Allow for multiple values when filtering 'Includes' on a String fieldNew Idea

In Salesforce you just separate values with a comma when using Includes, but it doesn't seem possible in Gainsight. Instead, I have to have a separate filter for each value I'd like to include which complicates the advanced logic string when I should be able to just include them in a single filter. For example, I want to deliver an email variant based on country. If it's not a picklist, I have to write: (A) Country = USA (B) Country = UK (C) Country = AUS (D) Country = NZ A OR B OR C OR D Instead, I should be able to write (A) Country includes USA,UK,AUS,NZ In this example, it's quadruple the work for each template that has this filter; add on any additional filtering and it becomes cumbersome pretty quick. Is there any way to include multiple values when the field is not a picklist? I've tried contains, comma, comma and a space, semicolon, semicolon and a space, and Gainsight converts it to = after saving (ie, Country = ('USA,UK,AUS,NZ') ),

On our community we often feature topics that inform our customers/forum users that we'll be closed during national holidays or inform them of temporary offers etc. I think it would be great if it were possible to schedule when the topic was featured and unfeatured. What do you guys think? 🙂

Hello - in the Dynamic Content widget, it is possible to sort by reply count. However, it’s not clear if it’s possible to specific the order. It seems to default to descending order - the highest number of replies to the lowest. However, for my use case, I would much prefer the opposite, as we’re trying to use this widget to surface questions that still need help. Is it possible to sort from lowest to highest reply count?

Cheat Sheet Parity for criteria for qualified timeline entries between R360 & C360New Idea

We finally received the Cheat Sheet for R360 in Summer 2024 - after implementation, we are now learning that Timeline Activities added on a Risk CTA are not considered for updates on the R360 Cheat Sheet.  I raised the issue to support who stated that Timeline Activities for a Risk CTA ARE included on the C360 Cheat Sheet, but NOT included on the R360 Cheat Sheet.We use Risk CTA Timeline for updates to risks - as we should, but those notes are not making it through to the R360 Cheat Sheet.  We use the R360 Cheat Sheet to inform leadership of Risk Management activities.  I cannot understand why the criteria regarding what timeline entries should be considered for Cheat Sheet updates would be different between the C360 and R360 - but believe they should be the same.

 In the Q&A board and in the ideation module, we use the backend across teams to give the best possible answer to our custumers.We are currently using the team notes field and put our name and the date in it in order to be able to understand a chronological sequence. It would be great if there could be some kind of chat for each topic in the backend.

Allow Admins to Disable Linked Object Record DeletionNew Idea

I saw this post, requesting that deleting a CTA not delete the associated linked object(s) but I think this request is different enough that it deserves its own post. At the very least, it has not been implemented even if there is overlap. Here is a use case/context around this: You have a low volume custom MDA table that you have configured as a linked object to a Lifecycle or Objective CTA for example.  On a C360 report, users can add or modify records to the table but they can not delete them. As a linked object on a CTA, users have the following actions however: Create New record Associate Existing record to the CTA (and then modify it) De-Link the Associated Low volume Record DELETE the associated Low Volume Record The last option actually deletes the record out of the object and is visible in data management: This opens the possibilities for end-users to completely remove a record from an object whether they intended to do that or not. Gainsight Home Page - Reports created from Data Designers are of no use when applying filtersNew Idea

Hello Team, I see that the Reports created from Data Designers are of no use in Gainsight Home Page. First of all the Data Designers don’t have the ability to have lookups to other objects. Due to this the reports created from Data Designers aren’t obeying the filters which are being used in Gainsight Homepage. This limitation is significantly reducing the usage of Gainsight Home Page. I understand that there is a workaround available, which is creating an Object instead of a Data Designer. But, the lookup limitations of Data Designer is the root cause for not using the DDs as widely as the rules. Also, I don’t think this limitation is mentioned in Gainsight Homepage FAQs.

