Currently, when assigning R360 layouts, we base the assignment on the different values of one single field. I'm wondering if there's any plan in the future to be able to assign these layouts based on multiple fields? For Example, if I want one layout to be assigned based on "Account Tier = Enterprise" and then a different layout to be used if "Support Tier = Standard", would this be something we can take into consideration?

End users are not currently always contacts.  So would like either 1) easy way to create a contact from email assist or 2) be able to have non-SFDC contact be created in Person easily

Certain types are to be used only for automated activities so would like them to not be selectable by CSMs when manually creating a CTA or adding a Timeline entry

In the Chrome Plugin, I can't search on the partial name of a customer. For example, I know I only have one customer with "Insight" in their name, so I simply search for "insight", but it doesn't come up because the customer's actual name is "InsightSquared". I would want this behavior for Timeline content, too, since I don't always know if someone has typed "follow up" or "followup", so I would search for simply "follow"

The "Search" field at the top of the Chrome Plugin feels graphically separated from the timeline entries being shown, so I assumed that it was a search field to navigate to the timeline for a different Customer. I see now that it searches the entries being shown, which is useful, but it would also be useful to be able to immediately navigate to a different customer's Timeline.

For some reason, it's strangely unintuitive to click the red "GT" button to get back to the Global Timeline, after I've navigated to an Account Timeline. My mouse-hand expects there to be some sort of way to 'zoom out' to the Global Timeline

We have this situation with few of our customers. The sub-division of the parent company is a new account in SF.com but they will not have a 'new business' type oppty. In this case, the oppty's are booked in SF.com as 'Existing Business - Upsell' type but GainSight does not recognize under Transactions in C360. 

I assumed that clicking the blue name of a customer in the Chrome Plugin would take me to their C360 page, as it does elsewhere in the app, but instead it just expands the entry.

Much like Seth, I like the Mine switch however this seems to either show me Only Timeline entries I created (if Mine = ON)  ALL Timeline entries for every single customer (if Mine = OFF)Would be helpful to have a third option to show ALL Timeline entries ONLY for customers to which I'm Assigned or Follow.

I guess I assumed that if I'm looking at the Global Timeline, and I find the entry I'm looking for, I could click on it and it would open up that entry so I could access the all of the details, attachments, etc.   It doesn't. I'm not really sure, then, what the purpose of the Global Timeline is except to just see a high level overview of timeline activity?

I just added a checkbox field to CTAs, called "Action is Optional". (Some CTAs are generated as FYIs for the CSMs, and it's not expected that they would close them. I want to give them a very easy way to filter their Cockpit, without going so far as to create a separate CTA Type for "Risks that you don't need to act on".) I'd like to update this checkbox on the existing CTAs. Mass Edit would be great for this, except it doesn't allow you to edit custom fields on CTAs. I'll have to use DataLoader, which is unfortunate since it's a pain. Thanx!

Can a CTA field be made "Mandatory" only for CTAs with specific CTA Reasons? And if so, how is that configured? I know I can add a CTA field and make it Mandatory for specific CTA [i]Types, but I'm interested in learning if I can make a field Mandatory for specific CTA [i]Reasons. My use case here involves our interest in classifying the outcome of CTAs created for certain reasons. For example, if the CTA is for a Support Escalation, after we have conducted the motion of the escalation, we want to record the customer's sentiment. Are they now positive because we handled the escalation well, or negative because the escalation was particularly painful? Making that Sentiment field mandatory for all Risk CTAs (the logical CTA Type for this example) means we're completing that field for all Risk CTAs, rather than just the CTAs for Support Escalations.

A small group of users is prodding us about the upcoming changes regarding GDPR. I think anything to make it harder to piece together the identity of a 'forgotten' user would be welcome. For instance, making their profile page unreachable so that you can't look through all their messages and activities one by one.

Add a paperclip icon to entries on Global Timeline to show me which ones have an attachment.  It would be a helpful indicator when I'm trying to identify the appropriate entry.

