I would love the ability to load one of my CSM's profiles to test the views that I'm building out in layouts and other reports specific to the individual. Being able to use the actual data I'll ultimately display as a test would be an awesome tool and allow me to move more quickly in responding to my team's requests.
I would like the ability to quickly export all the clients on a given power list. We've come across this need several times, and each time we have to create a report with the exact same filters. Being able to export straight from the power list will save quite a bit of time.
I have a customer who needs to be able to use and edit MDA fields in the C360 Attributes section. The customer has a fairly arduous internal process for getting fields added in Salesforce and so the ability to just edit MDA fields in the C360 would make internal processes much easier to manage. Is there any plan to add this feature in the future?
Right now, I am only able to add fields to the C360 page that are from the account or customer info objects. This is really limiting and in turn requires the team to go back to SFDC for certain pertinent information. I can't rely on putting everything into an embedded report. Is there a plan to allow you to add more fields outside of these two objects?
It would be great if we could customise the icons used in the rating and Boolean surveys. I would like to be able to use smileys on a three point rating for instance. It would be great if we could at least have some common icon choices or perhaps use the emoji set or even load in our own svgs.Besides the fact that thumbs up and down can be seen as offensive in some cultures, this would allow us to be more consistent with our branding. ThanksJonathan
Right now, In the Email Engagement Audience criteria we can use Survey/Email engagements as trigger options but not the In-App engagements. Here we need to improve the consistency, because we can use In-App engagements as Audience in All engagements except Email.
Hello Community users, Use case: I want to convert the feedback from KC Bot as cases into Salesforce. Is that possible?Yes, it is possible. How?Need to enable email forwarding on PX subscription and Email to Case on your salesforce Subscription Any Prerequisites?Enable Email to Case on SFDC Enable KC Bot Feedback option in PX Enable Email Forwarding in PX with Email Services Address Configure the Email Forwarding on your mail settings (IT team can help) I prefer to check the email domain settings and forwarding settings with your IT team before doing it. Any Live Walkthrough Session?Ofcourse, yes, watch this video recording: Click Here to Access the VideoThis video explains the basic overview/outline on creating the email to case. ThanksDileep Nalla
Support confirmed that what we are seeing on the Salesforce side of this sync is actually known/expected behavior. In the UI, the rich text is respected and saved accordingly, however when it is synced back to Salesforce, it is saved as plaintext, therefore all formatting is stripped out and it will appear in that way. The only way to view this with richtext is to view it in the Timeline view in the CS360. --> Is this something that will be improved in the future? For the AE's it is not be that ideal for follow-up if they have to read through the block of text the Coaches made on the account.
Hi, We are starting to get a pretty decent number of dashboards within our environment. We see this continuing as we add various different roles using Gainsight. One problem that we are starting to encounter is that admins (super users) see every dashboard on the dropdown list. We are looking to have a mechanism to “hide from drop down” so the more common dashboards don’t lose visibility.
We have multipe cases that would benefit from some sort of webhook or Zapier integration. Ideally the webhook would act both as input for engagements (to be defined in the audience selector) and can be set as an action based on engagement response (behaviour based completion action). Case examples:Send feedback from customers to platform x (e.g. Surveymonkey or Google Sheets) Trigger engagement in case of extended trials or billing issues Integration for Marketing automation campaigns (e.g. from Marketo) etc..
USE CASE: If we have to create a new engagement with the few changes of already existing engagements, we have to create an another engagement and have to add the all rules in Audience section again. We can edit the previous engagement if we no longer use it, But if we have to use the both, there is no way but to create the another engagement. So it will make things so much easier if we have the ability to clone the engagements and edit them. Thanks, Shireesha.
Currently, when saving an engagement as a template it will only save the layout of the engagement when applied to a new engagement. It would save us time if we could either copy an engagement, that takes all the settings such as audience and scheduling into account, or have a template include all of the settings for the engagement that was used to set the template.
I really appreciate Global Timeline. It's so much easier to see activities in an easy-to-digest fashion. However, one pretty important enhancement I'd like is sticky filters. I'm often looking for pretty specific information on Global Timeline when I go there and therefore have to rebuild the same filter logic over and over anytime I log back in. Thanks!
When manual measures exist on Scorecard, that have never had a value loaded to that measure, there is no record in the Unified Scorecard Fact table. This can be problematic when trying to determine how many accounts do not have a score yet. For example, our CS Perspective measure which is a manual subjective score. To report on accounts that do not have an entry in that score, we have to create a Data Designer set to include all the NA records alongside the records with a value.Would be helpful if Unified Scorecard Fact table contained an NA record when there has never been a value entered.
I noticed that even as we introduce new objects and fields for Journey Orchestrator or Program reporting/rules, developers are still using the old product names. For example, in 5.19, we're introducing an "AO Failed Participants History" object. Are there any plans to re-name the existing objects and fields to match the new product names? This seems like a potential area of confusion for new customers who won't be familiar with the old product names.
When filling out a survey with multiple pages, is there a way to navigate to the next page after all the questions are filled out on the current page to make it more seamless for the end user?
I understand this is on the roadmap but I wanted to get a placeholder idea post just in case this idea comes up for others. Similar to how power lists worked with outreaches, it would be nice to have the option to enforce a segment to refresh before a program participant sync runs to ensure the freshest participant data is being fetched.
I had a great idea on how to leverage the C360 Summary tab Comment (not really utilized today as it is a free form memo field without author or audit ability) to surface the latest activity from CSM or AMs for Management/Executives. Writing to that field needs to be done in a single shot - so I went to the Concat Transformation to design...However - admins do not have the ability to leverage Date or Number fields in Concat Transformations. Nor do we have the ability to use String functions to convert the fields types to be usable.Who would love to have the ability to add Date or Numeric values in concatenate transformations?
Hi! So we have items that happen on the child account - but we also want to roll up to the parent account, as a summary (if you will). Wondering if someone has done this, and if so - would you mind sharing how? :) Thank you!
Today there is no integration of outlook with Gainsight. Communication and documentation of communication all in one place is key for CSM's success. As email is widely used and office email is key part of their day to day operation it would be very useful to have emails attach to the CTA so there is a context to the communication
The functionality of the ‘default dashboard’ is incorrectly implemented because it’s preventing the user from clicking on anybody else’s shared link to their dashboard. If I have checked an option on some dashboard to make it a default, I simply can’t click on anybody’s link anymore because I’m always redirected to my default one. Please correct this annoying bug :)
Similarly as every dashboard has an ‘i’ icon where the owner can write the short description about the dashboard, there should also be the same icon on every widget to give the more clarification to the viewer what that widget is all about. It’s realy impractical to have a separate document with the widget descriptions for the every dashboard, especially when there’s a C-level person wanting to quickly look at some numbers.
