitlements that would call for - sadly - 24 versions of certain onboarding emails and I really really don’t want to split into two programs because that’d be silly.Thank you!A. 

The Engagement Performance report shows the trend of views over time, but not the clicks. For engagements that have a single URL out to release notes or to a survey-monkey, it would be really nice to see the click rate on these links. Current workaround is to export to Excel and then sum or graph the clicks over time using another tool. 

The Gainsight Assist Chrome plugin is really useful. It would even be greater if it were possible to add tasks to the resulting Timeline Activity directly from the plugin, in case you need to follow up on something related to the email.

I have activity and user health reports included in the 360 page. In a few areas I have related ideas that, because they come from different subject areas, have to go in separate sections in the page. The specific scenario is that I have daily activity at a user level which we aggregate to a weekly level by account. Both are valid views, but you can't directly calculate the "account level average per week" in report, hence the separate subject area. Related, we're calculating user-level heath scores, and that's a 3rd subject area. All three of those are clearly connected as concepts. It would be great to get them all in the same c360 block as well!

When creating the Horizon C360 I was able to select a report from the Trash.  This should be prevented. 

I created a custom dropdown list on my Timeline Activities to allow my CSMs to track whether the activity was an in person event. They can choose between 4 different types of strategic engagements.However, I’m not able to Group By this dropdown list in reporting. Please allow me to create reporting based on my CSMs selection of the dropdown list. I understand if it were multi-select dropdown, but this is a single select. I feel I should be able to pivot and aggregate on this field.

Problem:We have archive category and because it has lots of content search displays many times content from archive first and newest content is in the bottom.What I want:As a admin I would like to modify the results, to display newest topics first and “archived” topics return lower down the list of results.Also:And not just newest topics first. I would like to modify that when user uses certain keywords → search displays certain topics at first.Why I want these:With this features I can make sure users finds relevant content.

Unable to limit a displayed fields editability.  We want to display fields that will be populated with the new API but we do not want an end user to be able to edit the field. On Success Plans and Call to Actions, we can limit if the field is editable, but I do not see this ability in Customer Goals I can remove from the display or remove from the object: But then when I click “view details”, I am just taken to data management which does not control the layout: 

It’d be really cool to either show or not show a token in the comments of a CTA based on conditional logic. My specific use case would be to only show certain tokenized fields in the comments for fields that were updated and their value changed. For example, if the show me field “new value” does not equal the value of the show me field “previous value”, don’t display the token.

When we create a report and filter on certain values, only those values should be available in in-line filter in the report on the dashboard.If the user is presented with all the options, they get confusing results.

Hey team, If Company or Relationship is not correctly chosen at the start of creating a rule, this cannot be corrected once a dataset is created. This then requires a new rule to be created from scratch, duplicating the datasets/transformations already built. An opportunity exists to improve the UX where, if an action hasn’t been yet built on the rule, the user has the option to change the rule type from Company to Relationship, or vice versa.

Would love to see the capability of sending a full dataset refresh from Salesforce to Gainsight. GS Support indicated that there is not currently a way for data deleted and refreshed in Salesforce to auto-delete and refresh in Gainsight. “Gainsight can only read the data and performs the sync with an Upsert/Update conditions.”A full refresh would work as Delete All and then Load All data.

When engaging in the community you’re asked “What kind of topic are you creating?” and you have to chose from Question, Conversation, and Idea. Could we have “How-To Guide” as part of this menu of options? It would be very useful to be able to filter these out as we’d like to have focus on the How-To Guides, and for them not to blend in with all sorts of questions. @Julian thoughts?

Add the ability to export a list of public tags from the community. This would allow users to share the tags created in the community with product and marketing teams, to understand how products are being labeled by users, etc.  

We would like to have the possibility for more than one person as author of an article/conversation. Some of the topics shared by our product experts and engineers are complex where more than one author are involved. I understand one author can always mention and tag their co-author(s) in the article, but it is not the same as having the authors equally listed as co-authors. 

We have a jobs board on our private community, which the team would now like to make public. But, for privacy reasons, we wouldn’t want members or non-members to be able to upload CVs as attachments in their comments. If this idea was implemented, we could limit who (already available) and where (not available) comments with attachments could be uploaded.

Our product list is long. When I use the product drop-down in different areas, the entire list doesn’t display. Guidance anyone?

I've seen questions about this a couple places, so I want to submit this as an idea.  I have several employees who who create articles. For now I must give them the moderator role. Since this role is part of the team, I would overexceeded my number of team members.  Having the ability to assign an author role to anyone who just needs to create articles would be a huge improvement. For businesses with active employees, a limit of five team members (additional members cost additional money) is not sufficient. 

We’ve had an SEO audit done on our community. There are a number of improvements we’ll present here as ideas. This one is about structured data.We suggest integrating Breadcrumb structured data object for all pages. These are utilised by Google and other crawlers to populate the path data on the SERP. Currently we're lacking those, which means that Google'll will try to populate the path data based on the URL's path, which due the ID's present.

It would be great to be able to add a personalized token in email Subjects. For example, be able to add the token : “Company name” Is it already planned ? Thanks !

 There are some typos:That should also read Until or Til, a Till is a drawer full of cash. Also, there’s a lot of jank when comparing report builder reports to data designer reports. Try out the heatmap (I won’t ever do it again, please don’t ask me to), or all of them for that matter and compare the results when you build a report on that same object. Otherwise I really love the product, there are just some QA things that need sanding off.
