use case:  when a CSM types an account name and has to pick from multiple company names, it can be difficult to pick the correct one.  enhancement:  allow Admins to configure filters that apply to the standard Sally queries to limit search results.  These filters can be similar to those proposed to existing Global Search enhancement requests that have been made. e.g. available fields to filter from Company MDA or from C360 Summary and Attributes sections.

Hi Team,Currently, In order to show milestones in the report, the Group by field should be having company lookup and the milestone will be in that date range.Can we implement supporting multiple fields along with company lookups in the Group by field of the report to show milestones?@jyothi_bontha 

Currently, inSided SSO is only configured as a consumer and not an identity provider (IDP), so while we can pass accounts into inSided via SSO, we cannot pass accounts out from inSided to another system.Use CaseWe are trying to set up an integration between our inSided community and our LearnUpon portal for our Academy. (LearnUpon is a learning management system or LMS.)The inSided SSO docs focus on SSO as a consumer but not as an IDP, and this is where we are stuck. We want to set it up so that a user account from our inSided community passes the user information/credentials into LearnUpon. I’d love to see the Hero banner widget have support not just for a title and search but also a tagline between the title and search box. Example:There’s an opportunity here -- in line with some of the stuff Rich talked about in his webinar -- to call out the community value proposition, but no place to really do that without having to use some additional widgets that wouldn’t even appear in the hero.Maybe even breaking apart the widget into two parts -- one for the title/name and value prop and one for the search could be an option.  

I’d like to launch a badge and make the tooltip always visible rather than making it display on hover or click/hover. Is this possible? It would look something like this, and then the user would click to see a dialog.

It would be much easier to have a way to pre-populate a field in an anonymous survey with a company field or something from the querystring.

We use Playbooks regularly and there are tasks that often do not apply to every case.  Our users can quick click the circle by the task in a CTA to mark it Closed Complete but to mark that task Closed No Action requires three clicks.  It would be nice if there were two circles (one for the Closed Success and one for the Closed No Action).  Then when one of those are clicked, the task has an outline through it to indicate user no longer needs to address but color indicates if there was action or not. See example below

I’ve noticed that when clicking on a relationship record from the C360, a new tab always gets opened whether you want it or not. But when I’m in an R360 and click on the hyperlinked C360 in the top left, it does not open up a new tab. Even if I press the command button (I’m a Mac user; I assume the same applies for CTRL for windows), it will not open the C360 in a new tab. Furthermore, once my browser loads the C360, all history is seemingly lost (??), and the back button disappears on me too. It’s very odd and is not a good user experience. Hopefully this will be addressed with the new 360 experience?

We are working on a weekly “prioritization” email to our CSMs, however we can only include a 5 reports. We would like to include a link to our Dashboards to encourage CSMs to look at other more detailed reports.IE we have reports for Success Plans that are higher level, but if a CSM wants to review further I would want to include a link that goes to that dashboard.Within the same email, I want to link to a general Account Management dashboard and as well as a Risk Management

When we click on the CTA quick-close button, We get a message prompt that says "It's open tasks HAVE BEEN CLOSED SUCCESSFULLY" - that makes it sound like the tasks were auto-closed AS successful, when really they are closed as Incomplete due to default closed settings under TASK management.If the Default Closed Incomplete Status is used for open tasks when the CTA quick-close button is used, then they need to change the message to state that "It's Open Tasks have been closed as Incomplete" 

We have a Monthly Engagement CTA that goes out for a set of our client base. Some companies have Parent Companies -- which in our case are shell accounts that house child accounts (no unique info on the Parent level). In order to cut down on the amount of CTAs that go out each month, we have the rule set so that the CTA will only trigger for Parent or Solo accounts.Oftentimes, the sibling companies (movie/production industry) have the same set of contacts. What we’d like to do is have our CSMs click into “Parent Company Monthly CTA” > Timeline tab > Associate all necessary sibling company records.Currently, CSMs are able to associate Company records on the main Timeline, but not the CTA Timeline. The CTA Timeline allows for better and more consistent reporting. Today, we just have the CSMs put the entry on the Parent company and they write which companies are associated in the notes section.

