I wasn’t able to find a topic about this to upvote so please let me know if it’s already been suggested.I know that you can see basic moderation actions through the Export tab in Analytics; however, the only information I see was the User, user rank, user rank title, user role, time, event_type, and topic_url.  I’d like to be able to see what specifically was edited in the topic (did they add a sentence, remove a word), etc.  (which could be really useful to see if they edited in a swear word to bypass a filter) instead of needing to click the link to redirect me. I’d also like to see a log stating which moderator banned a user, when, reason, etc. rather than just going onto a user’s profile and looking at the notes, especially if I want to get a semblance of which moderator has been doing what action items recently.I would also prefer not to need to download a log every time I want to check a moderation action that was taken so if there is a way to progr

I have a super specific ask that probably only applies to us, but I’ll throw it in here anyway: Since we sync conversations from a different platform into inSided, I’d like the ability to prevent notifications emails from being sent to community members if the topic contains a certain moderator tag (ie.. no_emails). Doing this would allow us to sync these threads without bombarding people with notifications when the conversations sync happens. I’d likely have a flow like this:Mark thread as ‘synced’ Moderator tag ‘no_emails’ is automatically added to the new topic created in inSided (likely via API) Sync completes and all replies appear in inSided (no emails are sent to community members since this tag was added) Remove ‘no_emails’ tag so notifications for future activity are sent I totally understand if this will be archived immediately (I won’t take offense), but I wanted to dr

We publish a lot of articles, and this is inconvinient for users having only article titles and authors on the parent and subcategories page.It would be very convinient to expose Published date of the article on the parent categorues and subcategories pages.

It would be convenient to see the status of the idea in the sidebar. Just like we have a tick for solved questions. 

We are installing the floating widget in our product, and we were looking to customize the action button to look like it’s part of our platform. We want some of our community leaders to be able to manually grant badges for people based on certain accomplishments. Right now this isn’t possible, so they have to provide a list of usernames to me so I can manually grant the badges.Ideally, the ability to “Award badge to users” is available to people with permissions to access Badges, as no PII is needed. When an article or piece of content has been updated it should then appear in the recently active list, currently this only happens if a new action such as a comment or reply has been left on that particular article. 

Hi everyone,In addition to: I really believe in the possibilities of ‘Related topics’. However, sometimes something that might seem related isn’t something you want to show on your community. For different reasons.Would it be possible to implement something that makes it easy to exclude topics from being shown in search results or in Related Topics?For instance: Using a tag that excludes the topics form being listed. Like: DnD (do not display). Is something like this possible?

I’d add these columns to ‘Topic’ export: Started as: Question, Conversation, Idea Current status: Question, Conversation, Idea Having a marked answer: yes, no or empty. For all topics that have a marked answer, all marked answer stats are added: its time stamp, when it was marked, et cetera. The cells in non-question topics are empty or just say: N/A. The number of visualizations showed on Google Analytics is different from the BO. We know that Insided and Google use different methods / algorithms. Thus, in order to have the full information about visualizations in Insided, could you please add the following information on Dashboards? Possibility to download the number of visualizations por topic per day (vs the total) Also, we would like to be able to download that information into Excel

When doing superuser assessment, I want to read many (if not all) of the replies of a specific user (and his/her posts only). I could also be looking to find more replies of the same user to be able to remove duplicates, or just find a red thread in someones posting behaviour. Currently, clicking on a users replies - both on front-end and in control - I get a list of topics where the user has posted with their reply truncated, and if I click on one of those, I get dumped into the beginning of the topic and will then have to locate the reply myself to read it in full. This is a rather cumbersome way of getting to the actual content I'm looking for. Please, give me the full details of the reply/post up front, or allow me to expand the whole list to be able to read all the details.

