Hi everyone!Is it possible to add an automated message to a topic when that topic has remained unanswered for, let’s say 72 hours? The reasoning behind this: some topics are categorized in subs that are frequented less than others. Also, sometimes a topic gets clicked on in the control-side and this means it vanishes from the “Unread”-filter. There's no way to trace back how, when and why certain topics haven't been picked up by moderators and other users so making an automated message that states something along the lines of: “Your topic has remained unanswered. We've sent a notification to our moderators. They will reply to your question shortly hereafter.” will definitely help since it gives the topicstarter insight as to what's happening, doesn't make them worried and it gives moderators a notification since the topic will be back in the Unread-filter again. Thanks in advance! Warm regards, Jason (T-Mobile Netherlands)

I'm currently trying to consolidate the number of categories we have in our archival section by merging categories together. However, there's no easy way to do so. All I can do is filter on one category, select all topics, and bulk move them to the other category.Now, this is fine if the category is not that largen. But I have several categories with hundreds of topics. And the most I can show on one page, and thus, move, is 50… Please create a merge function, or a true ‘select all’ function so I can move all of it at once.

Has anyone figured out a way to auto populate the ‘End Date’ field when creating a new Success Plan? For a specific Success Plan we have in place the end date would always start out 60 days from the date of creation and it would be nice to automate this for our team.

In the Banner widget, the Title is larger than other widgets and the Description text editor does not allow for adjusting the size of the fonts. I’d like to have the option to match these to the style of other widgets I might employ on the same page. Example form my community.  

The Title and Description text fields on the Banner Widget are indented slightly with padding, even when Text Alignment is set to the left. This throws off alignment with the Title headers and subtitles of other widgets you might place on the page. In my opinion, a key element of Left alignment would be to match the Title and text on other widgets on the page. Example from my community. Note the top banner widget is indented more versus the other two widgets below it 

We have custom picklists in standard and custom objects.They have been put in a custom order for a reason. Say for example Tiers - Tier1 , Tier2, Tier3, NoneWhen I report on this the sort order unfortunately only alphabetical and puts data in order of None, Tier1, Tier2, Tier3 OR (alphabetical sort - ASC)Tier3, Tier2, Tier1, None (alphabetical sort - DESC)We want to see Tier1, Tier2, Tier3, None - the order we have our picklist sorted in to be honored in reporting as well. ​​​I am having to put ugly alias names and it does not always resonate with report viewers. Especially when we are presenting this data to our management.Above is only an example for highlighting the issue. 

It would be helpful to add User and Account attributes that the customer has filtered for in the Performance View of the Survey Reports. While the reports can be filtered it would be helpful if we could visually see the attribute value of each user who took the survey. Example given:If a Survey Report is filtered to only show responses from users who have custom attribute “Persona” set, the custom attribute could also be added to the main view as a new column. This will allow customers who are viewing the report to get a quick look at which user is assigned which persona and export the CSV for the report with that information as well.  

Hi Team,Client ( Nagarro) has an use case where they want to have a rich text field with a default value in the cockpit configuration. However , currently we have a limitation with rich text field and not showing the option to have a default value. Logging this post on behalf of client for product team review.

I would like to request that we add the ability to edit the HTML code of NPS engagements as well as increase the ability to edit the engagement via CSS. There is a desire for the NPS engagements to reflect the rating color scheme adopted in CS. Currently there isn’t a way to edit the HTML code of NPS engagements in PX to include a colored bar and emojis for the responses. The CSS of the NPS Surveys can be edited but the background color of the selected number cannot be changed via CSS. 

In a Survey type of journey, I am adding a token to the Comments of a CTA for the field survey response URL.  In the Comments, it is rendering as plain text that the CSM needs to copy and paste into the web browser.The only other option for a clickable link is to give them access to the view participant journey, which involves multiple clicks (View Activity, View Response) and provides more information / access than our CSMs should have.In reports, a hyperlink is displayed.

We currently can add the Success Plan name (if assigned) to the list view of the cockpit as a text field. The suggestion is to make this a linkable field that takes the user directly to the success plan if clicked from the cockpit list view. The second suggestion is to add a field on the CTA that references the success plan (if there is one) and has the same action.

Hi, would it be possible to have support for Latex Math symbols? To have our industry solutions team share content in our community this would be needed. Anyone else out there with this need also?

Hi Team,The ability to adjust the window size of Case field builder would be great as we have to scroll to the right to complete a case and add a new one. 

Currently syncing multi-picklist fields from Gainsight to SFDC is not supported (specifically Timeline to SFDC Tasks). Currently this creates less than desirable workarounds where either 1) single picklist fields have to be added, resulting in additional clicks for end users; or 2) a text field is added, resulting in variation of values entered. 

When troubleshooting a fetch of a rule, one of the recommended best practices is to create a rule using the same show fields and filters, but this takes additional configuration time. To mitigate this, it would be really handy to have an “Export Fetch to Report Builder” option from the fetch in the rule setup to cut down on this time cost. Ideally, to avoid this feature creating clutter in the reports builder, this feature could open an unsaved report. Furthermore, if saved, it could automatically filter into a system-generated “Exported from Rules Engine” folder.

I just noticed that when we converted a bunch of topics to Product Updates, any spam that was present in these topics resurfaced on the public side of things. This is very concerning, in particular considering that new replies to these product update articles is not part of the moderation overview.So this is a twofold request:1: Please allow replies to product updates to enter the moderation overview in line with all other new content across the platform.2: Please ensure that when content is being converted it doesn’t resurface trashed replies and spam.

We’re using the API to directly display the latest forum posts inside our app, today we’ve received a notification from Google we’re not complying with two parts of their policyPolicyProvides an in-app system for reporting objectionable UGC and users, and takes action against that UGC and/or user where appropriate; Provides an in-app system for blocking UGC and users; Can insided please make the report and flag functionality available via their API? Otherwise we’re going to be forced to either; Remove insided from our app or implement our own method to block reported posts. We’re not the only ones who are going to be affected

Issue: Certain changes to a report builder report are not recognized by Report Builder as actions that need to be “saved” and have a new report.Desired Behavior: Making any change to a report builder report requires a user to “Save” the updated report.Actual Behavior: Field changes made to a report builder report are not recognized as creating an updated report that needs to be “Saved,” thereby requiring the user to make a change that is recognizable to report builder, then remove that change, in order to save their other adjustments that are not recognized.Examples: Numeric summarization changes Field alias creation
