Hi Team,Posting this on behalf of customer:Currently we are limited to adding 2.5-3k user emails in the engagement/segment logic. In a use case where we want to add more than 2.5k user emails(in multiple rules) in a single segment/engagement we have to make use of a user/account attribute that qualifies for these intended users.  Although we do have data loader/API options for setting attributes, it would be beneficial if we could just include more than 2500 user emails in the rules themselves.Thanks!

Allow showing the additional information for a field when someone adds a record into that table from C360. Add an i icon along with that field for that extra information.

What:Please build feature where we can archive content, basically hide it, and set automatic redirection for the traffic to the new content. Why:There are use cases when content is outdated (article or discussion). And you might get lots of traffic to it from the search engines. You want to provide relevant / updated content to your users so you want to hide outdated content and redirect them to the relevant content.You can update the articles, sure, but updating the discussions isn´t something you want to do.So hiding the outdated content and redirecting the traffic to the new location is the only way to offer relevant content to the user. And, with this solution you don´t start from scratch if you think about visibility in the search engines. How:For example from Control / Content view, there could be menu where you can move content to the archive and within that you add url to the new content. When you archive content, users can´t find it anymore. There are usecases when you want to add bunch of text to the Banner widget. But, you dont want to display everything at once because it increases lenght of the page.I wish we could use some kind of spoiler feature, to hide content and when user clicks button the content can be seen.I´ve tested this, I copied spoiler code from article and pasted it to the Banned widget and it didnt work there.I know this can be done using HTML widget but I dont do code myself.Thanks.

Clicking into a topic is one of the most frequent moderator/community manager tasks. Seeing total views over time is helpful context, but it inspires further questions about when those views happened. Especially as you build a knowledge base of articles, answered questions, etc. Use cases: Gauging effectiveness of content promotion tactics (inclusion in an email, featuring on the home page or custom page, etc) Decisions to retire/archive and/or update content Identifying trending content / discovering a spike in visibility and investigating furtherThe view metrics are there, they filter and show counts within time periods in the content dashboard. I’d love to see the timeline in front of me as a panel that could be shown/collapsed. Think of it like monitoring a customer’s timeline within other Gainsight CS. I’m currently planning a PX engagement but notice that we are unable to set for it to recur every 6 months (survey). Please can we add this functionality in the Scheduler section within PX

CSMs need to keep the email updated for a customer, and it would be ideal for this to be triggered in connector real time job. Right now, you have to use “email” as an identifier for the connector which is not ideal. It would be preferred to use “Contact ID” as the identifier as this will never change (system generated). Pulling from SFDC ContactAttempting to use Contact and Account as identifiersError message: Can only use email as identifier 

When login email using Gainsight assist we would like to have the option to log it as meeting timeline activity and not email. Use case will be meetings summary/ minutes.  

Currently the columns Created By and Last Modified By are not available in rules analyzer. These would be extremely helpful when doing audits and cleanups of instances with a large amount of rules and would be fantastic to have readily available.

Or at least make it a configurable. We use Sally notifications to share activity notes across the org and the “@here” notification makes people miserable.. 

The highlighted column in the attached image "Survey Labels" is included in the report when we "export as csv" from the analytics but is not included in S3 bucket data importCan we get this data extracted into the S3 as a feature enhancement?

Right now there is a gap in the product if you are using Snowflake in (Horizon) Rules and/or Data Designer.In order to allow Snowflake Schemas as a source for either of those two areas of the product, you need to set up a per Schema connection in Connectors 2.0. Their usage in rules don’t show up as “Jobs” either, so it’s not as simple as checking job dependency either.If you want to remove one of those connections (as of this writing you are limited to 5) there is no way in the product to validate where that connection is being used.Even if you have a robust naming scheme to identify any Data Design and Horizon Rule using a Snowflake Schema in one of the tasks, you still have to manually go into each asset to see which one is being used (again, there are ways to mitigate this outside of the product with copious documentation but the only true answer is what the platform registers).I am aware that in Data Management Dependencies there is a “Connectors” application you can select (there

Hi all,When a user flags a post, they’re asked to provide a reason why they’re escalating it to the Community Team. This reason is useful as it allows a moderator to quickly hone in on the part of the post which needs attention.However, the reason the user gave is only displayed in the email which is sent to those who are listed in the Moderation Notifications area of Control.I’d like for:The reason to be displayed in the Flagged section of control To allow all flagged posts + the reasons why they were flagged to be exported via .csv for analysisThis would allow us to analyse the most common reasons why posts are reported in our communities, and ensure that the people who are doing the work of editing posts and managing user behaviour can easily reference the reason submitted by the user who flagged a post.

Hi,When creating an opportunity in Gainsight, it would be ideal if Admins could either preset values in certain field or allow for more lookups associated with the account during opportunity creation.For example, if we have a Stage field for the opportunity that is a required field in order to submit the opportunity, we always want that to default to the first Stage in the sales process and as an Admin I’d like to pre-populate that for our CSMs. As of now it’s a picklist that allows any value to be selected. Thanks for considering!

Currently the Product Mapper page does not allow you to switch between products. The standard UI for changing between products should be present on this page. 

It would be nice to have the ability to edit Data Designer names. Sometimes naming conventions change and instead of starting from scratch and deleting all associated reports, it would be nice to be able to change the data Designer names when needed so folks can more easily sort those out amongst other native Gainsight objects.

I am creating a survey that I would like to launch relative to someone viewing or completing a how-to guide engagement. Currently, I can only specify the amount of time within days (for example, completed how-to guide within 1 day).I would like to be able to specify a narrower amount of time. For example, Completed within 30 minutes.

It would be really great if in various places throughout the platform you could @ a user to create an action.For example, if you are in renewal center and you want an update on an opportunity, you could @the user in the next steps section which would trigger a CTA for them to provide an update.

We would like to be able to view segment membership in Gainsight PX and export a spreadsheet of users in the list. 

Hi,It would be good to be able to add an mp4 (silent video) to an engagement without uploading it to URL.Similar to adding images, we want to add mp4s that are not too large directly to an engagement. Thanks,Bharati 

It would be optimal if I could specify in the request whether I want to have the text of the article in the result. For my usecase, I only need the category, subject and link to the article. The complete text only makes the result larger and slower.
