Hello, our community members are seeing an invisible link at the top of the website (the dark grey area), which is a link to the homepage. Some of them sees a small box as below. Was this supposed to be a button with a label on it? Can this be fixed?

Hi - I’ve set up a custom role as “employee” but I’m not able to filter my leaderboard for only this role. I am trying to remove non-employee community members from appearing, but since everyone shares the role of “Registered User” I am not able to get what I am looking for. Has anyone found a way to make this work?

We have a user who has two accounts and would like to merge them into a single account. Is this possible?

Hi all!In our user base, it’s not uncommon for people to change domains, or companies and want to retain their history, etc.We used to be able to edit the OpenID string, but that no longer seems to work.Any ideas on how I can merge the old Id into the new one? 

Hello,Can we customize the sign in or sign up pages. Apart from updating the phrases etc. We would like to add backgrounds to the pages, such as company background etc, I could find phrases updates but could not find how to update the background with custom color or branding or logos etc.Can you please guide to the correct resource?

I have a private group on inSided (Gainsight Digital Hub). What I would like to accomplish is setting up a Slack channel for notifications for when a new topic, new reply, and new join request happen in this inSided private group. Has anyone done this? I’m a Zapier newbie so detailed instructions are needed and SO appreciated.

Hello team 👋🏼 I’ve noticed that the text in all posts in our community is now centered, as opposed to left aligned. Is this a bug or an intentional system wide change? I noticed the change a few hours ago but yesterday, everything looked normal. Wondering if anyone else’s community also has centered text on their posts?

I’m planning to dramatically re-organize my category structure for our Community and Knowledge Base modules. Any advice from those who have done something like this previously? What don’t I know? What should I plan for? One initial challenge is...It seems that I can’t move a child category from one parent category to another, so that means I’ll need toMake the new child category Move the existing content to the new category delete the old category Figure out how to redirect the old links for the previous child category Delete the previous child categoryNot ideal. I’m not sure #4 and #5 are both possible. Broken links (if i delete the category) might not be able to be redirected, even with a third party script… 

Hi, Under badge settings, it’s possible to choose for a notification to be sent either by private message, or by (email) notification. Is it possible for users to turn off badge notification settings? I can’t see this option under profile settings? Thanks! 

I am not familiar with those browsers, but one of our superusers reported that icons of Like / Best answer / Quote are missing? Because of this you might press Best answer accidentally.Have you seen this? I think community should work with all browsers.

Can I widgetize any Community content and embed the widget in a third party site.

Hi, I am brand new here and am trying a few things out. I have created a widget to add the user name, rank and the current page to a widget in the sidebar. The Javascript works and I can step through the process in debug mode) to see the values added to the labels. Is there any way to do add an anchor link parameter (usually # and a keyword) to a URL on customizable landing pages: home community overview knowledge base overview ideas custom pagesI’d love if I could anchor a link to a specific widget lower down the page.

Hi Everyone, We just started with the community and are structuring our categories. We are struggling with the multilingual approach. At the moment we have 4 Parent categories: Welcome, product category, product category, Learn & Share. We would like our customer to be able to ask their question about the product in their own language (we serve 5 languages). So we structure the product category like this:Parent category = product areaChild category = Language How do other companies deal with multiple languages (and 1 community instance)? Curious to hear about this!

Can I use a tag to generate a Federated Search Result. For example, if my tag is the word ‘widget’, can I see results for Community, SkillJar (my Univ. platform), etc.

I would like to have three images appear side by side on a page. They should be big enough to read. If I used Quicklinks on a customized page, the images are not large enough to read.Suggestions?Scott

Hi InSided,On all pages except for our Product Updates, there’s text before the ‘| Community’ in the browser tab (see attached screenshots). How can I add text into the tab for the updates page? I’ve looked through system control but can’t find a place to change this.Thanks

I just noticed that Secondary Button appears only when there is the “Main button” added.Should this work like this?“Secondary Button” normally indicates that you add secondary button, second most important button. Not second button.You should be able to add Secondary button independently, no matter is the “Main button” added or not.This is confusing also because in Theme / Buttons you can add own look and feel for secondary button.
