Hi Team, Lot of data analyst who are working with our clients are looking to setup IAM roles. They are working on a data integration pipeline from Snowflake to the Gainsight S3 bucket. Snowflake has native functionality to connect to S3, but their best practice is to create an IAM role and use those credentials to connect to S3 instead of using the Secret Key and Access Key credentials.Is it possible to add in our near term roadmap? Best,Hardik

Hey,We are receiving Sally notifications whenever a user completed a CSAT survey. The next obvious step would be to view the actual response attached to that notification, but right now this is not possible. We would very much like to request enhancing the Sally integration by providing the full response to that notification, so we can quickly and easily get this information. Best,Tal

Hi Team, In prod users have usernames like "user@xyz.com” But in sandbox they have usernames like "user@xyz.com.invalid" or appended with a keyword.So when a Sandbox copy is done all the usernames in prod are loaded into Sandbox causing duplicates and all of these should be made either Inactive or usernames should be updated with “.dev”It will be great if this is handled in the product too which will be very helpful to the users during sandbox Copy. Thanks,Prathap

I think it would be helpful to quickly summarize our timeline notes to a few distinct points.  When taking notes on a call, we may have the tendency to write everything that is discussed.However, once the call is complete, quickly distinguishing what the highlights of the call are would be helpful.In my mind, I see this looking like this.  I can highlight certain text threads, and click a button to mark it as a highlight.  Then as I’m glancing through  a long list of timeline activities, I can quickly see the high level summary, and expand the activity to see more detail.Additionally, if I could highlight text threads and click a button to assign a task to it.  This would eliminate the need for me to take a note, and then repeat the process while creating a task.  Simply highlighting, and marking it as a task would save key strokes.

Hi Team, Customer is looking for bulk update on Success plan for a specific field via a CSV. Customer’s own words below. We would like to request if we could mass update success plan in our production environment.I have attached 2 files, I've filtered it out to get the SP name and GSID of the records.Genesys_Actual_GoLive_FieldUpdate.csv - This file contains the Success Plans where the field (Actual Go Live) needs to be updated.Genesys_Target_GoLive_FieldUpdate.csv - This file contains the Success Plans where the field (Target Go Live) needs to be updated. Is it possible to do so?

It would be good if we’ll have the ability to make a lookup of the CTA/Success Plan to a custom Object. This would make reporting/Updating via rules a lot easier and less stress to the custom object. Thank you!!!

Hi Team,Customer was used an events as participant source to the program. There is no error when they push events through an invalid payload (It showing that event under Delivery Success). Currently we are not supporting response codes for events in JO. Can you please look into this and display the proper error message to the customer. Thank you.

When PX+CS connection is established and Usage data is being brought over in Gainsight, currently there is no option in Adoption explorer to bring PX custom events data directly into AE. Use case: The customer has 10+ custom events data to be captured in AE as reports.Example: Top 10 X event captured at user level.We can bring data at feature and engagement level presently   

In the new Ideation module it is now possible to filter on a specific status or product. This is already very helpful. It would be great if it would also be possible (in the front-end) if users have the option to only filter the ideas they have submitted themselves.This way, users can easily keep an eye on how many votes or reactions they have received for their votes in one overview.

When editing idea status updates, for example to add an explanation to is, the ideation-status-pill class is stripped from the HTML:Please leave the class intact on editing.

Would love to see Ideas enabled in Groups.

We use the ideation module, and share the data with our Product Management team.I’d love to be able to show them and other members of our teams what ideas have been trending this month/period of time. Two potential solutions.Have an ideation section in the native analytics page (and allow to export from there) Allow to choose date ranges for ideation, like in the export section, so I could at least do the analysis manually (eg. Export April 2021 then May 2021. Then votes in May - votes in April Allow for ideation as an option in the export section (same process as above)Thanks,Ilan

Posting on Behalf of a Customer.   In this case when doing the outlook calendar integration, due to organization setting, user gets a prompt to request approval from an internal IT Team. Once user gets approved by that team, code is received.   The issue that is found is that once the authentication code is received, doing “click to authenticate” again in NXT, shows the request approval window again. Given this cycle, user is not able to fully complete authentication.   As it is mentioned to be not supported right now, hence this post for feature enhancement for this use case.      

I would like to have a way to limit the number of group members. For example I might want to have a group for a regional roundtable of CPOs and open it up to a max of X members and no longer accept new requests once that limit has been met.Ideally I’d be able to communicate that member limit (e.g. “This group is limited to X members”) on the group card on the groups page or when attempting to join the group. It would also be handy to be able to collect a waitlist of group members and to view that list by order requested so when spaces open up, new people can be allowed to join.

Some examples I can think of here:Would love to have a way to manage the visibility of groups on the main groups page so I don’t have to show everyone in the community all the groups we have. In our case we have some groups have a narrow audience or are invite-only and won’t be open to others ever. Exposing these just makes for more noise even if private people request access. We also have some groups that we might run occasionally through the year but not want to merchandize all the time. (and yes I know I can use categories for this as a workaround) Ways to limit the number of group members. When updating a renewal opportunity on the Forecast tab, the opp moves to the very top of the table thus losing your place where you left off. Time will be lost in identifying on what line you left off to update the next renewal opportunity. It may make more sense to keep the table in the same order, allowing you to easily see where you left off and move on to the next renewal opportunity.  

We have quite a few sub forums in our community based around our individual products. Without changing the name of our products, there’s no way for someone to easily select the appropriate sub forum from the menu dropdown (seen below.)  It would help if we could expand the width of the dropdown or present this information in a different way to better help our users navigate the community.     

#121481 in Data designer the created user name should not show in scheduler, it should be OAuth user. Otherwise it is giving false information with the usage data.

Hi User would like to  have Journey Orchestrator send emails to accounts that have a specific tag assigned to them. For example, if user wanted to blast emails out to customers for a webinar that is applicable to them, could the CSM's add a tag to each customer that is designated for this webinar, that Journey Orchestrator is then able to pull for the email? 

Cloudbees is doing a ton of great things with Gainsight. They want reports that will require seeking information from multiple objects.  The answer here is data designer. But here is the thing. For the most common use cases, we should have data spaces that are out of the box. For example, to report on the latest timeline activity on a CTA is a very common use case (it is also a part of our recommended WBR process). Then why not use have these common objects available to begin with so that everyone is not starting from scratch. 

Hi Team, Customer is looking to export success snapshot at parent level. However, while doing so, the data is exported just for that particular account irrespective of the Data from Children being checked at C360 level. Is it possible to get data of children too rolled up and exported at snapshot level when the checkbox is checked?

Hi team, Posting this request on behalf of a customer. Whenever we add a related list on custom objects where look up to company ID is present, creation of new record from Related list is auto populating however this field is editable.https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4uKdoEbIt would be great if we can give the feasibility to make this field as un-editable so that end users wouldn’t end up associating the record to incorrect company. Regards,Jagadeesh

Hi, We have CTAs being generated at C360 level - some of these need to be manually reassigned to the relevant R360s under that account. I cannot find a way to be able to do that however - I'm aware you can create a new CTA directly in R360 but is there a way existing CTA can be assigned to a R360? Thanks in advance Katerina

The Context ID is not editable via Rules Engine, however this would be super useful to have editable when generating Milestone timeline entries. This would allow us to associate to success plans. For example, we want to generate a timeline entry when fields get changed on the Success Plan. This will allow us to see a history of changes in timeline which is easily shareable and trackable if the CSM needs to hand off the account.We currently generate timeline entries for some updates that are made, but since the Context ID is not an available field to load to we cannot associate the milestones to the plan
