Our CSMs are big users of Slack and are more likely to act on a Slack notification than an email that gets lost in the inbox. While I see that there are out of the box notifications available in NXT, is there a way to create custom notifications to appear when usage drops or a client health score changes, etc? And if there isn’t, let’s make it happen :) Thanks, Ana

Its always important to have your images lined up correctly in your article/blog posts. It helps with the flow when folks are reading it. CTA - We should have an option on our editor to center, right or left align images right now all my images align left and it can be odd to see when readying a blog. Hope others feel the same way and we can vote this up!

Hi! I thought it would be a good idea if the number of the member would be standard visible in control. For example, if I want to make a topic about the 700th member to congratulate her / him I would have to make an export first. This takes more time and in my opinion it would be more helpful if the number of the member would be visible standard in the user overview. Any others who would find this helpful? Cheers, Pieter

We have several improvements which we need around controled view of idea/overview.One of them is to be able to sort ideas by number of votes to be able to see most or least popular. 

We would like to be able to change the default sort order for categories, e.g.: Questions: recently active Blogs: newest first Ideas: most votes

Just an idea - I've made a few bug reports lately on minor things. Most of the time I get an answer: "This is a known issue". It would save a lot of time for me and you, if there was a place where I could check whether that particular bug has already been reported 🙂

One of our super users thought it would be good to also show the favorite button when you're not signed in. When you click this button, you'll get an invitation to log in or create an account. We think this might lead to more engaged community members. 💪

We have a report that shows a breakdown of Health Scores for our customers over time, based on the Relationship Scorecard History object (Scorecard Habits report type). Now I was wondering how to exclude churned accounts from this report, but only starting the month they churned in. Example: if a customer churns in July, their healthscore should be included up until June but they should be removed from the bars starting July. Any suggestions?

Zendesk has documented an issue where satisfaction scores can appear as “bad” due to link expanders being used: “These programs open links in the email to verify they are not malicious. Since customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings store the last rating link clicked, a script that clicks every link will register as a bad satisfaction response.” Documentation here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115012836948-Why-am-I-receiving-unexpected-bad-satisfaction-ratings- With no updates in sight from Zendesk, it would be helpful to at least be able to responsibly delete tickets on the Gainsight end. Currently our Support Manager’s process around these false flags involves: (For accounts with positive interactions and no negative feedback) Having a CSM reach out to confirm if the client actually submitted that rating, and in all cases they either said no, or never got back to us. Write a report to management for every negative CSAT received, so first step is validating that it is

When sharing success plans with contacts, should a Relationship success plan pull all Account level contacts or do they need to also be tied to that specific relationship.This is because the customer do not want to have any contacts in Relationship person object as it would cause issue with BCC to Timeline.

When Snapshot date is used in group by section it is restricting user to have their desired sorting order when the visualization is changed.  

In the normal reports/dashboards if you click on one of the category the dashboard isolates it for you. Why doesn’t it do the same in Adoption Explorer? Also why doesn’t it group the categories together like it does in the report builder?  

The new user interface has too much whitespace.  It makes the timeline entries look like they run into each other (or it looks like one big expanded timeline entry) and it’s hard to consume. Can you make the Timeline Entry titles or the background a different color so it’s easier to decipher between them? New UXOld UX  

There’s no way to understand what widget type you are looking at after you’ve renamed it.Please make this visible somehow because a lot of people are confused what they are looking at exactly.

Some of our applications use the Bootstrap framework and are therefor already styled to match our brand and design system. It would be nice to be able to use the Bootstrap for containers, backdrops, buttons, etc. instead of having to monkey with HTML/CSS. Advantages for Bootstrap are browser and responsive support, repeatability, and utilization of styling from the host application.

Was totally excited to introduce Adoption Explorer to our users until I saw that the “Instance” feature only works with Relationships. We have tons of Parent-Child account structures where our users want to be able to aggregate the usage across all of the children. Is this something that has already been suggested and is in the works by chance? Thanks!

Hi,   We had a use case where the data is being loaded into an object at 4:00 am and when the filter is set to show data for today, the reports will show no data for the time between 12:00am and 4:00am. Also the data cannot be loaded early due to some inconveniences. So  a filter like “max of date” could be useful here to display the data for the day till the new data comes in. The aim is to avoid an empty object during the specific time period.

Tools like Tableu are increasing becoming the standard for what is excepted in a dashboard --- The layout and flexibility of data presentation in the Gainisght dashboards is limiting their usefulness and appeal …. It would be great if The ability existed to show multipal data objects in a single chart (i.e. I want to see the total size of the portfolio of a CSM in a stacked bar  with each segment displayed in the stack to make up the whole)  the ability to display customers plotted on a Map that is dynamic enough to zoom in and out and click to see agency information  The ability to display data with a fuel gauge, much like the NPS scoring for different objects - health score, engagement compliance ect. The ability to manipulate the charts and Graphs to easily adjust colors , fonts, add objects like trend lines 

We have some executive reports in bar and line graph format, but the data is not necessarily correlated or linear. We would like to be able to configure bar and line reports such that we see dots only, not connected by a line. 

Hi.Null values are excluding in the rpeort when we use the Excludes Operation for Picklist fields.But we have a work around to accomplish this. Most of them already know how to ge the Null data, but posting it for the new once.Ex: In the Object for one of the Picklist field we have (Active, InActive, Churn, None) values.Screenshot:And if we used the Excluded operator in filetr for this field, we are not getting null records count.For Ex, I used the filter like this, Status Excludes Inactive, Churn. In this case I am getting only Active Records count.Screenshot: So if we want to include the Null records cout we have a work around for this, which is we have to create onemore filter witht the same field and use =Null. And in Advanced Logic use OR condition.Screenshot: Thanks.

When you look at the list of ongoing success plans, it appears that the default order is dictated by creation date, meaning that plans still active that should have been closed—but haven’t been—would appear first before the actual current plan. I would love to see an option to change how the plans are displayed, which one shows by default, etc.

We have instances where a CSM has made a success plan active ststus and is then looking to move it back to draft do to a customer change. Currently there is not the ability to move a success plan from active back to draft, so a CSM will have to delete the plan and recreate it to get it into Draft status 

Allow for whole pages to be conditionally shown based on responses to previous questions. This would save time when all questions on a page will only be displayed for a particular response. Additionally, when reordering questions with logic on a page, that logic is destroyed. This should allow you to re order questions on a page level without destryoing the overall logic. Specific use case would be if you have an NPS survey and have your Promotor, Detractor and Passives each receive a different set of questions based on their reply. Instead of having logic on multiple questions, each group has their own page and you can have the appropriate page appear based on the controlling (NPS question) response.

When you concatenate in a rule right now, it makes it one long string. When combining multiple fields you often want to have a space or a comma to make it a list. It would be great to be able to add spaces or commas between the fields that get concatenated
