Would love to see a Comments section in the Success Plan feature.  Use case:Managers would like to review the plan info, and provide coaching with the CSM on how to improve the plans. This is especially helpful for any plans that are being shared with customers. 

One of our Customer’s reported that when we try make text as BOLD under Timeline Note, that bold text does not show when we Preview the timeline view. But if we expand, it will show as BOLD text.Can we have this as feature enablement request to show it as BOLD Text even if we Preview from Timeline view.   

Updating a report that’s used in a JO program couldn’t me more cumbersome. First, one needs to update the report in report builder. Then to go and update the JO program (selecting another report, and remapping to the original report).We really need changes made to reports in report builder to auto feed back to JO.Thanks!

I would love for our customers who are part of our private customer group to be able to see events for that group on the event module on our home page - as of now it is my understanding that it can only be featured on the group page. As we are building our community from the bottom up right now, it is imperative to give them every opportunity to get the information that will keep them engaged as easily and quickly as possible.

Hi,I would love an Integration with Meetsy.  It would be great to have the Meetsy functionality integrated with Insided so  we don’t have to introduce another platform to our members.Meetsy also has a Directoy and feel like I am confusing our members by having 2 directories, so will turn it off but Insided’s directory isn’t as powerful.   

As an admin, I would like the ability to hide or remove CSM lookup from relationship in reports.  Currently, we can’t hide this field by default. The reason is the we don't have one CSM per product (relationship), but per customer. So we use the lookup through Relationship -> Company -> CSM. 

Would be great to have a way to copy/duplicate existing content so that the format of previous posts can be preserved. 

Hi Community,Gainsight Survey questions lack one thing: a tooltip to be able to explain how to answer the question. This is particularly relevant for the question types whose design is not necessarily the most user-friendly (single/multi-select dropdown).I’ve had to use the comment description for these questions to explain how to operate the multi-select dropdown to participants. Less than ideal.Thanks.

Hi Community,When using single select and multiple select dropdown questions, especially with very long data sets (that we have to create from scratch instead of being able to link to dropdowns from data management: Make data management dropdowns available from surveys | Gainsight Community) for example, a list of countries), it’d be very useful it the respondent could search for their choice of answer with a clear search box (similar to excel column headers). Typing the desired characters in the field area is not overly intuitive. It would work better if the multi-select dropdown offered checkboxes like the above. It would also be more intuitive for respondents as none of the questions offer tooltips for this purpose.Thanks.

It appears the standard Role values for People cannot be changed.  Would be great if admins could change/delete the standard values because companies may have different terms for how they describe customer roles. 

We are working on relationship level, but sometimes CSMs are confused and create CTAs on Company instead of Relationship.I wanted as the admin to have the ability to block the ability of creating CTA on Company level, or have the ability to move CTA from Company to Relationship. Currently CSM needs to manually delete and recreate the CTA.

Please include the ability to export Funnel Reports customers have created to CSV automatically on a reoccurring basis. All the customer to choose the frequency of when their funnel reports get pulled and exported.

Currently there is an imposed limit of 10 recipients in an email assist. I am told I need to create a copilot outreach however this would mean creating 2 processes for the same lifecycle CTA. In our Lifecycle CTA for QBRs/EBRs we have a task to send a follow up email to the attendees with a summary and actions from the meeting. This works fine for most customers, but for some, there are more than 10 attendees from both the customer and ourselves and we need to add CC to some internal contacts. The limit of 10 is making this impossible and it doesn't look good if we need to send an email twice, also because we have to then create a second CTA which means more work. Are there plans to change this limit or at least have it as a setting that customers can adjust? 

For users coming over from Salesforce into Gainsight, it would be helpful if account access could follow the set ups from Salesforce.  Today in Gainsight, there is no easy why to limit access to Accounts and their data to the access that is already set up in Salesforce.  If Gainsight could follow Salesforce’s Account Hierarchy and Access approach it would be very helpful in order to restrict CSMs to only Accounts they manage.

For a custom attribute tab field: Is there a way for Gainsight to recognize the names as the person typing in the "Internal Attendees Next EBR" name similar to a timeline entry, where it can autofill the names.   

Currently, moving a Dashboard to a folder with ‘Give access to specific people’ folder level permissions will add the folder level permissions and keep the original permissions. This was confirmed as functioning as designed by Gainsight Support because dashboard level permissions are primary and folder level permissions are secondary. This request is to provide an option when moving a dashboard to a folder level permission folder to either keep the existing permissions OR remove the existing permissions. When we are ready to release a new restricted Dashboard to our end users, we currently need to manually remove the individual users/groups and then assign the correct Sharing Groups.  Configuring the folder level permissions helped with assigning groups but still required the manual process to remove the development groups.  Giving the option to keep or remove the existing permissions upon dashboard move would save time, eliminate human error of adding the incorrect group or not removi

Hello All,We have observed that while sharing a dashboard Super admin is able to select multiple domains but non super admin they can’t able to select.Path: Dashboard-->Share Dashboard-->Share as→ select (Link)then you can see the option as “select domain” .Customer is a super admin and able to select the domain he/she wants but other user for whom the reports shared are not super admins and they don’t have choice to select the domain they want.So,Customer wants to make a domain as default in Dashboard on behalf of users (non-admins). 

-How many unique users has viewed each dashboard in the last rolling 12 months. (monthly over month)-How many views each dashboard has in the last rolling 12 months. (monthly over month)-Clicks into each dashboard-Duration on each dashboard-Ranking of most viewed dashboard to less viewed dashboards.

Adding a custom field in the add objective page for a specific Success Plan type would be wonderful for a particular use case.

It would be good to  get a Gainsight dashboard on the Home Pages for the Lightning Experience in Salesforce.

We need to be able to see the Created By and Created Date fields for the Activity Timeline object. Currently, there is no way to see who or when a custom field was added.

Can we have an option of disabling the OTP verification not just per Layout, but also per Company? We have a few customers who cannot access the C360 with OTP due to their security settings.We usually recommend whitelisting the Gainsight domain, etc. but we often get the reply that they would be okay to get the C360 without a password. In this case we don’t have an option of de-activating OTP, unless we de-activate it for all Companies / Contacts.It’s be great to adjust this setting on a Company basis.

Hi everyone,It would be great if you would prolong the time horizon for daily retention stats at least to “Day 30 Retention” which is a standard in retention analysis. In the current setup, when selecting “Date Range = 30 days”, we’ll get the data for 30 daily cohorts, but only up to Day 12 Retention.If I’d need to choose between the two, I’d even say that it would be far more useful to have it the other way around when choosing to check daily cohorts - to get retention stats for 12 cohorts, but up to Day 30 Retention.
