I read through all the documentation I could find but I can’t seem to find a way to change the sort order for the FS Page.   I want to have Community be the first Source.   

We utilize the ability to create Events on our Community and it's an awesome feature. Since we do have internal and external attendees which may not have registered on the Event page over on our Community, it may look like only a couple dozen people have attended one of our big events; even tough over 100 people have attended.Is there a way I can hide the Attendees list from (a) Event page(s), preferably hiding it of anonymous users and users with a certain role? .Edit; preferably also the hiding this line on the Events overview page in the front-end. I seem to be only able to change the text: 

What time zone does the system display in the control panel for when posts are created, etc.?  

Hey guys, I have a quick questions about “Enable Logging Automated Emails from JO as Timeline Activities”Do I correctly understand that on 04.02 GS will automatically log emails to timeline for all active programs?Also, can we load the historical data of programs to the Timeline? 

As a moderator, is it possible to create tags that live in one category only and can’t be used elsewhere? Use case: I’d like to create a category dedicated to an event we’re running. I want to create tags like: Session 1; Session2 etc.

Currently we have a few of our enterprise level clients that are managed by the CSM but recognized within systems as different Accounts/Companies. For example; Company A - Canada, Company A - USA, Company A - UK, etc. Each of these companies has fields on it that show product usage in the form of a percentage. So let’s say Company A - Canada has 85% usage, Company A - USA has 75% usage, and Company A - UK has 80% usage. I would like the Parent Company (Company A - HQ) to show the aggregate average in their usage field, so in this case 80%. (Company A - HQ does not have it’s own usage in this use case, I would just like it to be the average of all of it’s children companies). Is there a way to configure this?

Hi there, for a few days our community (and inSpired too) has a square popping up in several areas.Doesn’t bother us too much, but I’m wondering if this is expected behavior, and if we can disable that? Appears in the WYSIWYG text editing box, and also whenever I click on a topic. When I click on a topic on activity feedOur Community Text Box inSpired Text Box 

Is there a way to do a bulk add of a custom role to users? I have a role I want to give to multiple users and don’t want to do this one by one.

Hi there,When I share articles from our community on LinkedIn, the preview image of the post looks out of whack. These articles have a header image of 1440x640 as recommended by InSided but that sizing doesn’t seem to translate well once shared to social. I’ve tried resizing within LinkedIn itself/changing the preview image but am unable to do so on my personal account. Has anyone run into this? Any ideas? TY!

In the “My CTAs” view in the global cockpit, it would be helpful for CSMs to not see the clickable link for the tasks, but to see an ability to expand the individual CTA to see the tasks associated with the CTA to be able to the entirety of the work needed and the descriptions of the tasks associated with the CTA. 

Hi there everyone,Our community is open for anybody to sign up, but we always assign a “customer” custom role to our customers because there is some gated content that only customers can see.Our moderation team spends up to 1h each day manually checking newly registered customers and manually assigning custom roles.To check if somebody is a customer or not, we look on Gainsight  (our customer CRM😎), in order to see if that email address is linked to a customer. Is there any way to automate this with zapier?I envision it like this:Trigger: New member registers on insided Zapier checks if that email can be found on gainsight if it can be found, check if it belongs to a currently active customer if yes → assign custom role “customer” if not → leave blank so we can do our own manual check and assign a role manualy (edge cases)  Any idea on

I can see the average session duration for all users in the dashboard from the widget, but there is no option to see this information at user level.My use case would be to observe account/user level session duration over weeks to analyze engagement. I currently get an option to see the number of sessions initiated but as you can understand, a session might be a minute long, or 29 minutes long, and as of now, we can’t access that information.Also, I’ve seen the same question here but that user had access to Gainsight CS, which we don’t.

For those of you that may remember, I posted a Product Idea to Allow the Knowledge Center Bot speech bubble to display once per session, not always on every page refresh, but it has not been implemented… yet. :)  The great news is, there is a better way to do this right now!!!! If you have logged into PX recently, you would have seen that we now have a PX Guide Engagement Tooltip pointing new users (and those that have not seen it before) to our Knowledge Center Bot Bot Icon.  See sample screenshot below: 

Is there a way to give badges to users based on how many times they have logged into the community? I’m setting up our gamification and was thinking about rewarding users based off the number of times they have logged into our community, but I’m not sure how to do it or if it’s even possible. Also, any input as to what has worked for your community in regards to gamification would be greatly appreciated!  

I ran a report today which showed me the number of touch points  with clients in 90 days and 365 days. By “touchpoints” do we literally mean any type of timeline activity (i.e. not just meetings and emails)? 

Hello, a newbie here but I thought I would ask…Anyone using JO for auto renewal notifications? I wonder if I can set up JO so it sends renewal notifications to our clients 90 day before the date? However what I would need to have included in the notification is a different pricing for each of the clients (that is not standard calculation and currently manually calculated to take into account different variables)?Would anyont have similar case study? How did you go about it? 

We have super users who read every post that comes in, and they are asking for an unread topics view. If this is a feature I have been unable to find it!

I am getting an Unauthorized Timeline Error every time I try to send email thru Gmail with Gainsight Plugin enabled. The email sends but does not attach to customer timeline in Gainsight. This just started happening recently. I updated Chrome to latest version and tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Gainsight plugin, but still having this issue

Hello Team,Today we have a technical question, asked by our BI Analyst. I was gonna forward it to inSided support but I figured it makes more sense to ask on the Community, in case somebody else will have the same need in the future. QuestionSo we are currently trying to extract the ‘Custom Role’ of our users, for all our users.We saw this API (https://api2-us-west-2.insided.com/docs/user/#operation/findBy) but want to avoid having to call this API for all our users. We believe we are currently using this API (https://api2-us-west-2.insided.com/docs/user/) for all user details. Is there any way a Custom Role could be obtained from here, or other APIs

Hi All,One of my Customer Success Managers received the following message when logging an email to Timeline through Gainsight Assist (Outlook):“This message triggered content policies. Contact your administrator for further information”Does anyone know what could be the issue here? I’ve checked the file size limitations, and the email did not go over those size limitations. Thank you for any insight!
