Possibility to save the draft version of an article. I don't have to publish the article directly I do not lose my work when Insided system has a bug (which happens too often unfortunately🙄) or when I accidentally close my browser (which happens too often unfortunately😅) Sounds like basic functionality to me. Vote if you agree.

Some of our customers do not want to review the success plan via a link or snapshot; they prefer to review the success plan via an excel sheet. Is there any possibility of adding the functionality to export Success Plans to an excel sheet? In addition, my team is finding it very difficult to use the description box within the tasks because they have to scroll through to review all the comments. My team uses the description box on individual tasks to make updates on the progress since there is no timeline feature on the task level (only objective level). Is it possible to have the description box as a pop out so they can see large volume of text? Lastly, my team would love to see the timeline details associates with objectives in a success plan included in snapshot and link sharing (as well as excel if that idea makes the cut). Every customer I have had, I have to go and create the report builder tab (instead of going via Admin > Report Builder). Is there a reason why this tab is not available OOB?

When using Global Filters on dashboards, (one or two) it seems that a lot of UI real estate is blank/lost to the right and above. THe siggestiong would be a dynamic space for the Dashboard selection drop-down and Global filter components to expand/contract. I would upload a picture but everything I am attempting (33k.png.jpg.jpg) is failing for some reason

Is there a way that when a task that's under a CTA is completed- that we can auto mark the CTA as "in progress," instead of "new?"

Working with a few customers we have discovered that custom fields can only be associated to one currency type. The best example of this is a customer that has multi currency enabled in their org and they need the field to show 4 different currencies: 1. USD - Dollar 2. EUR - Euro 3. GBP - British pound 4. JPY - Japanese yen currently you can only have one for a field in Gainsight, but we would like the ability for a field on any object to look back at the account and see what the currency type is and display converted. The only way to do this would be to create a custom field for the specific currency and have it use a formula to calculate.

It's great that I can now delete records from the Company object, so thank you for that. But.... It's a little painful. 1,  I have to select the check box next to each record.   I was hoping I could apply a filter and check the "all records" box in the upper left corner and it would delete all of them.  It doesn't.  It selects all 50 records on that page, but then I have to manually click to move to the next page, and click the "all records" on that page as well....and so on.   So it takes a lot of effort if I want to delete company records "in bulk" 2.  It's sloooooow.   I selected approximately 200 records 60 minutes ago, and the Total Record Count is STILL decrementing.  I realize it says in the pop-up "The delete process may take some

It would be great to customize your logic when using the "create CTA once in X days" option. Right now it says it uses Account ID + Rule ID + Action ID. However, I think it should use CTA name at minimum so it can handle tokenized information. But it would be even more valuable to pick what fields (i.e. type, reason, name, etc) factor into it. Right now there isn't a clean way to handle this unless you are using linked objects but that doesn't always make sense depending on the CTA you are trying to create.

Once you add a lot of fields to a Data Space, it's a bit painful to have to scroll back through the list in order to search for fields in the Data Space builder. Would be very helpful to add search and sort functionality to the Data Space builder. Specifcally in the list of fields already added to the data space.

A customer asked the following: When I making an update in the 360 Timeline and create a task, why does it need to be an activity type CTA (or any static type depending on what you choose in the screen below). Can I chose what type of CTA should it be dynamically - can be an OPP, Risk or Activity, depending on the context? So, if I have a bad convo with a customer, while I am updating the Timeline 360, I also create a risk CTA? And when I see an opp to upsell a product or a service, I create an opp CTA from my timeline update?

Our team would love to be able to @mention themselves in timeline. The main reason for this is that not everyone who needs a copy of the notes are Gainsight users. So if the activity author could self @mention they could get the ability to forward the email. Another option would be for someone to be able to email an activity to themselves.

My client would like notes captured during Click to Call sessions transferred to Timeline entries in fewer steps than are required to copy/paste between the two products areas.

Would be very convenient to make the tasks under an Objective directly from the admin screen when creating a new Success Plan template vs. having to add a Playbook

Ability to sub-group scores at the account level

CSMs to see the Relationship tab on any relationship CTA even if it is a globally created category so they can update our 'next gen migration' fields from the CTA instead of having the navigate to the R360. Then, these fields will push data to the matching fields on the solution object which we change to 'view only' in Salesforce. Currently, for Globally created CTA's we only show Account/Customers tab in the CTA layout. Only for relationship type CTA's we can see the relationship tab.

Could we add the description to the Execution History action section? This would be super helpful when testing/debugging rules.

I love the Recommended widget on our Homepage but would like the ability to add the link directly to the field in addition to searching for the article/thread itself.

Any way we can make it so a notification goes out to contact support(or contact support automatically) if a match has been pending for a long time? I have seen many times when customers wait quite a long time and end up needing to reach out to support in order to fix it.

Admittedly, something I've run into simply out of user error– sometimes in testing... sometimes not :( When writing a rule with the Action 'Load to Relationship', the action acts as an upsert. Because the 'Relationship Type' dropdown defaults to the first type alphabetically, if you forget to select the type you're wanting to configure the action for, the action will create Relationships for all records in the dataset from 'Setup Action'. Ex: 1. I create a dataset for relationships of Relationship Type "B" 2. In the actions, I accidentally leave the config to Load to Relationship Type "A" 3. Result: all of the records from the dataset will get newly created relationships of Type "A" when all I wanted to do was update records of Type "B" Ideas: 1. Allow for Operation selection (Insert, Update, Upsert)– similar to other "Load to" actions. This way, if all I want to do is update fields, new relationships won't be created.&nbs

When running a test rule there should be no conflict with live production rule runs. I know we implemented prioritizing manual rule runs, but when they're manual and test runs shouldn't we be able to immediately execute the rule? I often have to wait 10-15 minutes for a rule chain to run just for me to test run a rule that isn't actually conflicting with anything else. 

We want to suggest a few improvements to the "Members Dashboard", precisely the "Top Members" view. "Analytics" -> "Members Dashboard" -> "Top Member" (view more) -> Top Members Add export functionalityIt would be very helpful to be able to export the current (filtered) view for further analysis. Right now we have to use a workaround by doing an export of the whole user database and manually filter after download. Ability to save filtered viewsWe would like to save the filters we set so we can reuse them the next time we're doing our analysis. This would save time and avoid mistakes when you have to reapply filters every time. Example: We want to have a filtered list of all registered users that aren't moderators or administrators that have a certain rank and we want to see their activity stats in a certain time frame. If we had this filtered view saved, then we could just choose the filter and go into analysis. Adde

On the NPS dashboard, there is an option to filter responses by "Role". Role is assumed to be Salesforce Contact Role. However, the "role" in Gainsight is actually hard-coded to map to the Salesforce Contact Title field. The Title field is a text field and can be anything. We use Contact Role to standardize the selection for NPS surveys to be Exec Sponsor, Decision Maker, etc. It would be helpful to update Role to be configurable so I may map it to any Salesforce field. I want the ability to report on NPS responses by Role such as Exec Sponsor vs Influencer. I attempted to attach the image but it won't upload.

I got a requirement from one user where he is trying to create a survey to send to customers in order to get more accurate location data / information. And looking for a way to upload a list of states / countries in bulk to be used in dropdown questions?
