This is a wasted level. I have seen many people struggle find crucial configuration locations because they are hidden in General > Company » C360 Layouts (for example).   A better and SIMPLER navigation would be to remove General. Instead, have Company as a category with C360 Layouts below.    At the moment admins are going to Share 360 layouts by default. 

The new horizon layout is an improvement but users will click on to the customer name to edit the info as the edit button is hidden. Current behaviour is that clicking the name goes to C360 page.. why? Instead, make the edit option more obvious and not hidden behind the kebab button  

We cannot currently choose to map the Category Type when using the Activity Sync, please can this be considered for inclusion in a future update;   

Can you drag and drop an attachment from your computer to an Activity or CTA? 

In NXT we sync the CTA Tasks to SFDC org and we have also option to create Timelines from SFDC Tasks through Integration Job. If both these options are enabled then for CTA's that has timeline activities will create duplicates. Can we add a flag field/source in Task object that we can use as a filter to avoid this cases.   Thanks, Prathap

Team, When Account field is used as Global Filter in Dashboard as per the sample screenshot. As there might be multiple accounts in SFDC with same name, Business users wanted to see ORG ID in the tooltip instead of GS ID.  

  When using the Multiple Choice question with “Drop Down Multiple Choice”, desktop users get a box with a scroll bar that only appears on actual scrolling of the allowed answers. Also in order to select more answers, users need to old cmd or control while doing this. When taking this question type on Mobile, behavior goes more like a Drop Down and choices will stick on click.   This request is to improve desktop user internation to be like Mobile or better.

Right now if you filter out words it just removes that word from the report. I would like to be able to filter out words before the text analytics feature calculates what words are the most common. we keep getting the name of our company as the top word and would like to see what we would get if “Apptio” and a few other words were removed from the options

Is there a way to archive relationships that have churned? We have our relationships set up to match our different product lines, so they may churn individually without the entire account being lost. I'd like a way to only show active relationships, but preserve all of the historical activity, CTAs, success plans, etc, that are in the churned relationship. If the product is recovered in the account, I'd like to be able to revive the relationship and have all of the historical context available for our CSMs and the company as a whole. Any ideas?

So that end users dont have to type in or copy/paste the same information again.   And in the similar way, if it's possible to auto-populate the Subject section of the Timeline activity.

It’s very cumbersome to edit a program that is complex without having to delete the steps starting from the end, and need to redo the entire program only because you forgot a step, or if you need to make a change. My use case recently was to edit this program by adding an additional wait timer (one day) after the first email send. I first thought I could do this on the conditional wait, but when I couldn’t, I realized I would have to add a wait timer. So my next step is to delete the completed next steps - and start all over. The flexibility to move steps around or insert would be greatly appreciated!    

Hello Team, We’ve received a request from customer if we could also include http /.msg file format as attachments while logging an Activity. As for now, we only support jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp, pdf, doc, docx, txt, ppt, pptx, xls, xlsx, xlsm file formats. Can we also incude the requested formats, as well. https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Timeline/02User_Guides/Activity_Options     Thank You.

As a Gainsight user, I wish to be able to see view Account Scorecard History reports with my “Scale” on the X-axis in a sortable and logical order. To do this, instead of adding a numerical prefix in the configuration screen, there would be metadata on the static Label fields that could be a “Ranking” option in reporting.  

We currently use yesware for email tracking, and they have a feature to add contacts from emails directly into salesforce without having to go through the process of actually creating it in salesforce. It would be very nice for an end user of gainsight to be able to add cta's or tasks to cockpit from emails in gmail.

Just like Salesforce has a list of hyperlinks on the "home" page for example (or in recent search results), it would be very helpful to have a list of recently visited accounts that ties to their Customer 360 pages.

We have had a lot of feedback from our CSM's of the frustration around the size of the reports section when a page has been embedded on the C360. When there is only a few records, the size of the cards are very large, and often times there could be cases where there is no data available and therefore there is a very large card with no contents taking up a lot of space. Is there anyway to adjust this or is it just apart of Gainsight's UI?

Posting on behalf of customer. Currently the R360 doesn’t support rollup of R360 information or account information. In the future it would be nice to have this ability if you’re looking to have information from the account or relationship at the R360 level for visibility.  

Hi There,   Currently, when you create a dropdown-list item with a single quote, the following message pops-up.      Although one understands the validation but this becomes a problem when you have mapped this field in SFDC connector sync job and in SFDC picklist value contains single quotes etc. So are there any thoughts to allow dropdown value with single quotes because in SFDC picklist, we can have values with single or double quotes.   For now the only work-around is to have a String type in MDA mapped to such picklist.    

In PX Engagements, In the "Audience" screen of an engagement - sometimes we define rules and we want to be able to turn them on / off for testing purposes. It would be nice to have an "enable/disable" button for each rule. Adding the rules and deleting them again would be more time taking. Instead we can simply have Enable/disable button for each rule.     Thanks, Shireesha.

In PX, When showing number of engagements and applying a filter, show the number out of the total (e.g. 8/35) instead of just the number.       Thanks, Shireesha.

It would be really great, if there was a way to add the User ID in product mapper section and display the activity report in the same tab somewhere to view the results rather than creating and event and in product mapper section and navigate to the audience explorer tab to look for the user ID by accessing full profile to view the results of the event in the recent activity.

It might be helpful to at some point in the future to have the ability to bulk delete success plans similar to how we can bulk delete CTA's now. 

We have a lot of people using Timeline and have gotten some great feedback. In order to make this a tool that can fully replace some of the other similar tools we are using the below would be super helpful. - The ability to edit the type of activity: If I wrongly added a call instead of a meeting now you need to delete the call and create a new meeting activity. A way to format with color in the notes section to dictate action items, like how we send emails to our clients - The ability to drag and drop the activities to organize the view to show what is most important up top, for example - Sync with Google Calendar for meetings/calls -A way to document “external attendees” that don’t exist in the company contacts (for example, I have clients where every so often a new or wildcard teammate will join a call, but since they’re not in our contact list, I can’t add them to the attendee list. -A checklist or way to create CTA action items in the timeline that pertain to n
