I may not sure whether this ask is already part of upcoming releases. For some reason, i am unable to tag horizon analytics built report part of JO program’s email template. There is availability only for earlier version reports association to program email template. Horizon report scheduler does not have feature to pick run time a user based on region filer etc. It would be good to have function for horizon analytics reports being part of JO association.

It would be super helpful as an admin if we could build histograms in Gainsight. When trying to understand  how customers are distributed by ARR, usage, etc, I frequently have to export the raw data from Gainsight and then build histograms in Google Sheets or another BI tool.It is possible to “hack” a histogram together with Rules Engine/Data Designer but it would be great if I could just build one by default without having to create new fields/objects. 

Gainsight works well for updating relationship timelines,  entering the meeting highlights and capturing action items. The lifecycle of the task that needs to be taken into consideration and productivity tools such as Microsoft To do are incredibly useful. In Control under Content you are able to use the Move to button to move content from a group to another location such as a category or knowledge base.However, when you have content within one of those categories or the knowledge base you cannot use the Move to to move content to a group. Instead you have to go to each individual topic (conversation or discussion) or article and select from the Forum location to add it to a group.To me we should be more consistent in Control in the ability to move content between parts of the community.

Should be useful to enable users to edit the title of their own posts, not only the content.

As confirmed in this question there is no rich text formatting in private messages. This idea is to have the same formatting options as in posts in private messages: 

I’m getting a few complaints about the new Horizon version of Scorecard 2.0 from my CSEs. They say it takes more clicks to complete their update process. Here are a few suggestions:Currently we can see the last Timeline Entry (when in List View) for each Measure BUT this isn’t available in the Overall Score. Can this be made visible? When you click on a Measure and the Timeline comes up in the sidebar, would be fantastic if there was an arrow or Next button that would bring you to the next Measure so you don’t have to close out, click on the next Measure and then type in your update. It’s now an extra click to Renew a Measure, prior to Horizon we were able to do this via a hover/pop-up. If you add/update an activity (Timeline) for a scorecard item, the date associated with the score is automatically updated to the same day/time of the activity Save. If this was done, you wouldn't also have to click the "Renew" button to renew the date

When selecting a CTA type (ex: Risk) it would be amazing to be able to see a filtered list based on that CTA Type. This would allow for a better user experience and allow for more robust reporting.

Hello Team, I am working on a issue in which I got to know that the tasks in SFDC without any description/comments will not be synced to Gainsight. How likely  it is to be implemented to fix this?

There are times a CSM forgets to send to timeline or wants to get an older email from the Outlook Sent folder into Timeline. My request is to make two enhancements: 1) On Sent emails to make GS Assist recognize the email address of who the email was sent to for easy add to Timeline. 2) On Sent emails to make the Company Search provide the same datapoints in GS Assist as you have set up in the Company Search in Gainsight. We often have many accounts with the same Company name but are at different addresses. Therefore in Gainsight Company Search (in C360) I have added extra fields as shown below to help CSMs find the correct account. But in Gainsight Assist I can only see Cox Communications therefore I don’t know which account to pick.

Would love to be able to send a test email from a template to another user.  You can do this directly from a program, but I’d like to be able to do it from the template itself.  Currently, I have to send it to myself, and then forward to the appropriate stakeholder.  Would be great to bypass that and send it directly from the system.

From what I see in the data exports, API, and user activities that come through the Salesforce integration, it appears that Content Helpfulness votes are one of the view activities that are not logged / passed along. It’d be great to add to the data for analyzing these activities over time, by user type, etc. Additionally, if it was able to exported, we could incentivize it with points using the API and thus build our own solution for this idea:

There are a lot of threads around NPS/Exit surveys, and our own CSM recommended we do one - It would be great if inSided provide a solution for NPS/Exit surveys in the platform rather than having to try integrate a 3rd party - especially since I don’t know how much info about the user can be passed to a 3rd party. It would link up well to the gainsight integration too.Since its a good way to measure and drive consumption of inSided, I think it should be built into the platform.

Sometimes, I’ll accidentally close a tab or accidentally refresh a page with a block of text and then it’s just gone. I would love it if the code was able to hold the text on a page if you navigate away and then back.

It would be awesome to have the ability for a community member to have the ability to give “Kudos” to another community member. Our super users need to see the most recent questions that have not received any replies so they can respond to unanswered questions. There is currently no filter for this in Insided as far as i’m aware. 

The Users > Contacts Overview > Import contacts via csv tool is very helpful. One thing I’d like to see added to this functionality is matching email addresses to existing users in community and showing that in the invite status. If someone on the import list is already in the community, I’d love for that to show in the Invite status (in Contacts Overview) so that I don’t invite them again. This would also allow us to monitor the “close rate” Also, upon the import, it’d be good to recognize those users and filter them out of the invite list. The tool already does something similar, it recognized 4 contact records with the same email as just 1 contact. 

We have created new widgets with scorecard Horizon, where we get the ability to click/Add comments for Overall score, the same doesnt happen for Measure Groups.  It will be a nice addition if we click on measure group and it shows us all underlying measures, scores and ability to add comments/activity to individual measures. This will go long way in increasing  adaptability of GS Home

Would appreciate it if HA Dashboard Builder and Report Builder would remember how many reports I want to show on a page.  I have to change it back almost every time.

Hi is there a way to track engagement (posts, replies, likes) amongst externals only? It's the engagement growth amongst our customers and partners we're the most interested in tracking, not amongst internal employees:)

Would love to be able to send a test email from the main email templates screen instead of having to click into the template to send.  This would be especially helpful in situations where you are building multiple templates at the same time.  You currently have to click into them each individually to send.

Option to automate the export on Report on a  daily /weekly frequency to set of users or Contacts. Right now we can achieve this in program but which we are feeling complex sometimes. Could it be possible to have the report level? RegardsRaju Panyam.