In our instance, there are 17 unused Company fields.  They are always NULL and there is no way to re-name them or remove them from view while navigating Gainsight.  This makes it challenging to understand which fields contain data and which don’t when accessing Reports, Programs, Rules, Data Designer, Cockpit or Timeline filters, etc.  Many errors can occur when joins or calculated fields are on the incorrect fields.  Please allow Admins to toggle these fields off, or at minimum, to re-name them.List of fields for reference:ARR ($) Average NPS® CSAT CSAT Last Updated Customer Lifetime in Months Managed By Industry Lifecycle in weeks MRR ($) NPS NPS® Last Updated Original Contract Date Overall Score Comments Renewal Date Stage Tags Users

Ability to Control CRUD actions PER Relationship TypeNew Idea

As an Admin, I want the ability to control which relationship types my users can create, edit, and/or delete, on a per relationship type basis so that I can manage the UX of Relationship CRUD actions without impacting the data structure. Currently, as far as I can tell, if you use Relationships and have these settings enabled on the C360: this applies to all relationships and cannot be applied to specific types.  For example, when on the relationship section on the C360 here: uses will see ALL relationship types. There does not appear to be a way to change what shows up as an option aside from deleting the entire relationship type. So, in order to have a clean use experience, you have to destroy data which is not a very good approach.Because this is controlled at the C360 level, there isn’t any configurability that is relevant on any given Relationship type itself. Please give admins more control over how our users can interact with Relationship records on a per Relationship type basis

Issue: PX currently supports CSV export for in-app and survey engagement analytics but lacks this functionality for email engagement analytics (e.g., Engagement Summary and CTA Analytics). It is not currently possible to export any data associated with PX email engagements. This limitation and gap creates challenges in sharing performance data with stakeholders who may not have PX licenses or are not familiar with the platform.Suppose you want to launch a survey via PX and, based on the survey responses, send a follow-up email engagement related to a current marketing initiative. Unless the entire marketing team and all internal stakeholders are licensed for PX, they cannot view the analytics for this email engagement. Many organizations, including mine, prefer to export engagement data to CSV format for further review and analysis in platforms like Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau. Exact timestamp visible for replies on DestinationNew Idea

Would it be possible to add the option to show the excact time of a reply on Destination? Right now it says how many minutes, days, months or years ago it was. But there are moments where the exact time is interesting to see. For example: on our forum we are there as moderators, but there are also other people from the organisation. Sometimes they need to look into something aswel, but they can't see the exact timestamp. They can ask us for it of course, but that's an extra step that isn't needed. Adding the exact timestamp would make that easier.I don't think this is a big change, since the data is already exists. It's just how it is shown on Destination. I imagine some others don't want to see it this way, so maybe it could be made optional with a setting in Control.

Remove the 10k Record Limit for PX ExportsNew Idea

Issue: Currently, PX restricts analytics exports to a maximum of 10k records, which results in data loss for engagements exceeding this limit. This limitation is problematic for organizations like ours, where not all users are PX-licensed or familiar with the platform. We rely on exporting engagement data to share, preserve, and manage it as needed, and the current cap undermines the utility of the export feature.Proposed Change: Eliminate the 10k record limit for exports, allowing users to export complete engagement/analytics datasets without truncation.Removing the export limit ensures full data availability, which is essential for accurate reporting, stakeholder accessibility, and long term data preservation. We’d like to use the dynamic content widget to highlight posts in need of a reply. The widget currently allows you to feature posts with unanswered questions, but that shows posts with replies that haven’t been marked as the best answer. That is not as helpful as highlighting posts in need of true engagement.

I’d love a widget that pulled all the topics with no replies. We encourage our community of customers, partners, and employees to answer questions - but there’s no real way to say “hey, here are some questions that could use your advice.” It’d be nice if there was a widget that did this.Or if we could tweak the “help others” option to be for posts with no replies, rather than no replies marked as best answer.

[Posting on behalf of customer] When viewing the Details view of a specific Person record from the People Tab of a C360, if the field editability is not enabled for the given field, it is not possible to highlight the text due to it being overtaken by a gray box (and, therefore, cannot be copied from this pane): While it is possible to copy un-editable fields from the List View of the same page, this requires extra steps for the end user which may result in their losing their place It would be great to be able to highlight/copy even the fields that are not editable from the Detail View of the Person Tab of the C360. Thanks!

We have a requirement from a customer, they want to exclude all churned accounts while creating CTAs, Success Plans, Activities and Setting Scores through Rules or Manually.There should be a Feature ( can be enabled or disabled as required ) which can mask Churned accounts while performing the above operations. From data perspective too, this would be best as it would eliminate storing unnecessary data and customer gets more accurate visualisation and insights.

Bulk update the status of all ideas

Good morning, I am taking over our community and and updating the flow of status’ for ideas.Currently all open suggestions are in a status of “Received” which is the default status.I would like to bulk update the status of all these items to the next status in the flow “Reviewed- open” so my clients knows that they have been reviewed. Is this possible? If it is not possible, is it possible to change the Default status, so I can ceate a new status for all new ideas?  Thanks a lotjon
