Hello Gainsight Team, We have recently deployed people maps in our org and it is not up to par with the functionalities we need. I have listed a few Ideas regarding being able to customize per our company needs. Being able to Customize Influencer look up tables. (high priority) Currently, the Influencer action allows for you to add from Gainsight user object or Company person object. Due to ADP only deploying Gainsight for our client success department, other ADP teams are not active users in gainsight. We have found that you can not add anyone that is not an active gainsight user as an influencer within people maps. This creates an issue as ADP Sales, ADP Service, ADP implementation, etc. can all be classified as influencers but per the limitation of People maps, we can not add them. We propose this to be a more customizable field from the People Maps Influencer object where we can remove the lookup for our Gainsight user object.

Contacts relation. We tag contacts into tons of timeline activities and CTAs but have no way to see ALL historic activities related to that contact. If I am call the CMO, I want to more easily find all the times she has been tagged into activities. When was the last call she was on? How many has she been on over 3 years of being a client? I have to keyword search the name, but if there are 2-3 Sarahs at that firm, I get way more than what I am looking for – must sift through.

Use case: We are loading Gainsight PX Users to the Gainsight CS People/Company People/Relationship People objects. Our users do not always have their first name and last name set in their profile, so these fiels might be NULL/empty in Gainsight PX. If the person already exists in Gainsight CS, their first/last name will be overwritten by the Upsert (which we need as we are also populating username and usage metrics). Idea: Provide an option to not overwrite fields when they would be overwritten with NULL or empty values.

Does the colour of the hyperlink always link in with what is selected in ‘branded colour’ section?  Can we now allow users to edit this so hyperlinks can be different colour?

Team,Currently, we are not carried SAML Configuration over to new Sandbox. So few of client have a process to require SSO login via SAML, So it is tough for client to re-create SAML everytime after the refresh. Can we consider this asset to be part of the Tenant Copy in future release.

Hello!  In the past when I need to automate emails for whatever reason, I used Outreaches.  Mainly because it was very simple and quick to schedule the emails.  However, now we’re including attached reporting - and it forces us to Programs. My issues I can’t seem to find an easy way to schedule a report to go out to users twice a week, without having to create some insane work around.  Does anyone have a best practice for doing this type of emailing to users? Thank you!

On our Klaviyo community, we like to promote upcoming events in our “Featured Topic” section. However, I’ve noticed that for events, the summary of the event doesn’t get pulled into the content box, which means someone can only see the title of the event, and then has to click into it to read the full thing. It’s not a huge deal, but it might be more helpful for folks to be able to read a portion of the content, and a “Read More” at the end of it if it piques curiosity. There’s just….so much blank space there…Photo included as an example:   

Hi @sai_ram and @rakesh - this issue persists in MDA object reports created from Data Designer. It makes our executive dashboards appear disorganized and cluttered. Please resolve.

I’m glad we allow editing of S3 dataset tasks, but I’d like to see us take it a step further and allow the option to edit the configuration without needing to have a file in the S3 bucket. It gets very tedious to have to upload a sample file, then delete it just to make a small change in the configuration.

The Survey option in C360 right now only allows visibility to the NPS survey. We are looking to send other surveys out via GS and would like to be able to easily displays the responses to these as well. We really like how easy seeing the responses is for NPS, and it would be great to be able to apply this to any survey that is sent out

I’ve noticed that reports used in email programs aren’t reflected as such, and when expanding the report details it says, “This report is not used anywhere”. When doing a bit of spring cleaning, this can mean that reports deleted in Report Builder could then cause errors in active email programs. I posted about a similar issue where data objects used in JO queries are not included as dependencies in Data Management.  I believe this creates a lot of room for error and inadvertent loss of data. Is this on the roadmap to remedy?  

Our CSMs are big users of Slack and are more likely to act on a Slack notification than an email that gets lost in the inbox. While I see that there are out of the box notifications available in NXT, is there a way to create custom notifications to appear when usage drops or a client health score changes, etc? And if there isn’t, let’s make it happen :) Thanks, Ana

Its always important to have your images lined up correctly in your article/blog posts. It helps with the flow when folks are reading it. CTA - We should have an option on our editor to center, right or left align images right now all my images align left and it can be odd to see when readying a blog. Hope others feel the same way and we can vote this up!

Hi! I thought it would be a good idea if the number of the member would be standard visible in control. For example, if I want to make a topic about the 700th member to congratulate her / him I would have to make an export first. This takes more time and in my opinion it would be more helpful if the number of the member would be visible standard in the user overview. Any others who would find this helpful? Cheers, Pieter

We have several improvements which we need around controled view of idea/overview.One of them is to be able to sort ideas by number of votes to be able to see most or least popular. 

We would like to be able to change the default sort order for categories, e.g.: Questions: recently active Blogs: newest first Ideas: most votes

Just an idea - I've made a few bug reports lately on minor things. Most of the time I get an answer: "This is a known issue". It would save a lot of time for me and you, if there was a place where I could check whether that particular bug has already been reported 🙂

One of our super users thought it would be good to also show the favorite button when you're not signed in. When you click this button, you'll get an invitation to log in or create an account. We think this might lead to more engaged community members. 💪

We have a report that shows a breakdown of Health Scores for our customers over time, based on the Relationship Scorecard History object (Scorecard Habits report type). Now I was wondering how to exclude churned accounts from this report, but only starting the month they churned in. Example: if a customer churns in July, their healthscore should be included up until June but they should be removed from the bars starting July. Any suggestions?

Zendesk has documented an issue where satisfaction scores can appear as “bad” due to link expanders being used: “These programs open links in the email to verify they are not malicious. When sharing success plans with contacts, should a Relationship success plan pull all Account level contacts or do they need to also be tied to that specific relationship.This is because the customer do not want to have any contacts in Relationship person object as it would cause issue with BCC to Timeline.

When Snapshot date is used in group by section it is restricting user to have their desired sorting order when the visualization is changed.  

In the normal reports/dashboards if you click on one of the category the dashboard isolates it for you. Why doesn’t it do the same in Adoption Explorer? Also why doesn’t it group the categories together like it does in the report builder?  

The new user interface has too much whitespace.  It makes the timeline entries look like they run into each other (or it looks like one big expanded timeline entry) and it’s hard to consume. Can you make the Timeline Entry titles or the background a different color so it’s easier to decipher between them? New UXOld UX