When I create a support case report and a customer's case volume is low, the X-axis shows decimal notation, but there is no such thing as 0.25 of a support case. (see image) Need the ability to determine whether or not the decimal notation is contextually applicable and enable or disable where appropriate.

My CSMs would want to be able to use their browser normally -- navigating between Salesforce and Gainsight and our product and LinkedIn yadda yadda -- but always have immediate access to the Timeline. There are two limitations in the Chrome Plugin that I'm noticing prevent that use case right now: It's only available when you're on a Gainsight page. When I navigate away, it goes away. It [i]covers what's behind it on the page, instead of [i]pushing that page content to the left.

I'm [i]sure you already have this on the roadmap, but I can only imagine our CSMs adopting the Chrome Plugin once they're able to create Timeline entries from it, and edit drafts.

The Chrome Plugin shows the full name of the activity author, and the exact datetime (down to the second) of each collapsed Timeline activity. The person's initials/photos, however, show the full name on hover, so there's no reason to use the space to show their full name. Use that space for something else, like an edit button, or maybe the first few words of the post, or an indication of whether there are any Tasks associated with it. Similarly, the exact datetime of the post is not important, nor does the date need to be in MM/DD/YYYY format. To get more space, you can just show the date in M/D/YY.

Our org uses both contacts and related contacts in our accounts in Salesforce because some of our contacts work across multiple accounts. I'm trying to send out a copilot outreach that will send emails out to everyone associated with an account based on their role.  For part of this outreach, I also need to filter by fields within an opportunity. So in CoPilot, I've derived the list of recipients from the opportunity - but the only people that appear are those that aren't associated with multiple accounts - those that aren't part of the related contact list. Is it possible to generate my contact list from the entire related contact list in Salesforce and retain the ability to filter by opportunity fields?

When I create a report that displays in a tabular format, the Date columns are very wide, while the text columns are more narrow. I can adjust the column widths while in Reports 2.0, but when I save it, and reload it in the reports interface (or via dashboard) the sizes of the columns have not changed. I lose a lot of real estate on the page with the date columns being so wide.  See attached screenshot   I need the abilty to have adjustments to column widths persist beyond a "save"  (see attached screenshot #2)

Can there be some sort of tool tip regarding the Associated objects/fields in surveys? I see a lot of people get tripped up here because they think it is required to map the survey back to an account. Most people will not use associated objects/fields so I feel like we should link to the documentation or say something along the lines of "If you don't know what this is, don't use it" 🙂 (Kinda harsh but it is what I default to when explaining it) Maybe add it under something like "Advanced Settings" to avoid confusion? As I understand it, this feature was introduced to link surveys back to specific data like salesforce cases so you know what case a survey was in reference to.  In order to do use this, you need to have the object/field come through in your powerlist/query so you can  pass the data through the system. A lot of times people will try to save an outreach and get a message saying that the associated field is not present.  Docs regarding associated ob

The new MDA Transactional Objects, added so that transactional APIs could be created for the MDA, do not appear in the Rules Engine > Actions (i.e. you cannot load to a Transactional Object). They also do not appear in the Migration Tool, which means each object has to be created from scratch in each org you migrate through - often 2x to get to production with an enterprise customer.  This request is to add functionality or support to both Rules and Migration Tool so that the full functionality of both can be used with Transactional Objects. 

I need a way to see the GUID's we associate to the dropdown values we create in the MDA.  I noticed when I try to do a PIVOT on a data set that contains one of these dropdown values, I do not actually get the STRING data back, but rather the GUID value.  This makes it hard to build PIVOT conditions around this data type. My bigger goal is to align this around easy to configure Elements pieces, so while I could play with the rules and reporting to get me an answer, I need a faster and more repeatable way to get information from potentially multiple dropdown list values. Under Dropdown lists in the Data Management of Admin, I'd love for their to be another column of data added to the Dropdown Lists screen.  I think that would solve my problem.
