Hello, I searched but was not able to find if there is the ability to update manually a scorecard (comments/health) via a CTA. Can Scorecard be added to CTAs created by Relationships

We are heavy users of Relationships, and are also in a big push for our CSMs to hold strategic engagements (which we have set up as a timeline activity type) with their respective relationships. Our relationships are set up 1:1 for solutions that are sold on a customer’s contract. Sometimes these customer teams operate independently, other times the same team may be part of multiple relationships. This has caused us headaches in a few areas, but one in particular is logging/tracking our Strategic Engagements. Our current ‘solution’ is to copy/paste and log the engagement to all relationships that were included, but then we have duplicate activities on the C360.What we’d like to see, is an option to log a single timeline activity on multiple relationships at once, but then only roll up to the C360 timeline as a single activity. This would give us the relationship level reporting/visibility we need, but not clog our account timeline with duplicate activities.

Could we get a URL field or at least some backend intelligence that makes URLs in user profile fields act as hyperlinks?

We would like to make access to our community as seamless as possible - especially when integrating to our existing site/applications. Today, you can send users to the login URL to automatically log them in using SSO, but you can’t redirect them to another part in the community as part of that process. This idea is around being able to:Automatically sign-in a user (they are coming from another page and should be able to immediately SSO anyway) At the same time, redirect them to a specific part of the communityFor areas of the community that are for restricted users only, we could use this method to get them to that part of the community automatically rather than forcing them to hit the ‘Oops’ page as they are not logged in.

Hi! Additional request, based on: Need to add a Spammer button to the user profile (in the admin area). This button should also be available to the moderator group. When the button is clicked, the user was blocked and all of their messages are hidden. BUT the user must not be deleted. Thanks.

We have Users who are concerned about privacy, due to the nature of our industry. As such, their willingness to share data about themselves might vary, depending on their company’s rules. We’d like to have Profile Fields set as Required but allow the user to select if they are okay having it as a Public or Private field. This way, we can collect the information and have it, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be displayed on their profiles if they’d rather keep it private. 

Posting On Behalf of a Customer. Currently in Success Snapshots 2.0 we have below options when adding default slides for Success Plan. On testing, Timeline option only exports the timeline of individual objectives. Timelines recorded on the Success Plan aren’t included.Someone could possibly make a custom report on Activity Timeline and filter for “SuccessPlan” context name, but there isn’t an option to “Filter Success Plan data” dynamically per the Success Plan the Success Snapshot is made on. Without being able to dynamically filter on a Success Plan you run the risk of getting timeline from other Success Plans. Given a workaround isn’t available for this it be nice to have this added into the product.

Hi Team, The one who created Data Designer will always get the email notification, By In-activating a user and we are still getting email notification. the inactive user has got the notification after the manual run as it shout not.

We’re in the process of reviewing or instance to remove old, or stale reports, however it’s rather time consuming.  I’ve seen several posts in the past (though years old) regarding this feature - but wanted to start new a newer discussion.I’d love to see the feature either in Reporting, or the Analyzer tool.Thank you!

Currently, we are considering GSID of the logged in user (current user) and validating it against the user table to fetch the records in dashboard reports. If a customer would want to query for the records where the filter field is a string and uses the current user, we do not see any data, since a string field currently cannot be matched with the GSID of the current user. ASK: A product solution for CURRENT USER to work the same way OTHER USERUse case:LinkedIN has a string field ‘LDAP’ in a custom object which they are using in dashboard. Now, when they filter LDAP=‘Current User’ it appears we are considering the login user’s GSID and comparing it with the LDAP. Since LDAP is a string field, it is failing to fetch the records. However, when we use LDAP=‘other user’, we are treating this as a string and comparing it with the LDAP (which is a string field) and hence the data is populating.For example: a CSM’s LDAP: is ‘sagarcia’ who logged in (current user

Hi Team, Not sure whether a community post or Idea already shared. What i found could be more viable on the report builder is, we need to have one preview screen feasibility after building a report.What i currently see is, first bar with source data and its field, second bar with formula, show me fields and filter fields and then the 3rd tab section with actual report data/charts etc. What i am also looking is only the data or the chart on one single preview screen without additional tabs. In other terms, once we click on the existing horizon report (built already), it should navigate to the preview window and not with the extra tabs.There should be an edit icon/button to see the extra tabs based on user permissions.Thanks!

