Hey there, Looking for some guidance with tracking the impact of content in Community. For example, right now if you create an article you can see how many views it has had and how many comments individually, but I am not seeing an easy way to keep track of this info and/or export it to have it available to compare or A/B test. I’ve been manually tracking in a spreadsheet, but curious if others have ideas, or if this is a feature request.Thanks!Chloe

Where can I get information on what accessibility features come with Insided out-of-the-box? I’ve discussed this with a previous CSM and recall that Insided offers a lot of standard accessibility features and compliance with generally accepted web standards. But a google search and InSpired search has come up empty on specifics. 

Hey there!We’re trying something a little off the beaten path in our Community where we’ll be hosting a sort of “happy hour” where members can comment on topics and we answer things live. Not quite an AMA but sort of. Question (I feel like it’s a no): do topics auto-refresh to show new replies, or would people have to reload the page in order to see new replies? If it’s the latter, that will feel a little cumbersome. And if it IS the latter, is there some script that can be used to enable an auto-refresh of all topics, or certain topics, or topics within a specific category?Thanks!

Is there some CSS we can use that would make featured topics automatically fill the width of the container (probably up to 4, max). This would help us have the one widget and whether there are 2, 3, or 4 featured topics they’ll always show up properly without leaving gaps on the right side.To be clear, something like this happening automatically:Side note: this would be great for banners and quick links too. Overall, more flexibility in how all the widgets appear in terms of how many there are side by side. It would help break up monotony of there always being the same layouts :) Thanks!

Hi all,I wanted to share a Zapier solution that a customer of ours requested. I think it shows the tremendous power and flexibility of Zaps in helping with specific issues you might face. Especially for those issues that are too much of a niche or too org.specific to put on the wider inSided roadmap.The question I received was as follows:Can we automate responses when we get a question on the weekend? Since we cannot guarantee a response within 24 hours?Something like “Thanks so much for your question! Some of our community members are really persistent in using the @user tagging feature to ask questions to specific employees, which we would rather not allow. Is it possible to disable this feature for specific user groups?  

I was looking around the community for this answer but was unable to find anything specifically mentioning what email notifications the email address assigned as the webmaster receives. Is there an existing article with this information?

Does a post need to be published before you can assign Moderator Tags? I am attempting to post an article but do not have the option for Moderator Tags. I have full Admin privileges.Thank you!

We have several users who are certified and we would like to award them a badge in the community. Is there a massive way to provide the badge to them?

Our team is needing to find an easy way to be notified when a user reaches a new rank. We are wanting to send them swag. But we have not found an easy way to do this.  We can create a report of the users that are in that rank - but it does not show us “when” they were assigned that rank.  Any ideas/suggestions?

I would like to change the profile picture, but isn’t able to log in with the account since it is an old SSO-login. (doesn’t work with changing password/email)Is there any other way to change the profile picture? (without using really messy CSS)

HiMy Community is for Sales People - they have a lot of jargon they use, but I’m aware that some of my Community members will be new to the industry. I’d love to be able to have optional definitions available for certain words, so that I can use my audience’s language without alienating newbies.What I’m picturing is being able to set that users can hover over specific words and see the definition in a little modal. Similar to how on some websites there might be a ? next to a field which if you hover over it explains the field. Can anyone confirm if this is possible? Thanks :)

We often see replies to answered question threads months or years after the initial conversation. Sometimes it’s a clarifying question or comment specific to the original post, but often it’s someone troubleshooting the solution provided, asking for help with something similar, and/or the type of content that should be it’s own thread. Does anyone close topics for this use case or have a process for handling these types of things? What are the pros/cons of doing this? 

This feels like a super simple request, but it’s not. There’s no real way to do this right?I need to go and sort on the backend by number of replies and then add a public tag. Then I can click on that tag and send the list over. I have an idea out there to add bulk tags, which would help here. And I think there’s an idea to add the option of sorting by LEAST replies from the front end drop down.But is there an easier way to do this, that I’m not seeing? Anyone have a work around besides manually adding a tag to each question not responded to?

We have an integration set up with Aha for ideas but things converted from questions to ideas aren’t going over. Is there a way to see on the backend when a questions has been converted to an idea?

Hey CommunityI think you’ll agree that finding benchmark numbers for community is like rocking horse poop!! 🤣I’ve been live for 8 weeks now. 13% of my registered customer audience have taken an action.Anyone else willing to share their engagement rate at 8 week in, and how they have seen this number change over the lifetime of their community? I realise this isn’t completely black and white, we all have different objectives with our communities but a little peep into your world would be helpful.  I’d be grateful. 🙏

Hi All - I just created a bunch of new badges to recognize experts in each of our categories. Is there a way to see if anyone has met those criteria? I did the rank rebuild, but guessing that might not apply to badges?  They are automatic, not manual.