When creating a survey, I do this in order to get data, but also very important regarding transparency is to share the result with the community.Use Case: We are asking for the most popular topics in order to create content on this feedback.For us some surevey’s are only open for a specific time frame, after I would like to share the results publicly in some cases, would like to pin the final outcome and be able to close the survey so that no more members can participate. How do you manage these situations with the current “survey” feature?Best,Lena

Would like there to be a way to login as one of my CSMs during a demo as my view is much different as an admin.

Please increase the preview options in JO. Instead of being stuck with 15 participants, we should be able to search for and preview any participant in the dataset (especially relevant when using complex versioning). This would help with both troubleshooting and program testing/validation on large datasets. 

We have a use case for Success Plans where we would like Objective 1 of the SP to be manually done by the CSM. Then Objective 2 triggers a JO Program -- in this case Objective 2 is an email campaign trying to get a hold of previously non-responsive customers. Finally, Objective 2 is completed and the CSM manually works on Objective 3.The trouble we’re finding is when we set up an email campaign in JO, there is not currently a way to stop the program for users who have responded to our email. The only options available are if the link has been opened or the email has been opened. If we could have the program stop for email responses, then move to Objective 3, that would save us from having to go outside of Gainsight to accomplish this task.

Hello Team,A customer of mine has asked if it’s possible to have/create a different layout for “CTA Layout” when making a Timeline Entry from CTA itself.The reason being is that the “Associated Records (AR)” is a mandatory field on Timeline hence whenever CSMs log a Timeline entry from CTA they cannot keep the field empty because it’s a mandatory field and can’t event select the same CTA in Associated Records because it won’t show up in the search.

If a contact is associated to multiple Relationship types, emails don’t get logged to any of these Relationships automatically, but end up as drafts in Gainsight.Ideally, users should be able to select to which Relationship they want to log these emails directly in Outlook (when using the BCC email, but also in Gainsight Assist).

Customer is requesting the ability to call an email API from one of their microservices to send an email programmatically (i.e., not via engagement or JO, but from an external microservice that they own), and have the associated email engagement analytics available in PX. The goal is to be able to send email via an API, but have it tracked in PX like any other engagement.

In the same way you can add a badge or send a message, it’d be great if you could view a user’s groups, and add/invite the user to a group directly from their profile in control. Use case: I have a group for our super users and so each time I add a new one, I have to go into Platform > Groups > [the group} > Invite member to add them. Most everything else: editing their role, awarding them a badge, etc can be done on the User profile page in Control.

You can export attendee repots on individual events, but there’s no way to export a list of the events you’ve published.(It’s also not possible to even copy/paste the table from {your-domain}.insided.com/event/overview is not paginated and only shows the most recent 25 events. It’s surpassing that the UI for this is incomplete and does’t match the other pages in the Content section of Control.)Use case: Reporting; self-service. I want to show the increase in event output over time, as it’s a key way we engage our community. Value to Insided: Current workaround is to request this via support. Not great for self-service or scalable processes. 🙃

It’d be great to have the option to add a custom label on Question and Conversation topic types. Something that works similarly to this on Articles: field on Article moderationUse case: call attention to the topic within various feeds (activity, category forums, etc). My use case that inspired this: I’m looking to incentivize replies and answers on open questions. I have most of a solution put together where I’d update the question with a reply that bumps it to the top of the recently active feed, but I was hoping I could add a label that calls out the bonus point opportunity. Otherwise it would just look like any other topic that had recently received a reply.(this would be coupled with an automation to award bonus points via Zapier based on some criteria in the web

It would be great to be able to automate a notification to users when they are getting close to earning a badge, giving them a nudge to keep up the good work and be active, letting them know what they need to do to get there
