I got a request from one of our power users.  The ability to attach a second Scorecard to a C360 Layout for our Accounts.  They have a Financial and a Relationship (of the account itself) that they would like to see displayed when viewing the Account in the C360.  Of course, when I try to add the second, it says that I can't add a second. Is there a workaround for this?  Could we request the ability to add an additional Scorecard to a C360 Layout?

Currently manually created reoccurring CTAs run for perpetuity if no end date is set.  Since these CTAs may become obsolete at a future time, it would be great if there was a way to modify the schedule after it has been created. 

Hello, It may be beneficial to have the Data Load notification present more detail in the emails being sent, such as Success, Failure, Partial Failure. As of now, users receive the below message, simply notifying that the data load has been completed, but does not show any success/failure details: " [i]Hello, [i]Your request to load data for the project "xyz123" has been completed. [i]View the execution history for more details. [i]Thanks,  [i]Gainsight Team [i]" [i] It may be beneficial for users to see something to the effect of:[i] [i]Hello, [i]Your request to load data for the project "xyz123" has partially failed. Hi all, Right now Gainsight users must manually export survey results to have them sent in .csv form to the user's email. I would love to be able to schedule a regular, automated export of survey results. The destination could be email (as it works now) or ideally we could select a local folder location, Google drive, FTP or other destination. This would be extremely useful as a means to keep an extended group in our organization up to date on our customers' survey responses.  Thanks! 

Currently the way to view the Owner of a CTA isn't very simple. Not all of our users have profile pictures, and the only way to know who the Owner is (if profile picture is unknown) is to click into the CTA. It would be nice to have an easier view of who the owner is without having to click into the CTA. 

Our c360 is getting really long. Part of that is because each section is limited to a single report source. Many of them are in actually related in concept but come from different sources. Additionally I'd like to actually create dashboard-style layouts and include those on a 360 page just like we can with reports.

I have seen quite a few customers expect the participant sync to remove participants based on a power list used in the sync. The use case is that if they no longer appear in the power list they don't want to send them any more emails in the journey. I think this kind of goes against how Advanced outreaches was originally designed but I think this is a feature that should be entertained as I have seen a lot of interest in it. My only request if this gets implemented, add in the participant journey that they were dropped because of this. 

I'd like a seperate button to register in branded templates. Now it takes a second click to register, something you wouldn't want to frustrate, methinks. At #46 most clicked button past year, it ranks higher than any direct link to a topic. The search button is the #1 most clicked button in our current design. I think this should come to BT as well. I'd like these buttons to be optional, as well.

Would be great if you could default a timeline activity type to a CTA type.  For example, we have an activity type for EBR Notes, and we're having issues with the CSMs just leaving the default as Account Note instead of clicking the dropdown to select the appropriate one.  We have similar activity type for Risk Notes and On-boarding as well, so would be great to be able to default to the appropriate Timeline activity.  Maybe that's an addition to the Actions page on the Rule?

On the responsive templates we see a lot of unused space on larger desktop screens. As the bulk of our users - especially super users - use large monitors they have been rather vocal about this one. Can we increase the max-width? Currently it's 1140px. That means on larger screens (like mine :)) you see a small section of forum and the rest is grey. At the moment it's a lot of scrolling which larger screens are normally supposed to avoid. A max-width closer to 1500px would be a much better use of the space without making the sentences too long to read easily. As per @Jurgen's comment below, adjustable would be best :)

This is minor, but a nice QoL change to the forum structure. Have the top frame down to the search bar freeze as you scroll down. In this way, your navigation options and search bar is preserved no matter how far down a forum you travel.

We have usage data formatted in the following format (hours: minutes: seconds), such as 27:44:12. I'd like to hear some suggestions on how an MDA table's Data Type may accommodate that format. We do not have an associated date so we cannot use Date/Time. Thank you!

When a success plan is shared with an external contact; they receive a link to the success plan as well as an email notifying them about their Gainsight access. This seems confusing to the contact. It would be nice to be able to disable this alert email that only services to confuse contacts on why there is another company sending them an alert that they are a new user. 

