We would like to see how many current licenses are activated against how many we have purchased in the system to know how many licenses we have left. 

Some feedback from our team today - would be great to have a pop out window for the Goals Library like you do for a Timeline activity.  We have some that the names are a bit long, so the thought would be that this would help with that.  

While using Object Analyzer to find the rules which are loading to that particular field, I see action but this also gives the rules that are used in action in terms of filters not as mapping only. I agree this sounds more of a product feature as we can only see action not action mapping.

Hi team, There may be other issues with Horizon RE Execution Logs, but the one I’m running into time and time again at the moment is when the pass records are either viewed in browser or downloaded, the value for the stage isn’t the field string (Launched, Kicked-Off, etc), but rather than corresponding GSID (assumedly for a back-end object I’ve either been unable to find, or isn’t accessible to users).  It’s really confusing, and hopefully a quick fix for the Horizon Product/Dev teams.

Posting this on behalf of a customer:It would be great to have the ability to set the default time for the skippable step in the engagements. This could be an option to setup per product or subscription. For example: set the value to 100 milliseconds if there isn't a value greater than 0 set in the editor.

Our team would like the ability to copy objectives including the tasks within that objective. Occasionally for our large global clients we have objectives that have to be repeated several times across their organization but are not relevant across our clients (and should not then be a playbook). Having this feature to clone or copy an objective would save our team time when this occurs.

Currently, you can only navigate down one level in the filtering on Salesforce objects.  This is forcing us to not use the out of the box connector for syncing opportunity line and having to use a rule instead that does support more than one level.  This is a pain because now we have part of our integration of Salesforce data in the connector and part in a rule.  So we have to be dependent on getting the timing of these jobs right because there are dependencies that would normally be handled in a connector job chain.  The reason we need this is that we need to filter the opportunity data we pull in to only active accounts which is defined using the “Account Type” field in SFDC.  For opportunity line data in Salesforce, you need to navigate first to the opportunity and then from there to the associated Account.  The connector will let us go from opportunity line to opportunity, but that is it.  So we can’t filter on Account Type like we need.  Given we do filter the opportunit

Some background:Our product consists of many “Modules” which can be licensed individually or in bundles by our customers. Many of the modules can be licensed via a self-service flow triggered from a landing page showing all the modules as tiles with either an “open” button (licensed), or a “Trial now” (unlicensed) button.   Previously, our KC Bot guides linked directly into the modules, which if they weren’t licensed would redirect back to the tile page and cause our guides to have unusually large drop-off rates.   Ideally, we’d like to be able to filter what sections of guides are shown in the KC Bot based on what the user is licensed to view (since we sync in their entitlements from Gainsight CS)Our Workaround:To work around the lack of “filtering” capabilities in the KC Bot, we’ve done the following:Set all the guides to Automatic and used URL filtering to look for a query par

The primary use case that I am attempting to solve is to facilitate automated email assist CTAs and prevent the user from having to navigate back and forth between 360 pages and the cockpit in order to complete desired actions.If we could configure a report builder report to be embedded within the CTA’s ‘linked object’ style sections this would allow for the user to flip to a section to review core contacts associated to the CTA’s account.  Identify the proper recipients for the email assist task, which would help in the email assist validate email step when searching for contacts.  With our scaled accounts, it is not reasonable to have users remember all the key contacts on their accounts.  This functionality could also work for many other use cases as we can attach a report that can be viewed directly within the cockpit.  IE: usage trend changes, flip to embedded report to quickly review rather than navigating to a new C360 or R360 each time.  Keeping the user in the

Hi! I don’t know if this is a question or idea. I HOPE it’s a question I’m just missing but I want to enter it here just in case. First: You offer the ability to import from Google Drive. It’d be amazing to be able to export to it as well. Instead what happens is an email is sent to the requestor to then download and upload into Google.  Also, we’d like to be able to export a briefing doc like a word document or Google doc. For conferences, our team uses executive briefing docs and the leaders have folders with them at tables as customers cycle in and out. It would be nice to be able to have the ability to not only populate a ppt but other document types. 

There should be a rich-text widget that can be added to dashboards in PX, so that I can write comments and instructions about how to use or interpret the dashboard. For example, I could place this next to query builder widget and give context about what this query is meant to show, and why.Similarly, I could place links to relevant content that lives external to PX. This would enable better workflows for the team. For example, a PM could review the usage data on the dashboard for a quantitative review, then click a link to a specific forum area to review qualitative data. At any rate, it would facilitate a nice workflow.

