Hi everyone,we would like to change the following text which gets displayed within the text box when users create a new topic.“Add as many details as possible, by providing details (...) How can we change that? We would like to edit it and add a little more information.I couldn’t find it under phrases.  

All of the date filters in PX seem to include specific dates, dates before/after/between, and days ago. Does anyone know how to set up a trigger that identifies x days to [ specific date ]?  We track our trial end date in Gainsight and we want to trigger messaging to the user when their trial is coming to an end. To keep this active on a rolling basis, I can’t seem to figure out how to trigger.  While we do have a trial start date, each trial may be of varying lengths, so using the “x days ago” will not work.

I configured an engagement to be displayed 5 times, with at least 2 day between views.But I also want to give the user a way to say “don’t show me again” as early as the first time they see it.This doesn’t seem possible in the “Schedule” section of the engagement, but is this achievable in any way with other settings/configurations?Thank you! 

We’ve recently had a teammate change their username from Control. Having posted one piece of content this resulted in the author being displayed on the homepage as “Anonymous0” without profile pic and on the actual topic page as the old username with profile pic. And when featured the topic showed the correct profile pic and the correct username in the user pop-up when hovered.Here is a preview of the homepage feed area:Feels as though if there are issues with the changing of username then even as an admin/ moderator the change should not be possible. Obviously I’d much prefer it be possible and without bugs.

Hi,  We have some customers with contractual bindings with regards to anonymity, and for these specific customers, the only part in the User Profile Fields we can make it obligatory to show for the public is the user name. For all other customers we’d like to make it obligatory to show both the user name and the  company name. Anyone out there that’s been able to find a workaround for this? 

I have tried setting the accountId field in the user instance to null and empty string using the PUT request. I’m trying to disassociate a user from an account. But the user instance retains the previous accountId. How do I set it to null using the REST API?

We are currently firing emails based on CTA closure but would like to get more granular if possible. Does anyone know if it’s possible to automatically fire an email (not email assist) based on closure of a specific CTA task? -- I do see that there is a task count field but that doesn’t seem reliable given they don’t have to close the tasks in a particular order. Thanks!

I understand that this was on the roadmap, do we have a timeline?Also, the ability to add an average duration to all emails logged?

We are looking at implementing surveys to out community using VWO.  I can see a thread mentioning this is possible here: However, I’m not seeing exactly how to implement the script from the survey vendor.Where is this process documented?  where does the script go?  Is it just added into the third Party scripts section under customization?@JKelley 

While it is still possible to edit the Cookie Settings pop-up content in Phrases mode, Clicking the “Edit” button on anything in the Cookie Pop-up results in the editing field that appears at the top being behind the dark overlay instead of above it, since this is an admin tool. It can likely be resolved with a Z-index tweak.It looks like this:Workaround: Click the edit button on the cookie settings pop-up for what you want to edit, and then click the close button on the pop-up you’ll notice the phrases editing form at the top is still there with the cookie settings content you clicked “edit” for.

Hello! We have a few system emails that have “&nbps;” at the bottom of the email. Here is a screenshot of my split screen. On the right is the email and on the left is the HTML. Can you tell me what I need to change to get rid of the “&nbps;” text?  

Is there a way to fix the alignment of an articles banner when it is featured in the homepage? We are currently facing a problem wherein the banner gets cut off [it only captures the mid section] and hence doesn’t look great on the homepage.

Hi, I see we have a certain number of impressions included with our subscription. How would I track the number of impressions?Adding to that, how would I track the the success of having the conversational widget? E.g. number of opens, number of searches, number of clicks?

For your red account/risk customer program, who runs it? Is it run by Success, run by Operations/Finance, run by Sales? What level owns it? Do you run it it via the Cockpit or a Gainsight dashboard? Just curious how others run theirs.

Posting for a customer:They are wanting to send out a weekly email with a report or csv file attached.The limitation on rows and columns is the issue with attaching a report.They are also sending to external persons that cannot access a report link.They would use a csv, but didn’t know if there was a way to automate the process, so they do not need to adjust the template every week with the new file. Is there a workaround or another way to accomplish this?

I am having trouble in 2 areas:uploading images to articles understanding how to configure quick links on the homepage (what comes along...just the title? Sometimes a first sentence from the article jumps in...sometimes not). Do I have control over this?Are there videos that walk through this? I haven’t found the guidance I’m looking for. Thank you.

If an Email Template needs to be updated after a Program is published what happens? After the changes are made it looks like the only way to save the changes in the Program is to click on the Republish Now option. Does that keep the Program in its current state with the updated template? Or does it save the changes and then also push the email out to everyone who has already received it again, i.e. restart the Program?

@Marion Frecaut I’ve noticed that on mobile there seems to have been a change made on the CSS of Featured Topics content as they now seem to have a strange overlapping look: At first I thought maybe I’d finally made too many custom CSS edits but when I saw the same thing on InSpired, I guess thats not what happened… Looking at the CSS it seems that the class:.featured-topics .featured-topichas the width set to 50% instead of 100%This could be why or what happened, not sure if it impacts anything else, I’ll leave that to you guys!Hope this helps!

One problem I face is that the S3 files often come in at delayed time. This means the V2 rules often fail as there is no file. I would like to be able to make a rule chain that is scheduled to run only if a different rule chain fails. Is there a way to schedule a rule chain to run only if there were no files at a certain time or only run if a set of rules failed?

Anyone aware of any issues with Role based icon avatars?  I noticed our employees are not showing their icon avatars.  I manually flipped the few I initially saw and it worked, but this morning, they are missing again (for all employees).I rebuilt the role in gamification to no avail.

Hi All -We are trying to solve for the overarching question - How do you solve for multiple access points of entry into your Community? The background?We use Zendesk for our Knowledge base and Support tickets. We have a portal where customers login to see their information and get to support from there. We want our users to be able to get to the Community in multiple ways From their customer portal, similar to how they access a module From the website Directly from the url From our Support Knowledge baseGiven we are also trying to setup SSO, I am looking for other similar use cases or ideas on how to achieve all of this. Please let me know your thoughts!
