Right now, if you change a success plan field name, there is no indication it was changed at one point or what the previous field name was called. It would be nice if this was indicated somewhere.

It would be really helpful to have an option to exclude from a join. This is intended for “exceptions”. Right now, I have to do a full left join and then a transform to get this. It would be great to be able to do this in one step. SQL example:select * from TABLE_1where Unique_ID is not in(select Unique_ID from TABLE_2)

Hello everyone,I would like to have more flexibility in Audience Logic when defining the criteria for our engagements. Currently, the only option for setting logical operators between rules is to choose a global “AND” or “OR” operator for all the chosen rules.EXAMPLE:I want to show our engagement to all the users satisfying the following criteria:(UserId is on a certain list OR the User triggered a Custom Event) AND (User visited URL)where Users, Custom Events and URL are different Rules in Audience Logic.In other words I want to show our engagement to all the users which have visited a certain URL and which satisfy at least one of the conditions in brackets (their ID is on a list of IDs OR they triggered a certain event).Maybe you can apply a logic similar to the one for “Group&Prioritize Engagements” which you announced in th

I have a table of application outages/degradations in seconds by begin date. I want to use data designer to calculate an uptime or availability time by month for the various applications, but I can’t because data designer does not allow me to summarize a date field by timeslice (e.g. one month) before I do a transformation where I take sum of all outages in month and subtract that number from total seconds in a month, and then divide by total seconds in a month to get an uptime percentage. 

Is there a way to initiate a survey outside of sending an email from a Journey Orchestrator program. I’d like to be able to fill out a survey for a customer while talking to them on the phone. Can this be done through a CTA or some other method in the R360?  Thanks!

Minor request - the Measure Name for Overall Health (Account) has a trailing space. If a filter on a report of Measure Name = or includes “Overall Health (Account)” is used it will fail because the exact name has a trailing space (e.g. “Overall Health (Account) “.Can the Measure Name be updated to remove the trailing space to prevent an issue in Reporting?

Gainsight has wonderful permission levels. Lots of granualrity. If I have a user that doesn’t have survey module access but I want to give them survey specific analyze permissions, that should automatically grant them whatever other access they need to view that page. Maybe GS has a window that comes up and shows the permission tree that will need to be enabled and asks for a confirmation?Otherwise, you need to go through all your permission sets yourself and figure out what’s stopping them from having access. Bonus points if you can inspect permissions for users (look at Confluence permission levels) to see where in the permission tree they’re being blocked from viewing a page or module.

Hi team, posting an enhancement request that will likely be required for many view only users leveraging company intelligence. It would be ideal if view only users could still access Company Intelligence within the SFDC Account/Opportunity widget. We discussed during our monthly SME call, but wanted to share broadly here as well as this will be a big use case for view only teams:  @rahul_prayakarao 

We use the Gainsight_Sally slack bot very heavily, and it encourages Gainsight engagement from cross-functional business partners. It would be great if they could raise a CTA from Slack's gainsight bot and attach a playbook. This will streamline interactions where folks want to engage a CSM/customer for non-CSM outreach projects. For example: Our UI team wants to reach out to a handful of customers to engage them in a round-table discussion. We could create a playbook for this engagement including email templates and track the progress using a CTA + tasks.

Hi All,We have a few rules that we are using for statuses for renewals.We are utilizing one of the fields to copy from a low volume object linked to the CTA to GS Opportunities so that we can drive all of our reporting out of GS opportunities. This works well however we are having HTML tags in the front and end of the Rich Text Field.Is there any way to not have these HTML tags when running a rule against the data?Thanks, Cody 

Hello!It would be great to have a possibility to see the metric “Views” which will show quantity of views for topics.Also, it would be convenient to have this feature in order to sort content by quantity of views to understand what topics are mostly interesting/clickable.Thank you!

Hi there, I would love to see a pop up that says that exporting to CSV via email gets cut off at 100,000 records (or email maximum, whichever comes first). The current pop up says “to see the entire dataset, export to email” (paraphrased) so this leads me to believe I will see my entire export in email. I had NO idea I was missing data, who knows how many exports were incomplete (that I then used in campaigns and various business needs). I can’t even see how many rows are supposed to appear in the dataset (to know how much got cut off) as that isn’t even given to me in the report dashboard. A pop up NEEDS to be shown or the current pop up NEEDS to be edited for that clarity.  Thanks.

After a review of our Scorecard for a few select customers we noticed that they all had a trend, one of their scores had gone to ‘Red’ after being ‘Green’ for sometime.  After review, I found that the data that fed the score - has changed. Our team wasn’t aware of the change - and we don’t want of customers Scorecards to reflect that.  So looking if it’s possible to roll them back, or delete that score.  So we can adjust our rules to reflect that changes made to the data.Thank you!

Full Name is not getting updated when we updated the firstname and last name via rule 

I would be helpful to be able to better define the reasons on a scorecard for reporting purposes. This would help us categorize and understand what reasons tend to flag a drop in a score than a freeform text field

Hello there,We are trying to create a report, which would display Health Score per Measure group, however when doing so, each measure group shows the “Score” but not the Color Label.As I know, Gainsight has a numeric range associated to each Scorecard Measure color (COLOR (RYG)), and the middle point of this range is displayed as "Score". Unfortunately, this "Score" is irrelevant and does not represent the actual results of our Scorecard Measures, therefore we are unable to create a report, which would display the accurate Overall Health Score per Measure group.Is there a way how to replace Measure “Score” with a “Color Label”, the way it is displayed for Overall Health score?Also, is it possible to remove this “Score” from Scorecard? At the moment, it does not give us any value, and is rather confusing than helpful. Thank you in advance for your support!Best,Aleksandra

This is a pain.End users that when they get a “tag” notification from within a Scorecard Measure...  they click on the Measure Name, it opens the Scorecard - but it is completely disembodied from the Company. There’s no way to tell at whose scorecard you’re looking.

Hello,Is there a way to round up on the percetages dispalying instead of having decimals in our reports.For ex, we have a pie graph that shows Sum of ARR by Stage.The ARR field is set to ‘display 0 decimal places’.  Yet the results display with decimals instead of rounding. Any insight would be appreciated.

We’d like to be able to expose a report within the actual success plan (similar to how you can expose reports within the R360). The data we’d be looking to expose is within a custom object that’s a step below the R360 level so it’s not available to add as an attribute within the current templates. Curious if anyone has come up with creative solutions on how to expose reporting within a success plan?

Right now, you are not able to order the tabs on CTA with linked objects, they are defaulted. It would be nice to be able to order the tabs how we would like. The company tab gets put at the very end, but with some of our CTAs there are fields we want to have updated on that tab. With it being pushed to the end, it does not encourage CSMs to update the field

See screenshot, there are many options to select for which CTAs show up on Google Calendar. Some are pre-selected, but if you want to select all of them you have to click on each one manually.  It would be a nice-to-have if you could “select all” here.  

Hi Team, User have requested to see all the timeline recods of an account through CTA timeline in the Cockpit page. Could you please have a look over this and see on this request.

We have mass personalized emails we send out through Journey Orchestrator, and because of the volume, it is difficult for the sales team to respond to the inbound traffic it produces. It would be helpful if I could determine the # of emails that are allowed to send out by day or hour, either as a conditional wait, or just as a step in the participant configuration.  If we’re sending out 35,000 emails, it would be nice to span this out across multiple hours, or roll over  to the following day. The ability of adding in timezone logic here would also be beneficial.
