It is found that when there are more than 4 x-axis labels possible for the bar chart in query builder. Every other label is skipped to be shown. Currently there is a code level limitation where all labels are not able to be shown responsively based on screen size available. This post is to hope in the future that the chart is able to carry responsive x-axis to use space available to add as many x-axis labels as possible.

When I am adding a new activity with option MEETING there we need to add task as well.I came to know that it can contain only 80 cahracters.Is there any way so that we can exceed the word limit to 160? 

Our current content management team is using Paligo for their content management - is there a planned integration for Knowledge/Docs content and PX?

Hello everyone,Consider some usual feature adoption funnel:Exposed to the feature Activated feature usage Recognized the value of this feature Adopted the featureWith the current options we have in Gainsight PX for funnel reports, we don’t see an elegant way of creating this kind of adoption funnel. There are two usual ways of defining what it means that “the user adopted the feature” -  either by counting the number of times this feature was used by the user or considering that the feature was adopted only if the user uses it over a longer period of time.In other words, there are two main options for setting up conditions on features and custom events that are missing here:the option to set the number of total times that the feature or custom event was used/triggered (greater then x, equal to x...) the option to set up a condition on the time interval when this feature was used - for example, in the “adopted stage” of the funnel (last stage) we should find only the users which trigger

If we had a admin window that would tell you if a User might be a Contact in SFDC and ask you if you want to connect them this could help with the errors and also allow a much easier way to connect only the contacts that you want to between GSPX and SFDC. The connection as it is today will be very difficult to maintain and keep up to date. Also if there are errors you cannot drill down in the report to see who the errors are an how to fix them so this connect falls short here. 

The new Horizon Analytics report inline date filters only allow for an operator and an exact date to be selected. (eg: Greater Than 7/31/2021) The old reports allowed you to easily filter reports by entering a month OR day OR year and see all results for the corresponding period. For example, I could provide a list view of all renewal opportunities and CSRs could easily filter the report by entering a Month number to see all renewals due in that particular month. Now, only a specific DATE can be selected.  

We have a use case for training where our trainers would like to provide a link to the survey at the end of training, as well as us send it automatically via JO. If we send via JO, it would be great to capture the name and company information, but we want to send the same link via a link which requires it to be anonymous. It would be great to be able to send a generic link out regardless even if the survey is not anonymous. This would also be helpful for CSMs to be able to send links to their customers for various things

Hi Team, When we add a custom field in Account  that has lookup on contact in C360 page attribute section, if we have an option to search the contacts. We have also have an option to restrict the data based on the Account fields but we cannot restrict it to specified account. This option will prevent CSM’s adding another account contacts which will be very helpful. Thanks,Prathap

When we add sections to the company and relationship layouts, particularly from the global section, we sometimes have to rename them to something different than what they were originally called, so it would be nice to be able to hover over these and know what the section name used to be, as well as the section type that already shows on the hover over.

Hello, we have a report with the region filter, and when filtered to APAC for example, but the corporate currency is set to United Kingdom, it shows the totals in the GBP currency. Is there a way to display the dashboard totals as the regions currency and not the £? 

In report builder, when running a report off of objects in SFDC, you often need to filter on the Account ID field for testing. When you select the Account field (the ID field, but it is technically a lookup field in SFDC), you are presented with a search box: This can be beneficial because you don't need to go hunting for the ID. However, it can be a burden when you do have the Account ID or the bigger issue - you have duplicate accounts. With larger customers, many have instances of the same customer, with the same name, many times in SFDC. This search doesn't filter down to only show customers in Gainsight, which is okay, but you have no way of knowing if you are selecting the correct one when filtering.  You also cannot select the ID field directly on the Account object as a filter, this may have changed because I believe in the past you could. The Account lookup on Customer Info is also a name search. My idea is to actually get rid of the search and allow to search on Accou

Though some testing that I have done, it appears that even when you remove "view" permissions for a dashboard... the dashboard still shows up in the pick list. Just to be clear, once you click on the dashboard the correct "cannot view due to permissions" screen pops up like it should, however, the customer would like the name removed from the pick list when they don't have permissions to view the dashboard.  Please let me know if you need more clarity about this.  Steve

Group members need to be able to subscribe to receive email notifications of activity in the Group, or perhaps a digest of activity.  

When setting a filter, the search/typing box has text indicating you can search with just 2 characters.In order to successfully search with just 2 characters you must press “ENTER” after typing your 2 characters. When you type 2 characters the display text is "No items found" not "Press ENTER to search" - this is not intuitive functionality. When you type 3 characters the search works as expected. Propose updating 2 character searching to not need you to press “ENTER” or update the help text to say search with 3 characters.

Hi, I noticed it is not possible to redirect a users back to the topic page where the login flow was started when using SSO authentification. This is quite disturbing as this will generate this kind of flows for non logged in users:User clicks on a topic  User clicks on text editor (to add a comment)    User will be prompted to log in (via SSO in our case)    User will log in via SSO    User will be redirected to the home page and not to the topic of step 1  This would highly improve the UX if you could pass a variable/parameter with the returnURL during the SSO authentification that we could use to send the user back to the page he/she is expecting. Thanks 

I would like to be able to invite people to the community and pre-set their primary and custom user roles. That way when they join they have a seamless experience and see all the relevant content they would expect to seeExamples:I may have a group of users that are joining a beta and want to grant them access to the user role(s) that enables that access I may have a group of folks internally that I want to enable as Admins 

I find a lot of folks miss the fact that there are other categories and sub-categories when using the mega menu. Wonder if we could find some ways to expand it both horizontally and make it multi-column vs. a single column. Would also be nice to extend this pattern for the knowledge base as well to give some better exposure there as well.Here’s an example from Gap.com (though most eCommerce site have these): 

Today the excerpt shown in a featured topic/articles is pulled from the content. In a lot of cases this may not be the best option to be displayed.I’d like to see inSided provide a way to enable Admins/CMs to set a different excerpt via Control or to have a way to determine the number of characters from the original text to include.

I’d like to have a way to remove the event type once set on an event. Often the chicklet overlaps with the image content. See detail highlighted in red in the image below: The same detail is already repeated in the event when it is displayed as a Featured Topic or in the event calendar list, so this seems rather redundant to include anyways. 

When you create a timeline entry from an objective CTA from cockpit and then you look at it in the C360 timeline/global timeline, it has “CTA” tagged next to it.However, when you create a timeline entry from the same objective within the success plan section of C360 and then you look at the timeline entry in timeline/global timeline, it gets tagged “Success Plan” and mentions which plan. Seeing as objective CTAs are reserved for success plans, this request is to have both ways behave the same, showing the success plan tag and name. Also, we should show all  related objective TL posts on the success plan TL 

Hi Team,When we create a CTA for a success plan objectives from cockpit and try to open the link it is Landing on success plan ‘Plan info’ page instead of Objectives pages. I’d like to see the homepage widget Community content & category be enabled to work full width and not just in the 2:1 page layout. This would include the categories, recently active, and help others.This is a really important part of the initial engagement with the community and it could more effectively use the page real estate.It might be interesting too to have ways to extract the Recently Active and Help Others tabs into a sidebar apart from the categories themselves.
