Hello everyone,I hope you all had a wonderful Easter filled with joy, chocolates, and some well-deserved relaxation! Unfortunately, a bunch of spam posts decided to crash our party here.  The Lowdown on the Spam:Just when we were all enjoying our Easter break, our community was hit with an unexpected wave of spam posts. We know it would have been frustrating with those notifications, and we want to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused during your holiday time.Our community platform has several robust spam prevention technologies operating that block almost all attempts at posting spam.  This includes machine learning algorithms that adjust to new attempts at getting past our measures.  Unfortunately, however, it is possible for dedicated spammers to at least temporarily circumvent these systems, as happened past weekend. What We Did About It:Immediate Spring Cleaning and Measures: Our team cleaned up the spam posts within a few hours of it being pos

Welcome back!  Between Monday 11th and Monday 18th December we were busy merging our Gainsight and inSpired communities. Now we’re back and are excited to share our new multi-product community with you!A couple of important things you need to know:For security reasons we’re not able to migrate passwords - that means you need to reset your password the first time you come back after the merge.  It just takes a few moments!   We aren’t able to migrate Group membership, so you’ll need to re-join any Groups you were previously part of. Don’t worry, we’re also going to be sending out invites to make it really easy for you!What else has changed?  A lot!  🚀We now have community discussion areas for all of our Gainsight products (CS, PX, CC and CE) and every product has a new landing page full of relevant content, links and resources. The Good news is that all our content, activity, badges and points would be restored on the Community.However, Group memberships would not be retained through the process. What happens?After successful completion of the merge, My Groups on the ‘Groups’ section would be a clean slate. Dear Community, We are glad to be in the team that is empowered to build an inSided community, together with all of you. Hereby we would like to introduce ourselves, and hope to read more about you too! I am Denise and I'm part of the inSided family since 2010. Right now I am in the Marketing department, but before I was a Consultant for five years and got to work many great customers and their communities like NS, T-Mobile and Eneco. For me this community is a great opportunity to stay in touch with all of you. The Gainsight Community feels like Home to me. Anyone can take part - including the occasionally socially awkward people like me 😅. Why should I expose my struggles in public, right? Couldn’t have been more wrong… I started with idea posting for something that was already possible and I haven’t figured (that was a bit of a shame moment for me, but that’s just not the vibe here), which was followed by posting more ideas for things that didn’t exist with very little votes.
