Relatively small request, but can we change the format of the time stamp?  As I scroll through old files, the years get intertwined and my eyes go crossed. CURRENT FORMAT: *FILENAME* MM-DD-YYYY PROPOSED FORMAT: *FILENAME* YYYY-MM-DD I think it will be easier to quickly find the most recent file that was uploaded as I troubleshoot things.  Or to find any file I might need to dig out of the archive.

I think it would be cool to develop a C360 section similar to Surveys, where it knows what Outreaches you've developed.  When you use the drop down to see that particular Outreach, it gives you specifics on that Outreach (sent, open, bounce, etc). I can certainly build a report on that data, but its not dynamic enough.  Meaning I have to either add a filter for Outreaches, or any other number of too many clicks to get the data situations.

Had a great call with Konrad at Micro Focus this morning and he showed me several ways that his team uses Quip that would be wonderful inclusions into the Gainsight Platform, specifically in the Timeline. Examples of this include: External @mention functionality Ability to export to PDF and either print or attach documents Ability to use excel type functionality in the platform Integrated Calendars

Now that we can roll up R360 timeline activities to the C360, I'd like to see an option to filter the C360 timeline down to just C360 activities from an end-user perspective.

It would be very helpful to be able to search for rules by their most recent execution status as well as having the icons that are displayed in the Rules List also displayed by the rules in Rule Chains, i.e.

I was running a report against the Email Logs object in Gainsight, but couldn’t find a field that shows the attachment(s) included in an outgoing email assist. Which object has this information?

I have a feedback from my mod which I’m agree. Sometimes it would be necessary to start a new conversation because of a new topic. That's not possible. Every new message to Jowi ends up in the old conversation. So you can easily lose track of everything. Could that still be changed? Actually, I would like to have an option in profile settings to receive messages from one sender to one general thread or to separate them. In old forum we had an ability to add Subject of PM and all PMs with the same subject were merged. But if a subject was different, we had a new thread. Currently when reporting on SFDC-based data, we can reorder the columns in the report drill-down and that order actually stays sticky when we come back to it. It's been revealed (and documented) that this is not the case for MDA-sourced objects, which gives an inconsistent fuction across reports. Is there a plan to make these drilldown columns sticky for MDA-based reports in the near future?

Posting on behalf of customer. ​ Currently from the C360 summary section we have the ability to click on standard widgets that can take you to corresponding the C360 tab. Example: if you click on the scorecard widget it'll take you to the scorecard tab on that same page. ​ At the moment we don't support this sort of functionlity with custom widgets but it would nice to be able to do this type of thing in the future.

It would be nice to be able to re-order Journey Orchestrator steps in the Email Chain model. For example, a customer of mine had built out an elaborate program with ~15 or so steps and then decided they wanted to replace one of the early CTAs with an email instead. They weren't able to edit the CTA step nor were they able to insert an email and therefore had to undo all the steps to the very beginning, add the email step, and then re-add all the steps.

Hello, One of my colleagues is blind and noticed during testing that the current platform doesn't work well with software designed for the visually impaired. More specifically, the search engine doesn't allow you to type when you have this kind of software enabled. Software he suggested, was Jaws 2018 and NVDA and he recommended the website https://anysurfer.be/nl as database of tips on how to make sure a site or online platform works for everyone. Perhaps this is possible and I'm just trying the wrong method, but... Our Salesforce instance uses Parent/Child accounts pretty heavily, and we've been running into occasions where multiple opportunities will be concurrently open for different children of the same parent account. And today, our CSMs and AEs have no easy way to see concurrently open opps across an account heirarchy. I thought I had a crafty solution, but ran into a limitation in setting up C360 views. My idea: I added an "Ultimate Parent" account lookup to our Account object in Salesforce– this way If I created a report on Opportunites and traversed up a level to the Account object, I could include a common account lookup across any given company's account heirarchy. What I thought I'd be able to do is create a report and map the object (alothough in this case I created a data space) in 360 Layouts to say show report rows where "Ulti

I wanted to find out if it is possible to get the config snap shot on a scheduled time. Any idea when the Bionic rules will added to the snapshot

For example, for the type weekly status meeting, there are fields such as "work completed Last week, Upcoming Work, and Current Issues" only allow limited information (short sentence). It would be helpful to allow these fields to be accept information in bullet point format or making "Notes' area movable.

Not sure if this is possible but adding it as an idea. Basically, if using a customer satisfaction survey program model along with a survey with an associated object/field and the incorrect context id field is mapped, the survey email in the preview still loads fine. For example, if Case : Case ID is set up in the survey as the associated object and field but case number is mapped to Context ID within the program instead of the id, the survey will load in the preview but when published live survey participants will get an error indicating a mismatched id field.

Hi, We created a custom CTA that we trigger automatically each month for our CSMs to collect some data. The CSMs need to go on the edit pencil of the CTA, then complete the data top down. At the bottom of the CTA, they don't have a S[i]AVE button, they need to go up and Save from the top button which is really annoying from a UX perspective. Could you please reconsider the UI for this please?

We have the Gainsight widget in SFDC enabled. This works great for the accounts that are in Gainsight but many of our SFDC accounts are not in Gainsight and are not supposed to be. But each of these accounts has a button on it, where the widget would be if they were in Gainsight, that lets the user add the account to Gainsight. This is causing issues to the point where we are now shutting down the Gainsight widget. Can we get the ability to disable or eliminate this button, so we can keep the widget for those accounts that are in Gainsight, yet not have everyone able to add any account they want?

In trying to build out a process yesterday it was pointed out that Data Spaces cannot be used in any relationship rules. I have tried using both Custom and Bionic Rules to accomplish this and it doesn't appear to be an option to select from when building out the rules. 

When the Survey has a Checkbox question- the calculation is- (The number of responses for the option/ Total number of Responses) * 100 However, sometimes it makes sense for the Calculation to be- (The number of responses for the option/ Total number of Respondents) * 100 It would be great to have a functionality to allow the customer to make this caclualtion choice as few of them would want a different calculation than what is done ideally. Example- Checkbox with options A(121 responses), B(100 Responses) and the total number of Survey Participants are 100. The way our functinoality now works is A( 55%) and B(45%). However, we do have customers who want it to be A( 121%) and B(100%). Different calculations are used for different use cases and hence can we have a functionality to give the calculation choice to the user?

I haven't seen this posted anywhere and frankly I'm a little surprised. There is a complete lack of ability to edit the title area of email templates and I think this needs to be corrected. For instance; when posting the title of my company in the email title, I would like to format it so the ® symbol is correctly formatted (like it does automatically here) in superscript, but there is a complete lack of ability to do this.

I have a customer that would like to be able to plug a generic email address into email assist emails so that they can have a reply to go to that generic email rather than the users. Currently it uses the logged in SFDC user's email address but the reply from their customers is causing some clutter. Does anyone know of a workaround or a way to accomplish this that is not mentioned in documentation?

I searched but could not find anything...think I know the answer is NO but thought I would check anyway. Is there a way to change the order of the Success Plan Type list? For instance we just created a new type that we want most people to use, but it falls to the bottom of the list because it was created last. We should be able to drag and drop the order of that list.
