When creating reports showing customers by At Risk/Segment/Health Score there are some that do not have a value assigned. This is shown as NA in the report/dashboard. It would be nice to see the ability to rename this NA value to something else that is more pleasing to view.

Hi! I use a Chrome shortcut to search search engines or search bars that I frequent. Cameron mentioned that this isn't a current possibility so he thought I should mention it here. I pull the search URL and enter that, with wildcards, into my shortcut application but Gainsight/SFDC doesn't produce any search HTML. Heres one for your Gainsight support. If we disable a feature in C360 page UI then those features will be disabled and will not be entered into Custom features table. But when we set the same with rules, features are disabled but they are still displayed in C360 UI page. Can we make sure they are not displayed in C360 UI page ( Same as when we enter through C360 page).

We had a suggestion from one of our superusers to show the name of the user whose PM's you are currently looking at in the tab on the browser. He mentioned that it just says: Ask your question He said if he's chatting to more than one it's a pain having to try and find the right tab each time. Do we know if this is possible? Seems like a fair suggestion and less generic....!

Today the Reason, Priority and Status values that are available in the CTA dropdown fields are those that were defined specifically for the CTA Type, and those that were defined for the 'All' category of CTA Type. I would like the ability to tailor the values in my drop downs to exclude the values that don't pertain to my CTA Types - including the values defined under 'All' at the global level. In my company all dropdowns are defined at the Global level by all of the relationships within my company and 90% of them do not pertain to my relationship. Can you enable the creation/activation/deactivation of Call to Action drop down values at the relationship/account level?

In Gainsight Timeline you can save word, ppt, excel, etc but not .twb or .twbx files. Adding this functionality would be very helpful for us.

In Timeline activity search, when I search for Zendesk Community or Zendesk AND Community, the matching results contain one or the other word, but not necessarily both.

Right now, there is no way to send reports via Advanced outreach without an account id or contact id filter on each report. Is it on the roadmap to support this? In my testing, even when using a user power list or bionic query on the user object, my report emails couldn't be saved without the account filter.

I am LOVING the Timeline function to create a follow-up task. It's super handy as a leader to be able to delegate tasks to users. That said, I am almost always designating a task for the CSM. I am able to assign that specific task to them when making it. However, when I go to the CTA after logging to Timeline, I still own the CTA. Sure, the CSM owns the task, but I own the CTA. I'd love the ability to select the CTA owner just like we do the Task owner.

Hi everyone, I ran into an issue with the mass edit tool when trying to mass edit CTAs. In Administration > Calls to action I have added a closed status for the "activity" CTA Type. In the Mass Edit tool when I filter down to a specific type of CTA (without a CTA Type = Activity) I cannot select the status even though the CTA type is only Activity. However when I add "CTA Type = Activity" to the filters it does work and I can see my "Test 4 Community" status. I understand why you would want this but at the same time if the Mass Edit tool could realize that Activity was the only CTA type available and then I could Assign that status to it that would be great! Currently, when you create an Email Template, the first variant becomes the Default. There is no way to change this or remove this variant from the Email Template. I would like the ability to choose a different Variant to use as Default. The use case is that as our outreach conditions evolve we may have to use a different existing Variant to act as Default and the only ways to address this are either to create a new (not clone) Email Template and recreate variants starting with the new Default OR to update the filtering criteria within the Outreach or Program. Another use case would be cloning an existing Email Template but wanting to use a different existing variant as default as cloning currently inherits all variant characteristics of the source template.

I have been building a set of reports for some new dashboards. They're based on timeline data and are (frankly!) awesome! I wanted to exclude some individuals and teams from the report, including the people who reported to me. So I added a filter for "Manager !=" and wanted to select myself. But the only way to do that is to say "Current User." Report looks great, save, publish... Except when one of the team managers goes to the dashboard none of their CSMs are showing up. After much head-scratching, it's because the "Manger != Current User" filter is eliminating the exact people they're looking to see! The solution to this is that I have had someone else edit that report and change that filter to "Other User = Jeffrey Coleman", which then applies correctly no matter who runs it. Suggestion: Don't filter the "Other User" list to exclude the "Current User".

We create CTAs as part of a Program through the Journey Orchestrator. Due to a role adjustment, we need to switch the person who is assigned as the default owner for the CTA. However, we are only able to do this by deactivating the program and starting over. It would be super helpful if we could adjust the default owner for the CTA without needing to start a completely new program.

