We should be able to specify how frequently participants with our selected uniqueness criteria are able to enter a program (more than just “Participants with the same email address”).It may not be a common use case, but we have a program where we have three uniqueness criteria selected, and we want users to be able to receive multiple emails within a given date range (one per product) if they have multiple products that would cause them to enter the program. However, we only want them to enter the program once in that date range per their uniqueness criteria.I discovered today that if we check that box, it then overrides the selected fields in the uniqueness criteria, so they would only receive one of the emails we wanted them to send, even if they should receive multiple.Idea: allow us to pull in the field(s) we want to use and specify all of the criteria we want to determine how frequently a participant can enter a program.
A category feed has options to filter the created content by:Group content feed does not have any filtering options currently. (I assume the default view is by recent activity.) As a group owner, I would like to get the same options available, so I can filter posts via “Most replies/views/Newest first”
Related to @alizee’s post (Dynamic JO: Show Number of Participants at Each End Point), it would be a huge admin QoL update if we could have hover text show what (and why) participants in a given JO are sitting in an evaluate step. This is also related to my recent post about being able edit the Action Execution Schedule in an active dynamic JO, and also the fact that we can’t see calculated field details for active participants. It’d be great to have hover text on the participant numbers for evaluate steps that gave a summary of what the participants were doing so we didn’t need to click into the participant info to see an overview. It makes sense for a Delay step, but for the evaluate steps, it can be hard to tell whether participants are just stuck, or if they’re waiting because there’s an action execution schedule preventing them from proceeding to the next step. *Note – this is mainly an issue while testing evaluate step criteria prior to launching a new JO.Unfortunately, the only way I can think of getting around this is with a workaround: to add a 1-minute Delay step between the Evaluate step and the action step if we want to confirm participants are flowing through the evaluate step correctly.
What are the plans to support Gong for R360? Thanks!
I understand that the UserProfileUpdated webhook doesn’t trigger for changes to the username and email fields because those fields are part of the Login Information , whereas the rest are under Profile Fields. However it would be very useful for us for monitoring/data logs purpose to get it to be triggered when a user's email is changed. Also we need to create an action that would update a specific field on a user's profile when the email is changed.
We are growing our PX instance quickly and lots of new users are being added. It would make administration much more consistent and easier if there were something like permission sets we could create and assign to users as needed.Something like this is mentioned in the tip of the day:If Full Administrators could create User Role Permission Sets, we could assign one or more Permission Sets to Users which would then update or change across the board if the Permission Set is updated. Similarly, there could be a way to see all the users assigned a permission set and to remove users from that permission set.
If we are able to specify audience rules for the engagements in Knowledge Center Bot, then we are able to serve engagements that are targeted at specific users. We could target users by using account ID, account name, segments, etc. This eliminates the need to create and maintain multiple KC Bots with different content for different customers. Perhaps it could be 2 new tabs in the Engagement Audience Rules as seen below?
Again, as we publish more and more engagements, it'd be really helpful if PX provided a calendar view of the live and scheduled engagements. This would help users identify potential conflicts and avoid over-messaging customers. Without it, we're looking to use Trello or an external calendar tool to manage and provide visibility into what other depts. are doing with engagements. It'd be great if we could manage the whole process directly in PX.
We have the ability to apply metrics to each goal showing progress toward achieving a goal -but those metrics currently do not impact “Work Progress” on the Customer Goals List: I suggest that if we are going to allow users to apply a % complete metric to the goal, then that should be reflected on the Work Progress on the Customer Goals List. Customer Goals List - Work Progress is only impacted by Associated CTAs that are closed, not tasks that closed. also notable - CTAs that are Closed No Success or Closed Invalid will update the work progress as completed (1 CTA:1 Goal) or move the % if there is more than one CTA associated with a customer goal.I suppose there are other suggestions here, maybe Work Progress should be CTA\Success Plan Progress, and Metrics progress could be an additional field on the Customer Goals list.
As community Administrators and Managers, it’s essential that we effectively organize threads. However, I’ve encountered a significant challenge in our efforts to do so. There’s currently no clear means of identifying the individual responsible for moving a thread to another category or archive. This lack of transparency greatly affects our moderation efforts and undermines accountability. To fix this problem, I suggest and idea of implementing/adding a feature that records and shows detailed actions taken by moderators. This feature will include details of thread movement, like who moved the thread, when it moved, and what category it came from. This feature should be easily accessible through the admin/moderator dashboard or via export options. By introducing such a feature, I aim to improve the audit trail, streamline thread management, and empower community administrators to efficiently maintain order.
