It would be good to be able to change the name of the article version, add some internal notes and also roll back to a previous version
Ability to edit the CTA name in the new c360 side bar. With the new side bar - we are able to make update to tasks, task names, etc. However, in order to edit the CTA name, we have to click on the name - which opens up a new page.If we are able to edit the CTA name in the c360 side bar, it would streamline CSM workflows. Thanks!
During the course, a user can complete assignments. In some cases they need to be manually graded. For example, they share a link to a CPQ quote they created and I would need to verify it is correct. It would be great to not allow them to complete the course until I approve the assignment. This would allow for better control over making sure everything has been completed.
Currently when retrieving ideas from the Community API, the votes will be included as an array of user ID values. It would be good to also include the date that the vote was submitted. This information is very useful for viewing votes over time during reporting. Current response data structure:
Since our only solution to join two tables is Data Designer, we do end up with multiple DD that needs to run on a daily basis. Despite scheduling them in different times, there is only 24 hrs in a day!So it would be good to assign a Priority score so that if there are multiple DD / Rule that has to run at the same time, the engine can use the Priority score to move the important ones to the top? While we are there, it would help if we can add a flag “Run during lean times” where the Rules Engine
When you schedule a report, the email we get is a link to the generated report. This defeats the purpose of this scheduling in the first place. Can we have the report itself as whatever format chosen, as an attachment to the email. This is very important as we need to deliver “status” reports to ELT and they want it in an email. They are NOT going to click a link, download it and then open. Especially on the phone.
It would be great if when I am adding an activity to a timeline that I if I start a bulleted list with a hyphen that it automatically formats in the textbox to a bulleted listcurrently it looks like this:-fdsjds (with a space inbetween the hyphen and the text)and I would like for it to default to this:fdsjds
Hi Team,We’d love for a gap in survey localization to be resolved. While we can localize sections and their contents as well as questions, it’s not possible to localize fields located in Survey Theme. For example: the survey header cannot be translated. The footer can also not be translated. Example footer with Privacy Information:I can’t localize my Survey Title. My workaround is to use the description field for it but it only works if the survey is in two languages. In the below screen, I can’t localize my privacy statement (which would make more sense to show in the survey language (especially the privacy policy). Can we please bring localization to theme fields?Thank you!A!
Via Support:“As per the current behavior, Timeline activity Call Duration field will have a null value when a merge occurs (between a Gong synced call and a manual Timeline activity) if the user who created the manual activity did not fill the duration field. However there is no workaround to avoid this scenario other than creating the manual activities after 15 minutes of Gong call.”This introduces a large data quality issue, because the behavior of this merge is discarding duration values that we already have synced from Gong as an accurate value in Timeline, and instead chooses to prioritize null duration values. Why would the merge action prioritize a null value when a previously validated source of this data, direct from Gong, exists? We now have hundreds of records where the call duration is null, and we would normally have all of this data if the merge with another Timeline activity didn’t remove the values that were already there. Please consider changing this merge behavior to always prioritize a call duration value in there is already one populated in one of the two activities being merged.
We’re rolling out ideation to our employees and partners first, then opening it up to customers. I’d like the ability to give customers read-only access to ideas. Ideally, we’d be able to tier idea permissions like the rest of the community:Ability to seeAbility to like/voteAbility to create new ideas
We would like the ability to transpose (flip the columns and rows) tabular reports. This will allow us to better display data to our end users. One use case that we are currently encountering for this request is our annual loyalty survey. We receive a few responses per customer for this survey, but include many questions that we’d like to display to our CSMs in the C360. Displaying each question response horizontally is not a good experience, as it requires horizontal scrolling from the user to view all of the survey results in one screen. I can imagine many more use cases where this would be helpful and can imagine other customers would benefit from this enhancement as well.
We use the GS Assist Outlook plugin which logs activities to the Company or Relationship Timeline based on the email recipients. Since you cannot associate the activity to a CTA/Objective within the plugin, my users edit the activity to associate it to a CTA/Objective using the Associated Records functionality. Unfortunately, if the activity is logged to the Relationship and the CTA/Objective resides on the Company, you cannot associate the CTA/Objective to the activity. This is a major pain point for my team. Is there any plan to expand the records GS will search for in the Associated Records field on the activity?
Basically what the title says. Currently, when setting up a Cockpit View, even in advanced mode I’m limited to Field, Operator, and Value: I would prefer to have the ability to do something like we have almost everywhere else we can set up a filter:Please add the Input Type option on Cockpit View filters
In the realm of data’s grand domain, A challenge rises, causing strain. Multi picklist fields, once so bright, Now shrouded in a shadowed plight.Disabled values, locked in place, No manual touch, no rule’s embrace. Engineering’s decree, support’s refrain, “Expected behavior,” they maintain.Yet once, in days of yore, it seems, We could update, fulfill our dreams. Now hindered by this puzzling stance, Our data’s growth, it can’t advance. To remove the old, to bring the new, This simple task, we can’t pursue. A call to arms, for sense to reign, To free our records from this chain.Oh, let the fields be free once more, To update, change, and to explore. For in this epic data quest, We strive to make our systems best. In short, we can’t update records where a disabled value is selected in a multi-select picklist field. Engineering and support claim it’s expected. It doesn’t seem to make any sense to prevent the removal of said value, and to prevent the update of the record with new updated values, making these records locked forever until we re-enable values to make a batch CSV upload to correct the problem… Thanks! A
It would be great to add a selection of avatars as options for users instead of uploading their own avatars. I.e. when a user updates their profile and wants to add a profile image, they can pick from a selection of provided avatars. While I understand there are random color avatars + initial. I would rather have random image avatars for each individual.
We recently enabled the Gong Meeting Assist AI feature. The data is fantastic. I was looking at the Timeline object and noticed that the Sentiment (Green Positive text in the screenshot) is not a field in the object. It would be fantastic if it was, then we could use the Rule Engine to create a CTA automatically for any Negative Sentiments that come in.An example would be; a PM has a call with a customer that is part of the Digital Teams account purview, if I could create a CTA off that Sentiment and assign it to the Digital Team, then we could see it faster and act on it.
Hi all, right now ‘start date’ can only be modified for Objective CTAs in the Gantt chart. I would argue that this is operationally inefficient, as many CSMs handle multiple accounts and having to go inside each and every success plan to change the start date requires time. Also, for a CTA that is not an Objective CTA it’s not possible to change the Start Date as it would always be equal to the Created Date. What is the benefit of this? Due dates can be changed whenever so why can’t we do the same for Start Dates? Thank you.