Hello all, Currently users don’t know what they earn points for and from whom - e.g. they can't see it in their profile. My suggestion: Make earning of points and ranking transparent, e.g. add a stream/tab/... in their profile dedicated to earning points & reputation. Additionally, allow community managers to be notified about users reaching/passing certain thresholds, so that they can immediately act/recognize. Why it will work: People value personal recognition and recognition is one of the most powerful human desires (see e.g. Reiss’ Basic Desire theory). I've been doing some re-localization for our branded templates update for Elisa Palsta recently and bumped into an issue that's pretty annoying and also an issue already in our live community. In Finnish language we have different plural forms for words depending for example if the word is before or after the number. For example 3 topics = 3 keskustelua and topics: 3 = keskusteluja: 3. As the current platform also on branded templates uses the same phrase tags for many words (topics, answers, comments...) we have parts of the site where we now have to live with not that fluent looking Finnish language. It's understandable for sure, but any native Finn will make a conclusion that the person localizing the site didn't have an understanding of the context where the certain words are shown. Thus I suggest that all phrases should be separate tags and not used in other contexts and parts of the site. Are we all alone with this issue here i

Hi, We have a team who would like to use the community platform for specific feedback. They don't want those feedback boards to be public, but they do have potential users in the 10 thousands so manually applying a custom role will be almost lethal. The SSO API handily lets you assign a custom role baked into the token. Wonderful! Unfortunately it works like this: Customer logs in to community We create token, assigning custom role to the user in the token Customer will have to logout and login again to receive that role While that might make sense from a token point of view, it's awkward to explain to customers! Wouldn't it be more sensible to have the role recognised without having to logout?

Request from @Maxime C Tired of constantly moving topics which have been posted in the wrong places? To fix this it would be nice to have one or two more mandatory fields which a user needs to select when creating a topic. So as an example firstly they would need to select a category, then as it is now they can add a title and write their post, and then they chose the subforum, but at least as they've chose the category before writing their post they should pay more attention to putting their topic in the right place, instead of it being their last action. An example flow: In your community you have Category 'A', 'B', and 'C', with subforums 'A1, A2,A3', 'B1, B2' B3' and 'C1, C2,C3'. We have a closed community with sign ups only coming through SSO. We have an issue where certain email domains or IP addresses are being rejected. A quick email to support will solve this, but that’s a poor experience for the client who tries logging into our help center for the first time. We solved the issue by adding additional SSO validation and removing IP checking all together, but ideally I could manage this on my side.   TLDR - want to be able to list and un-list banned emails and IP addresses

Hello, I am testing out the conversational widget. It looks like images show nicely within the widget. But embedded videos are just showing as a link.Is there a way to get videos to be embedded/playable from within the widget? We’ve made extensive use of video answers in our community forum.  In our community forum, that URL is actually an embedded video. In the conversational widget it just shows as a link.

We have a lot of relationships and currently if I have a contact across multiple relationships I have to add them to the respective relations one at a time. I would like to be able to when adding a new contact choose multiple relationships at the same time. This would be a huge time saver when getting a new account with 10-15 contacts that need to be added to 5+ relationships.

Would like to have a way to limit what tags can be used in a particular category when creating a new topic. For example, in our community we have an Introductions category, we ask people to tag their introduction with introduction and their user role, but sometimes folks go wild. By limiting tags we could also improve the SEO and findability of this content.

Hi Team, One of the customer has reached out to support team and shared the experience of adding a task to playbook.When editing Playbooks, everytime you take an action, edit, add task etc the page defaults to the top of the screen meaning you have to scroll back down the relevant playbook everytime again.Please check the video: https://share.getcloudapp.com/P8u5d69E  Could you please check and let us know if we can have the new task form appear around the playbook that is being modified, rather than at the top of page?

Somewhere along the line, I’ve given feedback that Insided should build some standard profile fields for common fields, including Company and Job Title. If/when that’s added, I’d recommend adding them to the Author meta data available via Zapier (currently you can get username, ID, rank, mainRole, and avatar). Use case: We use Zapier for sending alerts on new posts into to specific slack channels. We have several use cases for this and will be expanding them. In many cases, it’d be helpful to inject some context for those seeing the alert. For example, right now we have “New question from {username}: {topic title}” with the topic title linked to the topic URL. I’d love to be able to expand that to use cases like this: “New question/idea from {username} ( {company} ): {topic title}”  “New idea from {username} ( {job title} ): {topic title}” Injecting that context would be helpful for CSMs to s

Hi Team,In the JO program, when participants get failed during participant sync from source, then custom field values does not get populated. In the above scenario the participants moved to failed participants during sync and hence the custom field values will not get populated. Customer requested to populate the custom field values for the failed participants also. Thank you.