Currently, when using the color schema in the health score, I believe that a numeric range is specified for each color, such as Green (67-100).However, we have received a request from a client who would like to define specific number/value, such as green=100, yellow=70, red=30, etc., instead of a range.I would appreciate your consideration.

When editing a guide using the in-app editor, it provides an option to preview the guide which is super useful for testing. However, if you have tokens in any of your flows to create personalized messaging, it shows the token and not expected values.Can this be changed so we can preview what the tokens will actually display? Screenshot 

When you’re in the Survey Analyze tab, the filters you set on the first two tabs DO NOT remain sticky when you get to Text Analytics. This can be very easy to miss, and be very misleading when working on any sort of survey analysis or results synthesis.The response I got from support was exactly what I thought it would be: the objects underneath are different. This is an unacceptable response to indicate that it is expected behaviour, considering the Survey Text Analytics object has a lookup to Survey Participant object (which is the basis for the Survey Statistics and Response Report). It should be much easier.  

HiOur company is constantly updating the numerous CSMs portfolios for our accounts. Currently to solve this issue I have to build out a rule branch for each CSM that looks at the current owner and then updates it to an identified individual, instead of just populating the CSM GSID token in the Owner field.To make this process easier, I would like to see the ability to map lookup user fields (In my case CSM) to the Owner field in the Horizon Rule - Success Plan Update.

It would be great if we had the ability to add a text area or textbox to engagements, allowing for the fields to populate user/account attributes. Use Case: We are trying to understand our user goals and before defining what we believe are the goals, we want to collect user data so we can summarize and iterate upon later. PS - whilst we’re at it - if we can add other form elements as well (i.e - drop downs, radio buttons, check boxes, etc. that would be great) Note: This is partly possible today using Surveys but the editor is still v1 and not v2 with limited editing capabilities

There is a limitation to the number of API calls that Gainsight PX customers can make based on subscription. This limitation does not have visibility into it and only throws an error when you reach the limit.I propose that the API Key creation page provides a count of calls that have been made and the limit that the subscription has available. Ideally this count would be broken down by API key that is making the calls so that PX Admins can better manage our API connections to the system. 

When configuring an engagement, we can specify user sample groups that should allow us to do A/B style testing. Unfortunately, that’s only half the puzzle, because we don’t have the ability to analyze the data filtered for those user groups. For example, we can tell an engagement to only show up to users in groups 1-50, but then we can’t filter for groups 1-50 when evaluating the results. Therefore, we can’t really do A/B testing or evaluate engagement effectiveness against control groups. Or at the very least, it is unnecessarily difficult.This is CRUCIAL for evaluating engagement effectiveness, so please make the User Sample Groups available across PX for analysis and filtering 😃.P.S. Yes I have seen this post, but I don’t think the approach it advocates is effective.

Hi Team,When we have two tenants ( prod and sandbox ) it is currently not possible to identify the logged in org for GS-Assist. It would be really helpful if we can display some org details as well along with username and email to identify the org.

The section description that can be added to any section in C360 doesn’t display on the frontend. I don’t quite get the point of that description is we can’t have it display as a “tooltip” to explain what the section is about and how to populate it. Ask: I want an option to display the description on the frontend for the benefit of our CSx. Backend: Frontend: 

Support has advised the following behaviour for the auto-subscription (Follow) notifications and requested to post a feature request:As per current functionality, the auto-subscription(Following) flag will not automatically update for the newly added CSM to the company.  Admins have to manually re-save the Notifications Settings from the Administration tab to update the auto-follow for the newly assigned CSMs My expectation is that when the CSM field (or another field configured in Administration > Notifications Settings) is updated, the relevant User will be auto-subscribed to notifications for that Company as per their personal notification settings.It would

This idea stems from the information of this thread,  The variable to preview the content of a private message is not available due to security concerns. Support did not share what the security concerns are and I am open to them being shared so Gainsight customers can assess. For private communities, there does not seem to be a major security risk if private messages are previewed. Private communities typically have guardrails against bots and spammers and in an enterprise environment the risk of malicious content is minimal. The footer of the email notifications can also be updated to state that recipients should be cautious of opening links from senders they do not recognize.
