When I click an external link, such as the online help, that opens in a new tab, I want the knowledge center to be closed automatically. Then I won’t have manually close the it because it covers an area in the application that I want to access.

We would really like to have a create button option in mobile engagements editor just like how we have it for the web guide engagements. Without this option we have to use CSS code to create buttons for mobile engagements, which is time consuming and more difficult. 

Hello there!For our community, attachments are turned off, which renders the appearance of the attachments tool in the WYSIWYG toolbar somewhat useless. What’s much, much more important to our community is the Code Editor, since a huge part of what we do is based around sharing examples of boolean searches and queries. Could we have the capability to move the tools in the toolbar around? The Code Editor is hidden away in the three dot menu and I’d love to make it more prominent

My CSMs would like to be able to manage some tasks or calls-to-action that are not associated to an account.  For example, they may have an OKR (Objective and Key Results) for the quarter that they would like to put into Gainsight with associated tasks so that they can manage it directly out of the Cockpit along with the other CTAs.

I’d love to have a way to publish content to multiple categories and/or groups.Here’s an example. We might have a great external event that we want to highlight both for our community and for a particular regional group in a topic. While we can publish that content somewhere in the community for all to see and can make that event featured content in a group it’s not ideal. It often means one or the other loses out. A group member may post something that could be of interest to the wider community and the group OR a community member may post something that’s potentially also relevant to particular groups.

Hey everyone,During our pre-launch early access program, our testers came up with these two related ideas that I’d love to be able to implement:“What if, when someone joins the community, the platform was able to show them other people from their organization who had already joined?” “Is there a way that we can alert other community members that someone from their organization just joined the community - with a call to action to say hello?”Both of these ideas add social proof to the community and add comfort to the hardest part of any community member’s journey - the first interaction. I imagine an implementation of this would look something like grouping members together based on the domain of their email address, then triggering PMs or banners when someone with the same domain joins?

If user send private message to Moderator with any issue.Moderator can transfer that msg to serviceNow from control environment. Once Issue is resolve get update from ServiceNow. And Moderator can notify User with direct Message.

For API authentication we need to create an OAuth application. However, there is no way to limit the scopes that are allowed for token generated using the application.This is particularly useful if you want to create an app and share the keys with a team member who just want read operations of the API. Currently we have to rely/trust on the application/developer not using the keys to generate an access token which can do write operations too.It would be good if the admin has a way to limit the scopes which are allowed for an OAuth app. This is a common practice in Github and other places too.This eliminates the possibility of misuse of API keys for purposes unintended. (Like in my example, somebody using the same keys to delete stuff etc.)

I’d like to have a way to notify others of new joiners even if they aren’t folks with the community manager role or above. For example, a moderator, or a even a specific member of the group who may want to be aware of new joiners like a Super User or Product Manager who’s just a registered user. Maybe this is possible? (the KB made no mention of it)

Extend the groups notification functionality to non-private groups as well. This would be a super handy way to let others know that lead and moderate those groups (as registered users) that someone new has joined.

We have >5 parent categories and some with more than >6-7 child categories within. When trying to clean up or manage the platform of categories, it gets very tedious having to scroll the whole list so I can get to the middle/bottom of the list. It would make it more simpler to have a collapse option right on the parent category level so it’ll be easier to get a glance on what’s present and where one needs to go to?

Hi, Currently, it is not possible to authorize a BQ connection in Gainsight using a service account. So whenever we need to re-authorize the connection, we are asked to confirm the access to the DB with a personal Google Account.So the ability to reauthorize the connection via a service account would be really helpful. Please share your thoughts.

Hi Team,This is like an enhancement request on behalf of the customer.When sharing a Dashboard as a Link, the Dashboard Link does not retain the Global filter values. For example, You filter certain records on a Dashboard based on a particular user and want to share that as a link, then the link does not retain these filter values and the default one will be share. When we click on the link, it pulls the Dashboard in its Original version only. Can you please check on the possibility and let us know.

I created a custom to build a URL, and I don’t want the field to show in reporting, but do need it to show in the Rules Engine so that I can use it in a rule.  This post says it was was implemented, but it was still happening to me as recently as yesterday.So, suggestion would be that “Hide in Reporting” would ONLY hide the field in report builder and not anywhere else in product.

I would like to request the newly added summary banner within Rules Engine to be a feature that we can either enable/disable or have the existing toggle setting be sticky.  

Hi Team,Rules Dropdown Values(Multipicklist) Converted to GSIDs in rule transformation task.Ex:  Relationship contact role is a multi-select drop-down list from the Relationship person which after merge and transformation is mapped to the same field in the relationship person object. In the transformation task, it's getting converted to GSID for the multi-select drop-down list.@rakesh @tulasi_andukuri 

Would like to be able to have a user attribute that is the number of days since they signed up. Would want to use this as a token in an engagament. For example "You have been a user for X days" etc. Or use in audience rules as well.Thanks!

The mega menu is a bit odd. I posted about this awhile back in this topic and wanted to raise what I think would be some helpful improvements to the menu as an idea.Here’s a summary of what I mentioned in my conversation:it’s odd that the mega menus don’t appear on hover and require a click -- the pattern you generally see with these kinds of menus is one that exposes the content in the menu first on hover, allows for the main navigation element to be clicked taking you to an overview, or child elements within to be selected to get to specifics it would be good to tighten up the relationship between the parent and child. Seems like there’s a lot of white space and a better relationship to the parent that could be created. I see the crew at Zapier has done a bit of work here via custom CSS to better distinguish the hierarchy of information. for the community menu - it’s not always clear that there may be more parent/child categories in the menu -

I’ve been using Retention Analysis to help identify the behavioral events that lead to user activation. I used the Advanced functionality to start my engagement timeline with different events and then assess the usage that follows those events. We want to analyze our usage and determine which X behaviors need to be taken Y times in Z number of days for our users to become daily, weekly or monthly active users.At present when you add an Event (not a filter, but first event off which the data is keyed), you’re able to add a feature, but you’re not giving the same options as you are when you add a feature through a filter. For instance, when I add feature usage through the filter panel, I’m able to specify the number of times that feature is used. When I’m adding an Event through Retention Analysis, I’m not able to add that qualifying data point.Additionally, on Retention Analysis, when adding an even OR a filter, I’m not able to pair the event with timeframe in which it

Right now, if a customer has unsubscribed to a category and the program has that category, but also has other emails under other categories the customer has not opted out, they will be “failed” due to be unsubscribed to “one of the categories”. It would be a much better experience if they just skipped the email, especially for Surveys. We utilize the “heads up” functionality which needs to be a Marketing email but the survey (NPS) is consider operational. Bc of the multiple unsubscribe categories, we don’t even get to send the participant the survey

Right now there is not a lookup to AO Advanced Outreach, so we cannot pull through some additional data to the AO Analytics like Status, create date, etc. It seems like the majority of the AO objects are missing lookups that would be very helpful to have better reporting

Currently when sharing a success plan the sharing process has to be initiated. In the future it might be nice to have the ability to share a success plan on some sort of schedule that way you don't have to manually start the process.

Hello, Our CSMs wanted me to submit this on their behalf: As a GS user, a prompt prior to deleting a comment of "Are you sure you would like to delete this comment" would reduce risk of losing historical comments in Customer Health C360. Acceptance criteria: - Within each Customer Health comments when selecting the X/delete button prompt "Are you sure you would like to delete this comment ?" Thank you!
