I have confirmed through GS Support that there is no way currently to set a filter to test for nul values in an Advanced Outreach. While you can do so in Power Lists, there are situations when you would want to do such validation in the outreach instead. For instance, to pick a different variant if a token is empty rather than create a series of mailings. Also, if you are using the value of this token as part of an email as you cannot default a space in a token. With AO stronger testing capabilities in email chains, this can also be very helpful to take a different path.  If you share the same interest or you see the potential for your use cases, show interest to this post to help  prioritize it. Team, Milestone reporting category shows up as an available field when using the Milestone object, but there is no where to set the reporting category in the UI.  It would be helpful for grouping Milestones together by something other than their name, and it is going to cause confusion for some as you can see these fields in rules / reports but not in the Milestone config.

I have dabbled in my first MDA work and the output is two percentage fields. One is a CSM's retention rate by number of customers and the other is their retention rate by total dollars. I am excited to share these out in our CSM dashboard so team members can track their progress on team goals! However, I am having trouble with the report viewing and subsequent dashboard configuration. By comparison, our NPS by Owner report is easy and outputs into a nice numbered Widget. This is great for viewing in the dashboard. My new fields, however, are percentages, and the Widget option is greyed out. Does anyone know if we can put a percentage into a Widget? If so, how? If not, why not?  Thank you!

Prompt to register: After a visitor has clicked (x) pages on the community or spent (x) time on community - they get a prompt to register for a community account. Might be a useful tactic. Thoughts?

I have a customer who has requested more creative ways to deliver surveys to users. This particular example is being able to embed logic into their product which would allow the user to take a survey right then and there. For example a button that pops out after hitting the support site to see if they found what they needed. 

Timeline feature in rules engine is so helpful in debugging issues, but scroll down feasibility is not so great, we need to click and wait for it to scroll down. It's not seamless. And can we also show the type of run i.e manual/scheduled/historical run

If you have a backslash in the activity name, it can break csv parsing as it can viewed as a return character.  This is a further problem as only the person that logged the activity can change the subject name.

I have several layouts / dashboards for my internal customers, but I have to train each on of them and explain all the filters used to create different graphs. Could we have a text container where we can explain the contents in each component of the layout / dashboard?

I noticed today in a new org that Vault is hidden if there are no email templates already created. For customers starting out, this would be helpful to have.

I have a customer that wants to make it so by default all the sections in their cockpit are collapsed. So basically when you login you only see Overdue, Next 7 days and upcoming and then you can expand each section from there. I would like to start a discussion on this to see if others would like this option as well as get some input from the product team. Thanks!

[On behalf of Customer] It seems like Gainsight Connect for picklist only synchronize 'Customer Stage' and 'Customer Status' values from SFDC to MDA. Can we have a feature to have Custom SFDC picklist automatically sync via GS Connect to MDA dropdown. 

The CSV exclusion list is a great feature of the Advanced Outreach participants filter.  Is there any plan to add a Report Builder exclusion filter?  An exclusion option in the Merge task could accomplish this as well. Example use case: Filter all contacts associated with accounts that have opportunities created in the past 6 months.

Customer/Engagements frequently move from 1 Salesforce Account ID to another Salesforce Account ID; we require a utility to help us move Relationship records to new Customer 360/Customer Info/Account records, including downstream update of child objects like CTAs/Timeline Activities/Scorecard histories. Need the ability to truly re-parent a Relationship record + all detail data, not just create a new record and manually transfer data over.

How can I automatically attach a file to a CTA? That is, every time a specific CTA fires, the files needed to help with the process are there. For example, we have a CTA for their quarterly EBR. To support this, the CSMs have created an EBR template to fill out. Right now they need to know there is a template and where to find it. I'd like to have it so every time the EBR CTA fired, the file would simply be attached.

Just like Lorna’s, our superusers typically have a few specialist boards they follow and ignore the rest based on their specialty. For that reason, it would be nice if they could filter ‘Recently active’ topics from the homepage. Here’s how it could look:

We have a widget in the C360 that includes hyperlinks pulling from Salesforce. It would be nice to have the ability to hyperlink those to the appropriate web address.

We have a hierarchy in our instance of Gainsight. I'd like to be able to limit the search to just the parent account rather than show all on the accounts that meet the search criteria as many times the parent and children have the same or similar names.

Account, Success Plan name, type and status are used as an identifier for the success plan action in rules. So, if there is already a success plan with the initially mentioned four entities (Account, Success Plan name, type and status), then rule will not create new success plan, rather it will just update the existing one. But the problem occurs when any success plan is created by a rule with draft status, then when the status is changed to active and rule runs again, a new Success Plan will be created with same name with draft status since status is one among the four default identifiers.  Is there a way by which we can restrict this by a rule or having an optional identifier/s?

I build many reports and Dashboards. Thanks to Dashboard sharing ability now, I am able to send out dashboards to concerned team members regularly. But sometimes if I have more reports on the dashboard, few of the reports fail to load (As shown in below screenshot). It would be very helpful if we can have a refresh option for each of the reports that failed to fetch, this would allow us to choose for reports that we want to load in case they are not loaded in the first attempt. (It would be very delightful experience if the application itself checks frequently and loads unloaded reports), w

I think it would be great if you allowed us to schedule automated emails for the reports we build in Reports 2.0. I'm not too keen on emailing my dashboards as a 150 slide powerpoint template.  Please allow us to schedule and automate emails for Excel Reports in Reports 2.0.

Currently I can filter for all reports that are Used In either CS360 or Dashboards (which is awesome!) Would love to see this extended further to show what reports are not in use anywhere...this will help us be able to manage/preen our reports more efficiently.

Right now each scorecard scale (either 1-100, RYG, or A-F) is controlled at the scorecard level.  We are using RYG for our first pilot of Scorecard 2.0 and we have five colors in the scale: Some measures, however, don't need all five options.  They are negative measures and the "good" and "great" ratings do not apply:

Right now I can schedule jobs S3 jobs to run every day, every week, every month, on a specific day of the month, on a specific date of the month... But we have some data loads that need to happen bi-weekly, and it's possible quarterly or  every other day.  I would like to see these options added. I would shift to detection, but hesitant to do that in case there is an inadvertent file upload that happens off schedule (accidents happen) and also I would want notification if the file isn't uploaded on schedule.

We have several files that, (generally) with great consistency, show up on our S3 input folder sometime while I'm (generally) asleep. And then sometime in the past few weeks there was a change to an underlying report server and we stopped getting some data. A CSM noticed it when trying to look into some customer usage. Idea: As part of the ingest setup I would like to specify a "notify if not received by" time. Question: Anyone have a clever way to detect this lack of data (other than, you know, me looking at a dashboard ever day? 🙂
