Hi Team,   One of our customers have reached out to know if there is a way to increase the limit for fields in his R360 layout or if there is any workaround available?. Currently its at 100.   Please share your thoughts.

In rules engine if we have to do  pivoting based on date we need to hard code dates(screenshot Attached) and there is no way to provide dates dynamically using date functions. Recently we have a use case where customer wants to have their weekly usage  up to 12 weeks for a metric in single row to show week on week comparison. We couldn't  create a Pivot  task to do this as there is no way to pass dates dynamically.  Having this feature would really helpful in solving these  type of Usecases.

I just came across a use case where it would be great to subtract one date from another in a bionic rule transformation task. We are to a point in our project where we can't add fields to objects and I need a 'Percent Complete' field for some CTAs. If I could do the formula in the rule, just like we can in MDA, this would be super helpful.

This is a similar post to a previous one I had (https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/date-fields-in-bionic-rule-formula) but a little different. It would be nice if we could add a 'TODAY()' function in bionic formulas. I would like to dynamically add rule date/today's date into a bionic export. The other option is to copy it to a table, then export it from there and put 'rule date' into the action. It would be much more convenient to do it in the same rule.

Currently in Date Diff function we can substract between two date values fields, can we also add rule date in list of available values. Eg Renewal Date - Rule Date 

The formula field works well, but if I need to take today's date and subtract a different date field, I have to do a transform task to put in the Rule Date formula field, then do a 2nd transform task to make the magic happen. I take an existing date field and subtract today, I don't need the extra transformation task. Ask: allow me to use Rule Date in either slot of the date diff formula.

Posting on customer's behalf: Currently, when we look at the Relationships section of the C360, we see all relationships listed, regardless of status. It would be helpful to be able to filter out relationships based on their status in this section. For example, if we have a customer with 3 relationships total, but one of those relationships has a status of "inactive", we'd like to have the ability to not show that relationship in order to prevent confusion. Is this something that could possibly be roadmapped for a future release?

Would love to have a filter option in the relationship section of the C360 page. This way you could group relationships and limit your view. We have accounts with 100+ relationships and the load time can be unmanageable. 

Hi Team, (Raising this on behalf of one client ) Currently, it is not possible to establish a mapping for the Owner type field from Hubspot in Hubspot connector job and pull the data. So I would like to know, when can we expect to have this functionality added to our product. Thanks ~S

Posting on behalf of a customer:  As a user, I would like the ability to add a time dimension to the Product Mapper rules in the Engagement Audience. Right now, if I set the rule to: Product Mapper > Feature in: ____ Greater than 10 times That rule refers to the total number of times the user has engaged in the feature. I would like the ability to have a rule such as the following: Product Mapper > Feature in: ____ Greater than 10 times in the last 30 days @bostojic any additional context / business use case to add here?

In PX Engagement/Knowledge bot Analytics, We can only export the User level information. For e.g, In KC bot for particular Engagement/Article we can see how many views are there or how many users visited it, But If we want to export this raw data, we have to narrow down to user level and export only that users data. We do not have the ability to export all the article/engagement raw data. Please see the image for reference,   Same with the search words feature as well, I would be helpful if we can have an option to export all the search words information.  

Posting on behalf of a customer: When creating an engagement, I would like the ability to change the engagement type while editing. For example, I may be making a Dialog and realize I want to make a Guide, or vice versa. This would save me time by not having to recreate the engagement.

Hi All, If we clear the whole text of particular section in Engagement, the styles associated with that text will also be cleared. If the style of the text remains the same, even after deleting the text, it will be very helpful. Hello Gainsight team,   I’m just working on creating a new email template to invite our customers to take a survey. I’d love to be able to add an image, some nice graphics as the survey link/prompt, rather than the boring button/link. This does not seem possible, at least in our version - any plans on making this available in near future please … pretty please? I love your overall product, I’m one of your biggest advocates but it’s little things like these that make my life difficult. Hi, We had a customer reaching out with an issue with two different people having the same initials having the same colored icon, for example in the cockpit. Image for representational purpose.   Would it be possible to have an option to edit the icon or atleast change the color?

Hi there, I want to have in my layout two Person sections that will show in each a different filter (for example, think of a list of “Champions” and a list of all Users). However these limitations prevents me from doing so: I can’t define a filter of the section table in the administration. Adding two Person objects to the layout is not allowed. Please consider lifting those limitations.  

When we close an email assist task manually, we don’t log it to the timeline eventhough the below option is turned on.     So, the usecase here is how many email tasks are logged to timeline compared to how many tasks are completed.  

In Success Plans > Gantt Charts, I have a hard time with the readability of information. It would be a great resource for sharing and talking to the client, but I can’t adjust the chart so that my objectives and tasks are readable.  If the chart had a dynamic width, when I shift to the shorter month view, it could widen to fit my browser so that my objectives/tasks weren’t cut off. I could also zoom in/out in browser to be able to view all of the text. The alternative or other improvement would be to make the width editable, so that I could drag the Name column to be wider.

I have a customer that would like the "Send Copy To" email to only send one email to the address. The use case is that that have a distribution list but they do not want this list to receive every email copy for every single email, they only want one. I would like to start some discussion here to see what other peoples thoughts are. Some challenges that I can see would be that often times the emails contain tokens with different data so I am not sure if it would be advisable to pick a random contact to use in one of these copies, this could cause confusion. Or another option I could see would be to just send it without the tokens but this could also cause confusion as some people might think there was an error. I would like to hear the product teams thoughts on this especially when it comes to if this would be possible as well as other customers input. Thanks!

Hi All, Currently if the Zendesk Articles visibility is in Private mode then the images in those articles are not loaded in the KC bot. If the zendesk Articles are set to public then the images are loading in the KC bot.   If we are able to bypass the images in the same way how the articles are bypassed and are shown in the KC bot, then Images can also be shown in the KC bot even if the articles are of Private.   Regards, R Satheesh

Overall, I really like the UI and see lots of value in the tool.  A few areas of bugginess / improvements I would recommend:Preparation - Add fields: typing in the search freezes the window, reported by multiple usersAnalysis - Not useful until can be published to Report Builder / external stakeholdersConfigure - Why is end date a required field, prefer to have this run until stopped.  Can this refresh more frequently, CSMs prefer to see real-time or near real-time data.

Hello Team, For Data Designer schedules, we have by default GMT+14:00 set ::   It would give a better user expereince, if we have this default timezone by the respective Tenant’s timezones.   Reference Video : https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8u8YbEZ

It would be great to have Data Designer schedule runs multiple times per day. End users of the data are using it to search and update the data they own. This is hard to do when it only refreshes once per day. Thank you.
