My client would like notes captured during Click to Call sessions transferred to Timeline entries in fewer steps than are required to copy/paste between the two products areas.

Would be very convenient to make the tasks under an Objective directly from the admin screen when creating a new Success Plan template vs. having to add a Playbook

Ability to sub-group scores at the account level

CSMs to see the Relationship tab on any relationship CTA even if it is a globally created category so they can update our 'next gen migration' fields from the CTA instead of having the navigate to the R360. Then, these fields will push data to the matching fields on the solution object which we change to 'view only' in Salesforce. Currently, for Globally created CTA's we only show Account/Customers tab in the CTA layout. Only for relationship type CTA's we can see the relationship tab.

Could we add the description to the Execution History action section? This would be super helpful when testing/debugging rules.

I love the Recommended widget on our Homepage but would like the ability to add the link directly to the field in addition to searching for the article/thread itself.

Any way we can make it so a notification goes out to contact support(or contact support automatically) if a match has been pending for a long time? I have seen many times when customers wait quite a long time and end up needing to reach out to support in order to fix it.

Admittedly, something I've run into simply out of user error– sometimes in testing... sometimes not :( When writing a rule with the Action 'Load to Relationship', the action acts as an upsert. Because the 'Relationship Type' dropdown defaults to the first type alphabetically, if you forget to select the type you're wanting to configure the action for, the action will create Relationships for all records in the dataset from 'Setup Action'. Ex: 1. I create a dataset for relationships of Relationship Type "B" 2. In the actions, I accidentally leave the config to Load to Relationship Type "A" 3. Result: all of the records from the dataset will get newly created relationships of Type "A" when all I wanted to do was update records of Type "B" Ideas: 1. Allow for Operation selection (Insert, Update, Upsert)– similar to other "Load to" actions. This way, if all I want to do is update fields, new relationships won't be created.  2. When running a test rule there should be no conflict with live production rule runs. I know we implemented prioritizing manual rule runs, but when they're manual and test runs shouldn't we be able to immediately execute the rule? I often have to wait 10-15 minutes for a rule chain to run just for me to test run a rule that isn't actually conflicting with anything else. 

We want to suggest a few improvements to the "Members Dashboard", precisely the "Top Members" view. "Analytics" -> "Members Dashboard" -> "Top Member" (view more) -> Top Members Add export functionalityIt would be very helpful to be able to export the current (filtered) view for further analysis. Right now we have to use a workaround by doing an export of the whole user database and manually filter after download. Ability to save filtered viewsWe would like to save the filters we set so we can reuse them the next time we're doing our analysis. This would save time and avoid mistakes when you have to reapply filters every time. Example: We want to have a filtered list of all registered users that aren't moderators or administrators that have a certain rank and we want to see their activity stats in a certain time frame. If we had this filtered view saved, then we could just choose the filter and go into analysis. Added bonus if we then could export the filtered view (see above). Au

On the NPS dashboard, there is an option to filter responses by "Role". Role is assumed to be Salesforce Contact Role. However, the "role" in Gainsight is actually hard-coded to map to the Salesforce Contact Title field. The Title field is a text field and can be anything. We use Contact Role to standardize the selection for NPS surveys to be Exec Sponsor, Decision Maker, etc. It would be helpful to update Role to be configurable so I may map it to any Salesforce field. I want the ability to report on NPS responses by Role such as Exec Sponsor vs Influencer. I attempted to attach the image but it won't upload.

I got a requirement from one user where he is trying to create a survey to send to customers in order to get more accurate location data / information. And looking for a way to upload a list of states / countries in bulk to be used in dropdown questions? The use case that i came across was to be able to create a widget report on the scorecards fact object for an specific scorecard measure and add it to the summary section. 

It would be awesome to bring a metrics section front and center to the success plan to high-level track how the plan is working to hitting metrics.  We plan to use this for onboarding, and the metrics we track are: - product usage >60% of allocated seats - two wins accomplished - onboarding complete in 30 business days What I would love would be a meter at the top showing how we're tracking to these metrics, really calling attention to it. Would be awesome for the customer to see that as well. It helps answer the "so what" of the success plan... yes we're completing the tasks, etc, but how are things doing?

I think a nice feature for Journey Orcehstrator would be to allow a created Salesforce report to be imported to a Power List to save time and duplicate work. Currently, I create a report in Salesforce to confirm with stakeholders that this is the list we want to target. I then need to re-enter the criteria into the Power List. This feature would have some having to enter this information twice.

We would like to see the option to choose where Gainsight Notifications are sent from instead of sending them from the User who enabled these notifications. This is because when a notification is sent out and if a user is OOO you receive their out of office email.  This can become cumbersome if you receive several emails through out the day.  

Our IT team reached out to me today asking what this is and why it's running every 15 minutes I told them this was the Real Time Notification scheduler and explained it's use, but it led to a question about what other Salesforce jobs are scheduled/run by Gainsight. Are there more jobs than this one that Gainsight runs through the SF jobs scheduler? If so, are these documented anywhere? If not, can they be? :)

Account Scorecard History contains a field "Scorecard Name" but it's just an ID. Example below: The Scorecard Name is the ID of the "Default Scorecard." It is not derived via a lookup. The Name column is derived via a lookup on the Scorecard ID to the Scorecard Master table THROUGH the Company table, so it's actually reflecting the name of the CURRENT scorecard - even though in this case it's one and the same with the Scorecard History. I changed the criteria on the account above so that a new scorecard would get applied. Notice below that the Scorecard Name stayed the same ID as the Default Scorecard - but the NAME field has changed to Cloud LTR Score. Again because the NAME field is looking up through the Company object to the Scorecard Master. There does not seem to be a simple way to determine the Scorecard that applies to each line in the Account Scorecard History file except the "Scorecard Name" which is a long ID. Really

I have a feedback about the NPS 2.0 results showing up in our GS widget in SF. 1. Do we have the ability to customize the columns we see in the view above (Gainsight widget in SF)? 2. Having user in the Role column is not helpful. We would like to have NPS respondent type. For example, in our MDA object, there is a column called group name which is categorizes NPS respondents as Exec Sponsors, Champions, Power Users, project team etc. This is something , we would want to show up in the column above rather than a generic "User" 3. The Participant column should have the user email address. Having just the user first name is not helpful

Odd that in the new UI you can't see the colors on the scorecard history until you hover over them. Can this default to having the colors show up without having to hover/click?

I've noticed that changes I make in the control environment are saved in different ways, depending on where I'm making those changes: In Appearance > Widgets: When editing the general sidebar, I click a green button that says 'Save changes' at the top of the page (often not visible when I'm making changes) In Moderate Topic: When editing the "Details," changes are saved automatically as soon as I make them In Moderate Topic: When editing the opening post or replies, I click a green button that says "save" under said changes. In General Settings > User Overview: When I click a user, if I make any changes to custom roles, I scroll down to the bottom and click a blue button that says 'Apply changes.' This is minor, but the inconsistency means it's not always intuitive how to save changes. We have data streams coming in via MDA with names that, while applicable, are not ideal for reporting purposes. Would like the ability to rename labels on a Report legend. i.e. in attached example, I would like to be able to change "docs-view" to read "Documentation" when I create the report in Reports 2.0.
