A user has entered a timeline entry with a task that appears to be displayed correctly; however there are an additional two tasks that have no comments and appear to move back and forth across the screen continuosly - Has anyone encountered this issue before? I cannot replicate this issue.

Good Morning- One of our CSMs just brought this to my attention. When you are in Salesforce Classic and try to assign a Meeting Type to a Timeline Activity, the list selection populates “UP” on the page visually: When you have Lightning enabled, the selection list populates “Down” on screen real estate, requiring you to scroll unnecessarily:

Interested in viewing NPS trends over time for specific accounts? You're in luck! In order to view NPS trend, navigate to Analytics > Survey Performance > Select the specific survey you want to view trending NPS for. Click 'Show By' 'Overview' > Filter by the account on the right-hand side. By now, you should be seeing an overview of your account's NPS. The last tile as shown below provides the NPS trend. This question was originally asked by @irit_eizips 4 yrs ago (see here). I've seen no real update, nor do I see the "workaround" for which it is tagged. The use case now is I'd like to trigger a CTA when our SFDC "Customer Type" field is changed from "Prospect" to "Customer." Is this possible? (It seems like this is something that would have been updated in the past 4 years, but I can't find a solution either here in the community or in the documentation).

I entered a filter to pull last 60 days and get 0 records. So I noticed new filters on table and added a filter there and it doesn't appear to apply. I say to bring everything from 7/1 forward and still see April date directly below as well as other before 7/1. Am I misunderstanding what these are for?

Has anyone tried to configure a data space yet? I keep getting failure notifications but there's no context as to why it's failing so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Will there be more context in the failure notifications in production?

Currently Gainsight does not offer a way to customize the headers on a dashboard export. It only shows as a purple. We would like to see the ability to modify these to show different when exported similar to Success Plans.

Hi all - I am trying to create a comma separator format for numeric values that I am putting into engagements using tokens. When I put our current numeric values from custom account/user attributes into a engagement, the standard format is XXXX.0 (E.g. "You have collected 1043.0 emails with our platform). I want a way to automatically show the format with comma separators - X,XXX instead of XXXX.0 (e.g. "You have collected 1,043 emails with our platform"). Currently to remove the decimals we convert the custom attribute to a text field and send over "XXXX" (e.g. 1043), but haven't figured out how to do the comma separator. My BI guy is saying that we can't put commas in the format as commas are used to load the data format. How can we solve this issue? Below is an example. A few weeks ago, we did a soft launch of a new flagship feature. I made (you guessed it) a custom dashboard to keep some tabs on it and determine if users were organically discovering it. Earlier this week, we presented the feature at a partner's conference for their users. It occurred to me that I could take the same custom dashboard and add a widget filtering down to that partner to see our conference presentation's impact on usage. Apparently the NXT instance of Gainsight allows you to create a "Recurring" type of CTA. Can we get this into the SFDC instance as well? It's pretty annoying since at the last Gainsight conference, it was said there would be feature parity between the two instances but there is one that is clearly benefitting from better feature implemenation.

I am report on accounts where Onboarding CTA's have been completed, but within that same report show their success plan data, whether it is null or not. I tried creating a Data Space on Calls To Action and then adding in Success Plan data, but I can't seem to get it to a place that works because I don't think there are enough key identifiers to join all the fields I need. Any ideas how else I can make this work?

Right now, only the admin has the access to this page. I don't understand why can't we have this page as a part of the GS Standard permission set. Every customer who wants to enable Timeline has run into this issue where some team members will not have access to the Timeline.

We have events that happen annually, that we want to have UTD content on. I’m sure this is very common with other CS communities.   To avoid an ever increasing pool of duplicated content, would it be better to edit the existing content? Choose one topic as the go-to, and link other older duplicates to this new topic. We can add a clear time stamp so customers know it’s relevant (alhtough is that enough… is the old publish date, at the top, enough to risk the content being disregarded as old…?) and edit the title as well.  But does this effect that content’s SEO? What hurts content’s SEO when editing? Is changing the title worse then only changing the content copy? Is changing the content category a big no no?  Maybe a duplicate and a good archieving system is better. At least the publish date makes it clear that it’s the right topic to look at? Thoughts welcome!

Good Morning- Our SVP of CS has tasked me with determining the completion percentage of all our currently deployed playbooks. The problem with this request: When CSMs close out a CTA, Gainsight asks "Should we change the status of all open tasks to Closed for you?" This forced closure of all open tasks eliminates a pathway to determine which tasks are completed which eliminates our ability to: 1. Determine which steps are actually useful 2. Determine if all CSMs are completing all steps for a consistent client experience 3. Identify missed opportunities for training/enablement/enhancements. Why does Gainsight force close all playbook tasks? Is there a setting I as the admin can change to allow CTAs and playbooks to be closed without all the tasks being completed so we can do analysis on usage? Thanks -Jim

I am trying to leverage gainsight PX API so that I can POST information about how long a certain process takes (from the backend). So basically, I will have a call in Java that determines the time from method 1 until the app gets to method 2, then save that time somehow to Gainsight (along with other information like which process this was and possibly user information). Is this possible? And how do I achieve this?

Hello Folks! I'm attempting to build out a guide engagement in PX, and I have 1 dialog and a few tooltips beyond it. On each tooltip, I'd like to add the option to exit the tour, or say 'got it' or whatever button text, but the option to select Exit Button is greyed out until the last step in the guide. Is there a means to include an exit on each step?

The docs needs to be updated to let the customers know that "When they query the audience using the query builder, they need to select the Continent under the Inferred location section and not the continent under the "Location and Account Location". If they apply the remaning sections, the customer will not view any user records. thanks, Avinash.