Request to provide an option to edit Customer360 summaries from a dashboard. There was an option to edit C360 summaries in UI view. But as UI views are getting deprecated soon by this year end. this is the request to provide an option edit C360 summaries from a dashboard.

1) GAINSIGHT NAVIGATION: Is there a way to control whether clicking on a specific link, by default, opens in a new tab vs. within the same window? 2) SUCCESS PLAN OBJECTIVES: Is there a way to assign additional CTA Types to Success Plan Objectives rather than just "Objective"? We have a requirement where we need to show different CTA Layouts within the Success Plan Objectives section. 3) SUCCESS PLAN GANTT CHART: The Gantt Chart in Success Plan currently uses the CTA/Task "Created Date" as the left bound. Are there plans to introduce a "Start Date" concept and use that as the left bound instead? The issue is that Success Plan Objectives are usually created ahead of time, but may not actually Start until later on. 4) REPORT PAGINATION: For custom reports in report builder, is there a way to control the number of rows that show up in a single pagination? For example, if the report has thousands of rows, can we make it show 100 rows per page instead of 20? Thanks,

To streamline testing of advanced outreach query builders, it would be helpful to choose the run as of date, just like rules. When you don't have this, you have to go into specific tasks and change your date ranges to find records to test.

Hello all, Recently we discovered that our admin users were suddenly capable of putting a topic on their name. Now this works nice if you don't want to switch roles, however, if you have a lot of admins and moderators (like in our case) you get a pretty long list when moderating. Now in itself this does not have to be a problem, but admins are rated higher in the list than mods. So when moderating, a moderator would first have to scroll down through all the admins to see his/her name. To me, admins only occasionally pick up a topic and moderators (its in the name) pick up the majority. So that means that moderators should be on the top of the list when assigning someone to a topic. Unless you want to make all the mods admins, but then why should 'moderator' be a rank on its own? In any case, we would like to see admins get rated below mods in the topic assign list to keep both the function and the ease of work. Right now it works counterproductive. Of course, I'm open to

In the file that gets sent after an outreach execution, any skipped emails will be shown in the Failed Records tab with a reason that relates to their first failure. So if an email gets skipped due to hard bouncing prior, the reason for failure will be "Email bounced or rejected". I think it should clearly indicate that this email was skipped and not actually failed on this execution. My idea would be to have a skipped reason column in this file.

I have found an issue for users on Windows downloading the rule results file. The system does not allow csv.gz files to be opened and Winzip is iffy with it. I have found that 7zip works but I think it would be a huge help to be able to configure how you are exporting and into what format.

Hi all - It would be great if the Config Snapshot included Dashboards and which reports/global filters were available on that dashboard. Today, I accidentally deleted a dashboard and have no idea 1) how I accidentally did that or 2) what reports were on that dashboard. If the reports were available by Dashboard on the config snapshot, it would make it a lot easier to recreate after an accidentally deletion or for auditing purposes (ie when you make a slight tweak to a filter on a report and now have to reapply it to all dashboards.) Hey guys I have been speaking with a customer who would like to see users receive an email to notify when the due date for a CTA/task has arrived. We currently do have the ability to send notification when one is assigned but do we see it being possible to create notifications on due dates?

A customer contacted me via ticket 28381 regarding an issue that he was having with one of his S3 jobs creating duplicate entries of selected key fields upon ingest. He wanted to see if there was a way within Gainsight to remove these entries by default within Gainsight.  Here is the initial description of the issue per the customer: [i]I'm working with the S3 connectors, and for each ingest job, there is a section that says: "Select key fields to identify unique records".  [i]With the data that I have getting exported into the S3 bucket that Gainsight pulls to ingest, I have some duplicates, so I don't want those getting written as new rows in the upsert to the MDA. I know the limits for timeline attachments exist for a reason, but I've gotten feedback from my team that they'd love a way to attach call recordings to Timeline Activities

Upsert is very upsetting. Upsert doesn't work if there are duplicates in the file.

We're using Gsnaps for some of our outreaches. It's really annoying when the Gnap expires and we don't find out until a client reports it to us...  It would be fantastic to create Gsnaps without an expiration date so we can keep our Gsnaps on our outreaches and not worry about it breaking.
