As we introduce more teams into our Gainsight instance, we are noticing a gap in notification options. When a success plan or CTA is auto generated, it notifies the owner, but the rest of the account team is not included. It would be great if we could build a rule that auto assigns the ‘customers I follow’ section to be based on the customers that each account team member is assigned. This functionality would provide end users the option to choose how granular they want their notifications to be without constantly having to follow/unfollow companies. 

We would like the capability for customers to add objectives in the success plan, so this can be a more collaborative experience.  

It would be helpful if we could create multi-stage features - for example, a process wherein a user has to click to initiate, then enter some text in this box, then click another option, then click submit, that would for the most part constitute a complete “action” for most of my use cases, as opposed to just clicking and viewing the page.  I’m no programmer so I don’t know how difficult that would be, but in my selfish opinion it should be done. Dream with me, for a moment, of a PX world wherein this random guy makes astronomical requests and says they’re simple, prefaced by saying he has no idea what he’s talking about!! Today is that day! Jokes aside, It would give me more accurate metrics. I have utilized the path analyzer, but it’s a bit clunky just to get to this end result. Thoughts?

Posting on behalf of a customer : With the current product design we can get the new user signup report daily/weekly. But it would be helpful if we(admin) could get a realtime email alert from PX when a user has visited/signs up for the first time. Additionally, it would be great if we could setup the alert(email) if those users qualify the  applied rules/filters at account level.Example : Get an email alert (to my address, ABC@xyz.com), When a user has visited for the first time and is coming from an Account that is "condition1 = value1"Currently the customer is having to connect their GainsightPX to an external system (salesforce), sync the data to the other system, and make the alert from there. Regards,Srinivas.  

Ideally, PX customers can create custom categories/labels, such as Case Type and Priority, and attach screenshots.   Then users will be able to select accordingly on the Bot + attach screenshots. After submission, it’ll create a Zendesk ticket with the case type, priority, and screenshots attached. 

This is in the API, but not in the Zap payload. Please add it in to the Zap. Use case: I’m looking at a custom onboarding workflow where I message them after 30 days, ask them to complete a survey and encourage them to add a picture to their profile if they don’t have one. 

I’d like to have the ability, via the User Overview page, to identify those members in our community that do not have a user profile picture so we can encourage them to add one. Could this be added as a filter?

As the Community Manager I have conversations all the times with users in PM’s on behalf of my company.   When it comes to accountability, metrics and sharing customer success I would like to share or mark conversations as action items or tag them for use in metrics.   At the very least I would love to be able to give access to view my MP’s to another admin or create a report or export.Any ideas?

By only allowing moderators to post in certain parts of the community, it creates bottlenecks unless you purchase more seats.In this case, I would love to empower employees, specifically our Product team, to share their updates with the community unilaterally in the PU module.The workaround for now would be to give a seat to a member of that team and then they handle the updates. But, preferably, we would be able to just let an employee do it and not need to go into Control.

In the sidebar navigation in Control, it’d be great if there was a search box that even just indexed the settings menu items as a starting point. There’s a lot of features and settings across the many menus and it’d be nice to be able to search, rather than trial and error search-by-clicking-through. 

I would love to be able to create an event, put in the date(s) and not have to also submit a time. 

Be able query members of groups via API (including private groups)

Have the ability to automatically add users to a private group who have a certain role. For example we have partners and all partners have a custom role labelled partner. We also have a group for them, it would be great that when a new user is assigned the role they can be automatically added to the private group. 

Currently automatic badges can only be applied to public groups, not hidden or private groups. Just plain silly.

Hi there,  I would like to be able to set a point system under gamification for a specific group. For example - we are running a Boolean competition within a group. Members can receive points for replying to the thread with their answer + additional points for creating a feedback post.  As more and more members join the competition it will not be feasible for me to manually calculate the points each member receives.   Thank you!!  @valerie.molina 

Hello!My idea is to check if we can have an option to have multiple time-slots on an event page? To cater to our customers across the globe, we usually have multiple sessions just across time-zones. It would be really nice for our customers to visit the event page and choose which time-slot they would like to register for rather than create multiple single event pages. 

Hi!Do we have any way (present and future) of automating introductions to new users to our community and the Skilljar platform we use for our academy learning paths? Such as where the first time somebody logs on it introduces key resources which should be visited. @Julian what’s the latest and greatest to share on this? :)

When we have outstanding users in our community or leaders in our community, I want to award them with a “special badge” that allows other users to see they are a leader/top user/superuser. For example, When hovering over a user’s profile photo, you would see where it lives. Additionally, something that would show along the name (kind of like the blue checkmark on Instagram) to show they are a top user in our community (aside from their replies or badges. 

The Analytics > User dashboard lists the Top users for a Custom time range, whilst considers ‘Custom Role’ and allows me to doa broad Employee vs Non-employee analysis, misses:Segment Analysis by profile fields {Department, Badge, etc} The ability of exporting the results into a reportThe ‘post’ export comes close by offering Ranks, but does not capture these profile fields either, Making it difficult toanalyze intra-team (Department) contributions for the last Quarter, for e.g.the kind of data needed to ... 

The Bulk updating ‘Custom Role’ button on Users Overview page is a huge time saver and I wish I could do the same for users stuck in the awaiting confirmation net.Currently I manually unblock them and save them that step (reminding them again) but the few hours or days before I get to do that, in this fast paced world means that they’d likely never use their logins again.

The added filters to the User Overview are a vast improvement. However, I find myself wanting more functionality when it comes to filtering who was active within a date. Current State: Can filter by last login or last activity Can filter by topics (total, all-time)Desired Functionality: Ability to sort by created a topic within [date - with all the filter options: before, after, and custom range]Use Case: Segmenting (and then performing bulk actions for) users who had a specific type of activity within a time period. I was wondering if I could identify all the users who created a topic this month and then would add a custom role for them. If I could, I could do some specific analysis on them, contact them all via email campaigns (future feature) or message (future feature), etc. Specifally, we have badges and super user criteria based around

As a new site admin I want to be notified when a new user registers for my community, so that I can approve them in a timely manner without needing to constantly check for people pending registration. We can’t allow automatic registration as we need to restrict access to our community to customers only, however we also don’t want to have a blocker to engagement by there being a delay when a customer does try and register. 

It would be amazing if similar to badges, you could choose the area and topic type for which points are awarded. Example Use CaseCreate a rank based on activity in Product Ideas. This rank could gain special access to product managers at the company. As community members share product ideas, replies in product ideas, and vote, this rank could help create a subset of community members to add to a group in which product managers are active, giving them special access to 1:1 calls or special access events.

It would be handy if users could just reply to a notification they receive via email to respond to a topic thread vs. always having to visit the community to do so.