It would be great to be able to mass edit fields within a report. Where you can add the columns you want to see, and go down one by one based on customer.

We have 30ish retired fields that I need to mark as ‘hide from report’ and there is no way to do this in mass. It would be great to be able to mark a group of fields as retired and hidden from reports at the same time. 

Hi Team, I am posting this request on customer’s behalf.Whenever a customer updates company on relationships using Data operations page, this change is not triggering updates to existing data in dependent objects like timeline , scorecard etc. Say for an instance if Relationship ABC has company name XYZ and it is updated to company name YZX using data operations page for relationships, expectation here is that it would update existing data as well as help the user to have udpated data which is not happening currently. Regards,Jagadeesh

Currently, Gainsight does not bi-directionally sync with salesforce when it comes to deleted customers and relationships. I’ve been able to work around this lacking functionality for Customer records but not for Relationship records. For customer records, I am able to create a rule that loads to the MDA object for customers and tags customers for deletion. This allows me to filter for the tag and mass delete Customer records from Data Operations. However, the load to relationships action in Gainsight Lightening only loads to the Salesforce relationship (that no longer exists) rather than the MDA relationship so I have no way of tagging deleted relationships in the same way to mass delete. This means I have to spend hours going through a report of relationships that need to be removed from Gainsight and manually removing them one by one in Gainsight. I do not have time to do this which leads to data inaccuracy in Gainsight and user trust issues when the data is unrel

Hi Team, Customer has the scenario that they need specific permission set for not allowing certain user groups to see and edit the internal question. If the user having access to view the survey response link then the user is able to view and submit the answers to the internal question of the survey.  As of now, we don't have any permission set to restrict that permission. I think the User Dashboard view could use some enhancement. Currently, it shows numbers for Total Users and New Registrations with a smaller percentage for ‘previous period’ (which FYI is not clear in itself). I’d love to have some better graphical representation of members over time, more so than just whatever the ‘previous period’ is. Here is an example of what Commsor shows, that I think is a great example. You can choose the date cadence, and it will show you the graph itself as well as the net difference and total members and active members.  

When presenting on the status of the online community to the executive team, for example, it’d be helpful to be able to pull certain graphs or numbers from the individual Analytics pages to ‘build your own dashboard’. For example, if I want to pull New Registrations from the User Dashboard page, Page Views from the Audience Dashboard page, and Posts Created from the Content Dashboard page, there’s currently no way in the platform to put them all together in-app. Of course, the ideal scenario would be able to build customizable components and form fully customized dashboards. This idea is maybe an MVP version of that, where you’re just pulling existing components from the various dashboards and consolidating the key metrics you want into a single dashboard. That way, you could theoretically just take a screenshot of that dashboard and send it out. It would be great to be able to see the status of tasks on success plans. I can obviously see the status of the Objective/CTA that the tasks roll into but it would be great to see the status of each individual task in the list view instead of having to click into each one to see it. Same thing with the priority. Our use case for this is that I have a status on the tasks that says “Waiting for Customer”. Our implementation team uses this status to show which steps in the plan are on the customer’s plate versus ours. 

It would be great if we could mass upload contacts into sponsor tracking, to reduce the manual effort for CSMs to update all the stakeholders they need to track

Having had to just input 9 success plans for the exact same initiative (just different dates and audiences) - I would be a big fan of efficiencies created by the ability to clone/copy a success plan.

Please create a workflow to support editing, revision, and publish approval phases of knowledge base articles within the platform.

Along with or instead of the date the article was first posted, an option to have date the article was last updated or edited at the top of articles would be really useful. This is something we’d like to use for our FAQ’s so that both our members, and our team members (who often use them too) can see they’re being updated all the time with the latest info. Our super users would certainly be grateful as it helps them when giving us feedback. This would work well from an SEO perspective too. So for example here it could say Last updated 14/08/21 - x replies - x views. Perhaps its clearer if it were to replace the date first posted as opposed to including both!This may actually be identical to this idea - If so, sorry if I have doubled up!
