Would save a lot of clicking if when you clone a dashboard it would also clone any global filters associated with it.

Is it possible and/or has it been considered to update the Rules Manager interface to match/resemble the same interface we use to manager Reports and Dashboards? We have over 125 rules presently (and rapidly growing) and while filerting using a "prefix" for rules is OK, please consider unifying the interface to some degree for us Admins ? (as long as others think this would be valuable of course) Simple folder/object management would be a great start. As a bonus, if we could see certain meta-data (similar to what we have presently when a Rule Chain is assigned) such as "execution time" , "last execution date" that would be very useful (IMO). Thank you for any consideration.

Would love the ability to set default fields for Opt Out in Journey Orchestrator. Some customers use different fields, and adding each time to a program is a pain. We have a way to override opt outs with the Operational Emails, so I don't feel we would be limiting too much with this idea.

Generally, 'Import Now' will fetch the data which has modified date greater than last sync success time. So whenever there is change in GS Connect Mapping, we recommend user to run import using import date option which is nothing but a kind of historical run. ​ So the bottom line ask here is - Is there any way you can suggest to update the help text on those buttons- Import Now and Import from date. OR, When mapping is updated, pop-up a notification to the user to run a historical import?

It would be helpful as we move our custom rules over to bionic rules to be able to have more than 10 tasks within the rule.  Are there plans to increase the amount of tasks that one can include in a rule? 

Working on migrating Scorecard from QA to Prod. Documentation says "the migration tool will either auto-match measures of the same name between the source and target org, or create a new measure if a match is not found in the target org." I stupidly assumed this meant it would also auto-match Measure GROUPS of the same name. But it inserted the groups as duplicates. So now i have to back out everything I migrated and do it by hand.

We wanted to know if it’s possible to control axes on reports? When comparing two sets of groups, legends on the y-axes are different. Ideally, we should be able to control the axes so we can compare both sets of data accurately.

I was working with a customer who was trying to implement a script within our HTML editor so they could send the email as “plain text” and not Rich Text so that a third party can use their API to automatically read the email. Right now, we allow specific tags in the HTML to prepare the email and the system will omit the content included in tags other than those. Right now the allowed tags are as follows: ['a','strong','em','p','li','ul','ol','i','b','div','br'] Idea here is to be able to include these sort of scripts within our editor.

Hi, Maybe I just cannot find it. But I don't see an obvious option to warn a user but ban him. Is it possible somehow? I mean a button like so Actually it is a regular practice for communities to warn a user before ban. It is also should be possible to auto-ban a user reached N warnings. Full ban for a first time wrong behavior sometimes is really over. Is it possible to make this feature? It connection with this option, pre-moderation is often used. It means all topics posted by warned and pre-moderated user require moderator's approval before going public. So it should be only visible for mods before and mods should be notified on such content.

I see a lot of cases where people want to have people drop from programs based on specifc criteria being met after entering the program. Let's say when a CTA gets closed for a specific account/contact. I know this is possible through calculated fields in conditional waits but I feel it could easier as I've seen people struggle or not even know it was a thing. This could also be combined to handle opt outs from SFDC and I think it may be beneficial. Any way to add some other seperate query to the program within the participant setup to pull/drop participants if they meet specific critera?

Hi, We have weird behavior of heroimages on the mobile devices. The platform does not scale them. It just shows the left part of the image. Actually I never saw such behavior, so we are not prepared to this. We made heroimages for a desktop layout considering all will be resized on the mobile. I see two options to improve: Scale heroimage anyway, no matter the ratio is - it is really better than show just 100px of 1920px. Add an ability to upload the specific picture for mobile heroimage. Myself, I prefer the first one because it is regular behavior for the vast majority of websites I have ever seen. Especially if the whole rest of the website is resized successfully, like yours.

As tested in my demo org, filters cant be preserved in the Timeline. Everytime after logging in, we need to reset the filter again. Hence, request is to preserve the Timeline filter.

Hi Team, One of our customer reported that in Edit mode of C360>success plan info, the container is scrollable, not expanded. The screenshot below shows the container in Edit mode and the browser real estate was not being used to it’s fullest. While this is available elsewhere in Gainsight, we do not have the ability to sort power lists or programs in Journey Orchestrator. As the number of Power lists grow, and program, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find what we are looking for.  I know we can filter and I do by status but the usability is not great. Thanks

I did a test survey in 2.0 and I cannot delete it. There should be an option to delete surveys, this can get messy.

For the new scorecard UI, I know one of the benefits is supposed to be giving the end user more transparency into how the overall score is calculated. However, my customer pointed out that it looks like we still don't have the ability to give a description of the overall score that an end user can see by hovering over the Overall score like we can with individual measures. Would it be possible to allow a description to be displayed for the overall score?

Hi, When checking the Community on a phone or tablet the and a topic image was added via the control environment it dominates the screen and the user has to scroll down a fair bit before actually seeing the text. It would be great if we could add thumbnail image to a topic but it would disappear if the user actually click on the article from the preview.

When you are at the customer 360 view, you can see all the Relationship cards in the Relationship section. Right now, there is no way to determine, which relationship type does each Relationship belong to? Can we create a capability to have different colors for different relationship types?

1. Allow folders or categories or some other way to manage long lists of surveys. I'd like to be able to collapse under business unit or type of survey, for example. 2. There is a mouseover link on the number of respondents in the Survey card. It's non-functional. I'd like to be able to pop up the list of respondents from this link. The same list you get when you click the Responded bar in the survey analytics. 3. Could we show Last Send Date and Last Response Date right on the survey card in the admin panel? We recently received a request that it seems we won't be able tp fulfill with current functionality so I wanted to share it with the group in case someone has a solution or to be considered for the future. We would like to be able to export to PDF certain sections of the C360/R360 and send it via email in an automated way. The nice views presented in C360 / R360 are not maintained either via current export functionality or even with printing of page. Hi Team, One of our customer is looking to get survey responses of 1.0 and 2.0 on C360 page. Our current functionality show up either survey responses of 1.0 or 2.0 in the C360 page. Can we please include this on our roadmap?

We have quite a few instances where we'd like to send an email communication from an Account CSM (if there is one) and if not, send from our Relationship CSM. Since these live on two separate fields, I don't believe it is possible without creating 2 separate programs and dividing our send list prior to uploading it (the particular one I'm working on is from a CSV file, not a query). Could the To, From Name, Reply to and From Email fields be set differently based on criteria? Similar to variable email templates, but from what I could see these fields had to remain constant...only fields within the variant templates could be different.