Might there be support for geocode functions in reporting/rules/outreach on the roadmap? Use case:  Using Gainsight to send invites to contacts when we host in-person events such as Lunch and Learn.  We would want to target customers based within X miles of the event.  I'm sure there are other use cases. I have a customer that is trying to figure out specifically where the survey was responded from, if we had IP tracking enabled for survey responses we could pinpoint the location and where this was done from.  Maybe having this as an option for tracking instead of mandatory might be a better solution or if you have another idea on how we can pinpoint if an internal user or external responded outside of the emailed survey.

When I am building criteria for a Rule in the Rules Engine, the Preview Results is a very handy tool to help me determine if my criteria is on point or not. This is sorely need for Power Lists in Co-Pilot.  I currently have to Save and Refresh, then go back out to the main Power List screen to see if I have captured any results...OR wait for the email to arrive in my inbox.

Our CoPilot emails are relationship based but we like to log automated emails to SalesForce activity, however,  the checkbox on Outreach not allow access.  Apparently, this is not a currently supported feature in the relationship Power List due to the way relationship contacts are stored. The checkbox uses the traditional SFDC contact object, it is a separate object from SFDC contacts. What is the roadmap for building out CoPilot for these relationship functions?

I keep flipping back between the rule list and the rule edit, sometimes having to keep two tabs open when I'm developing something. It would save me a bunch of time if I could just get to the execution history from the rule edit screen. If there is a way to do that, I haven't seen it! I run the rules as tests from the action list screen most often, that would be the place I'd like the button to be, but as long as I don't have to leave the rule edit screen that would be better than what I have to do today. 

In a recent case with a customer, we learned that when using email services such as "Email Assist", you are unable to search for users in your org that have a "Chatter Only" Salesforce license. For example, if I'm sending an email to an internal user with a standard Salesforce License and I type in "John Doe", "jdoe@gmail.com" will appear in the dropdown list of selectable recipients. Now if I need to send the same email to a user with a "Chatter Only" license and type in "John Doe", no dropdown appears with selectable options. The end result is that I have to go back into SF and find the "Chatter Only" user's email address and then manually type it in. I'm told this is expected behavior but I'm wondering if there's a specific reason this was designed this way and if there's any plan to allow the search dropdowns to see "Chatter Only" users? Thanks!

It's rather painful selecting colors when setting up Call to Action Reasons, Statuses, Snooze Reasons, etc especially the more you values you get.  There is no way for me to tell which colors I already used on another Reason code.  I have to guess, and then if I realize I selected one I've already used, I have to go back and make another guess. The ask is to prevent me from selecting a color for a new Reason code if I've already assigned that color to another Reason code.  Same within Statuses, Snooze Reasons or anywhere else I can custom select colors within an object/function.   Incidentally, are there any plans to expand the color palette in sections like Call to Action Reasons?  I've already got 23 reason codes, which is about half the available colors.  And several of those colors are so close in shade that they look very similar when reflected on reports.

We would like to get an NPS directly tied to a specific product but we are unable to add the NPS question to the NPS survey because we are only allowed to have one NPS question type per survey. Can we change this please?

We love the use of global filters on dashboards and have applied it in many different ways to streamline CSM and Managers activities. The one enhancement that would make this feature truly a game changer is to allow more flexibility between the reference field type and the available fields that can be used in other objects that the filter applies to. Here is an example,  We have 3 objects on the dashboard:  SF Campaign SF Project MDA TableWe want to filter the dashboard to only look at certain campaign types (picklist). However, the 'Campaign Type' field on the SF Projects and MDA Table objects are string fields that were sourced in when the records were originally created. This is currently not possible.  We have multiple examples of where the field is a picklist in Salesforce on one object but then a string on other objects because they are values sourced in during the record creation. After doing a few timeline updates last night, I found a typo and wanted to correct. I noticed something that took me awhile to debug, but I think I have figured out. It lead me to this enhancement request: Timeline Activity #1 wasn't related to a risk CTA that I was working on and I could edit that Activity from the C360 page. Timeline Activity #2 was created via a Risk CTA. Even though it shows (as it should) on the C360 page, it doesn't appear that you can edit the timeline activity from the C360 page.  I had to then navigate to the CTA and there is where I can edit this activity and correct my typo. Ask: Can we get the ability to edit CTA related Activities from the timeline? This scenario can be a bit confusing for users and leaving them wondering why they can only edit "some" activities. 

Along with our customer information, we have our partner information in Gainsight. It would be nice to be able to tag a customer account via a partner's in the timeline with the use of the "@" symbol.
