We’re in the early stages of our community and wondering if we can turn this off until we reach more of a critical mass.  

When previewing the bot in the editor, there is no default category but when I preview it automatically selects the first from the list. I would much rather force the user to select one so that it goes to the right category. Otherwise they don't see the dropdown and i’m having to manually get the right information to the right people. I use 2 categories for feedback and 1 category for support issues. The feedback categories go to my product management tool, the support issue goes to our support email.  

Hello All,We are currently using a user id (in my identify call ) during the signup process in our app, and once an account is successfully created I am using another user id in my post successful signup identify call. Is there any way to connect these 2 accounts on gainsight as it shows two different accounts on audience explorer. Is there any way to update the aprtrinsic user id and connect these 2 accounts? 

What are our options with regards to redirects for content moved to an un-indexed Archive folder or deleted?  We're seeing lots of 404s and I'm aware that most of these are due to content that's been moved from an indexed area. Can we set these up to redirect to the homepage? If not, what do CMs think with regards to the negative impact that might have on the OVO domain? When we archive content, it generally choose old content that’s getting low views. Does that mean the impact on SEO rating is minimal? Our company’s website owner isn’t a fan of letting Google slowly catch up. Disclaimer: I don’t have front end website / SEO training so this question may be worded poorly

Hi,I have two questions about custom events mapping in Gainsight PX.Let's say that I have the following custom event call, which tracks a new video based on a video template, and its duration:aptrinsic('track', 'NewVideo',     {        "templateId": 57,        "seconds": 32    });I have seen that in Product Mapper it is possible to perform a manual feature mapping, so you can retrieve information like: "number of created videos based on template id 57".I have two questions:1) What if I have, for example, one hundred templates? Should I manually map them one-by-one in Product Mapper or is there a way to do it automatically? In other words: if in the application code I am adding a new template, shall I explicitly map it also on Gainsight PX?2) I have seen that in Analytics -> Audience -> Query Builder it is possible to perform custom queries based on custom events, which is great.But I notice that the custom event values seem to be always treated like strings and there are no opera

Hi,I have came across a strange situation where we are using Horizon analytics report and in which, report is showing data as column bar graph visulaization but on clicking the same for drill down , it shows no data available , try changing filters, i tried changing filters as well but am not able to find the exact root cause and fix this up. For one user it is loading data correctly, but for another one , it shows error

I can also see that there’s now two InSided apps available in Zapier.Is this a newer version? Should we be using it? Should we be switching our existing zaps to this new app?Cheers :)

Hi,Our CSMs have been receiving email notifications for every timeline activity that they log. This creates a lot of noise for them in their inbox & they want the option to stop the notifications. I’d like to request a setting in GS to turn off the email notifications for timeline activities that they log. Is anyone else experiencing this? 

Hi all, Does anyone know if it is possible to amend the text/font size of the Cookie policy on the on-screen pop-up?This article speaks to how to amend the text and add further text options, but not the text/font size itself. The pop-up text looks a little large on mobile devices.Many thanks, Stuart

We created a mass edit table in DASHBOARDS to edit scores for our relationships (and comments) in the past. Now that Timeline-Scorecard integration feature is in full force, I am wondering, and a little concerned, about what happens when a user decides to edit a comment in the mass edit table. It doesn’t seem to convert to a timeline entry, and therefore wouldn’t show up in Comments reporting. Is mass edit capability something that users should avoid when it comes to comments? I’m not entirely sure where it ends up and whether it can be tracked through this route.  Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

Hi guys, I have a question, we are working on re-branding our ranking structure which is going well and my next project is to redesign our homepage banner. However, the problem that I am having is that I can’t see any option to upload a version of the Hero banner for Mobile and another version for desktop.When you think about how small the banner is on mobile there is very little room for creativity here. Is there not a way or a function which allows you to show mobile users 1 banner and desktop or tablet users another? thanks, Emil  

One of our community members has started a Linkedin group that’s somewhat redundant with our community. Some elements I’m not worried about, I’ve seen plenty of Linkedin groups that don’t negatively impact communities. However, this part of his justification is a bit troubling to me: The group will also serve as a medium to link community questions which the users want quickly answered because many of us have LinkedIn on our smartphone but do not have access to community on the go. For those who don’t want to subscribe to email notifications, but want to stay up-to-date on the latest from community, do you have any solutions that you’ve found?A mobile app was not a priority when picking Insided for the two communities I’ve used it on; responsive design and moble-friendly pages seems to work fine. But notifications are one element that’s lacking for both the desktop and mobile experience. Given some of the comments in the latest roadmap update, I’m curious as to whether we’ll see things

Hi - I'm struggling to export a report on email activity spanning several months. I can run the report just fine, but when I get to export, I get a failure message. I've figured out that it's failing due to file size (not that the message is explicit). Is there any way to know when the file size is too big? The message when I execute the export looks like a confirmation, but then the report itself fails. It's been really frustrating to change the criteria, run the report, wait to see if it will go through, rinse and repeat until I get a report I can open. Is there something I'm missing? Hiya!Something that I’ve noticed a lot is that whenever my permissions get changed - especially when I’m granted additional roles - I get booted out of the forums instantly and have to log back in. As a result, if I’m in the middle of writing something when Tim makes changes to my roles, everything I’ve written so far goes down the drain without warning. It’s also causing painful experiences for some of the other members as well - not least because it almost looks like you’ve been “banned” when in reality you haven’t.Is there any way of making permission changes a bit less aggressive to apply? I can understand booting users out of the session when permissions are reduced, but it’s not ideal UX for things to suddenly go poof without an obvious explanation.

Hello Team: Here is the use case:Hi Team,we have a new NPS program for every three months under different conditions.I have a requirement to pull a same question and answer from an NPS program every 3 months to salesforce. The problem is that every time we are building a new rule on the new flattened NPS object to get the question and answer pulled to salesforce. Is there any way we can ease the process of finding the question , answer, participant details and the survey name in any single stable/standard object apart from flattened object. ORCan you please suggest any workarounds through data designers jobs, etc that reduces the rework to  create new rule for every 3 months to pull the details in the flattened object to salesforce.