I have this request from a customer: My customer observed that when exporting CSV files to Amazon S3 via Gainsight Rules Engine or Data Designer, the column headers undergo automatic formatting changes — specifically, spaces are replaced with underscores (_), and slashes (/) are also altered. This results in the exported file not matching the original header formatting present within Gainsight. They would like to request an enhancement that allows the original header names (including spaces and special characters like slashes) to be preserved during export to S3, or at least to have an option to retain original formatting. This would help maintain consistency between the data seen in Gainsight and the data stored in external systems for downstream use.If others in the community are experiencing the same issue or would benefit from this enhancement, please feel free to comment or upvote!
Currently in Gainsight PX we are unable to cleanly search for when a boolean value is NULL or True simultaneously. We can only filter for “is”, “is set” or “is not set” and these 3 options are missing the joint option of NULL & T/F.My workaround has been to do <boolean is True> OR <boolean is not set>. This gives me what I want which is <boolean is not False>. But this is failing in some areas as it does not properly handle the OR logic between these two populations. Request: add the ability to filter for “is not ____” and let users choose T/F. Possibly similar to this enhancement for Gainsight CS:
It’s nice that an admin can add standard reports to a spaces layout template as tiles, but it would be even better if we had the option to tie related reports together in a single section (similar to C360 - see below), rather than each report being it’s own separate tile. Then customers can just navigate between related reports in the same tile vs. having to scroll. The CSM Reports widget isn’t bad, but:We have more users than CSMs and should be able to change the label. The fixed height of the widget is limiting - it’s not obvious that it’s a scrollable widget. End Users in my environment do not build their own reports (too much risk in sharing the wrong/private information) so I would never add this to their template, however if I could pre-populate the widget with standard reports (and lock down the ability to add more) this might be useful.
The People C360 Layout requires that the contact name be the first column in the list view and includes a little bubble to the left of the name with the contact’s initials. The little initials bubble is frozen, but the name column is not frozen and cannot be frozen. It would be really helpful for our team to have the name column frozen so that when we scroll to the side to see additional fields we are still able to see the contact’s full name. Our team has more fields on that view than I think they should, but they have advocated for all those fields. With so many fields they often have to scroll a ways to get the field they want, but then they have trouble making sure they are still on the contact they specifically want.
In C360 AI Cheat Sheet, in Background, the Company information is provided. This is actually pulled from internet based on the Company Name. We have seen an issue where GPT pulled the details of a different company and that is shown in the Background. There should be an option to edit this information as we can not control the GPT logic of pulling the data.
When building an Advanced Outreach program in Journey Orchestrator, there are several points at which a small group of “Preview” participants will automatically be synced to the program. This occurs when you change the participants in a query, when you make changes to the Advanced Settings on the Audience, or when you duplicate an existing program. There is no way to stop the initial preview participant sync. I have been told that the expectation is that the time for this initial sync will take roughly 30 seconds, however in our instance there have been instances where this sync takes substantially longer. When the participants are syncing, no changes can be made to Advanced Settings or to the query itself. This can be a frustrating delay and inefficiency when working on multiple programs. I often have to duplicate an existing program to make changes to participants and I am frustrated by having to wait for participants to sync to the newly duplicated program before I can make any changes. Having the ability to stop the participant sync would be very helpful in these instances.
Hello! Our teams love Gainsight Assist! We understand that Gainsight is essentially a browser plugin and is not available on mobile. Our team would love to see this become available in the Outlook mobile app. Sometimes are E/CSMs are on the go visiting customers, they may be answering a critical question at the end of their day via their mobile device and unable to log this to timeline until the next day. We would love to see the functionality of Gainsight Assist extend beyond a browser plugin.
This archived idea should be considered again. No that dashboards can be exported to PDF/PNG, they are more easily shareable with stakeholders and other audiences. It also would help address some of the quirks about various widgets, charts, and legends. For example, if I want to keep my widget 1x1 size and the legend doesn’t show in the visualization, I could add a widget to explain the legend and/or add additonal context
I am trying to map from the Salesforce Cases object to an object I created “Product Feedback”I have account & case ID both mapped and used as identifiers, but every time I try and save I get the error:Please map the mandatory field(s) "SFDC Case ID,Account" and also set them as identifier(s).Is there something else I am missing about mapping to customer objects? Does this need to go through Rules instead? Thanks!
The CC/CS connector currently only supports Companies, so community members are tied to Company Persons only. As we heavily work on the Relationship level, please add support for Relationships, so it’s easier to report on community engagement at that level.
